目的建立猪肉、鸡蛋、牛奶、猪脂肪等动物源性食品中同时检测17种农药残留的在线凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱-质谱联用法(GPC-GC-MS)。方法样品用正己烷饱和乙腈溶液均质提取,加入氯化钠盐析,离心分层,取部分乙腈层经固相萃取(NH2)柱净化,利用在线GPC-GC-MS测定。结果在0.85~30μg/L范围内相关系数均在0.95以上,回收率在61.2%~126%之间。17种农药残留最低检出限范围(以信噪比S/N≥3计)为0.25~3.00μg/L,定量限范围(以信噪比S/N≥10计)为0.85~10.0μg/L。结论该法有效、耐用、快速、灵敏,符合法规残留限量检测要求。  相似文献

为检测白酒中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)的残留量,建立了液液萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定白酒中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物。样品采用沸水浴加热先除去乙醇后再用正己烷提取测定,在0.5~8.0mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.997,检出限为0.02~0.05mg/L,样品加标回收率为82%~106%,结果表明:该方法操作简便、分析快速,能够满足于白酒中16种PAEs的检测分析要求。  相似文献

目的采用在线凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱-串联质谱(gel permeation chromatography-gas chromatographytandem mass spectrometry,GPC-GC-MS/MS)法结合QuEChERS方法,测定水果中甲拌磷和氟虫腈及其代谢产物残留。方法从样品提取方式、盐析剂、除水剂、净化剂的选择与用量等方面对QuEChERS方法进行优化。样品提取液过滤后,用在线GPC-GC-MS/MS方法,在多反应监测模式(multiple reaction monitoring mode,MRM)下进行检测。结果选择乙腈作为提取溶剂,氯化钠和无水硫酸镁作为盐析剂和除水剂,N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)、C_(18)填料和无水硫酸镁作为净化剂。在10、40、80μg/kg 3个加标浓度下,7种农药在夏黑葡萄、阳山水蜜桃及黄金梨样品中的回收率分别为83.5%~98.7%、80.2%~102.4%和76.5%~109.8%,检出限分别为0.29~0.85μg/kg、0.35~0.79μg/kg和0.21~0.93μg/kg,方法的相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为RSD≤9.4%、RSD≤7.6%和RSD≤8.9%。结论该方法具有分析时间短、样品处理简单、净化效果好、溶剂用量少等优点,适用于水果中甲拌磷和氟虫腈及其代谢产物残留的快速筛查与常规检测。  相似文献

目的建立水产品中32种农药残留的快速筛查分析方法。方法样品采用改进的QuEChERS方法提取净化,通过在线凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测。结果 32种农药在0.01~0.5 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9956~0.9999;对于5.00 g样品的32种农药残留的检出限范围为0.05~3.14μg/kg,3个添加水平的回收率范围为74.5%~104.1%;相对标准偏差范围4.2%~15.6%。结论本方法具有操作简便、快速等特点,同时结合筛选和确证两个过程,灵敏度理想,可靠性强,符合分析要求。  相似文献

目的建立液相色谱-串联质谱法(liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,LC-MS/MS)测定茶叶中11种农药残留的分析方法。方法样品经乙腈提取,经石墨化炭黑/N-丙基乙二胺复合型固相萃取柱(graphite carbon black/primary secondary amine,GCB/PSA)净化,用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定。结果 11种农药浓度在0.005~0.20μg/m L范围内线性良好,线性相关系数均大于0.997,在0.01、0.05和0.10 mg/kg的添加水平下,回收率为66.0%~100.0%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~10.0%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,适用于茶叶样品中11种农药残留量的检测。  相似文献

研究谷物中16种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的测定方法。样品以乙腈-水提取,Qu ECh ERS方法净化,气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)测定。结果表明,该法在20~2 000μg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.6%~13.7%,在0.1 mg/kg和0.5 mg/kg加标水平下的回收率为84.1%~110.4%,检出限为1~100μg/kg。对实际样品测定发现,18个谷物样品中均受到PAEs的污染。  相似文献

建立了凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱-质谱法测定食用油中8种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的方法。采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对食用油样品进行二次净化后进行气相色谱-质谱分析。结果表明:该方法的检出限在0.10~0.46μg/kg,定量限为0.35~1.52μg/kg,在2.38~9.52 mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系(R~20.99),加标回收率为89%~101%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.1%~7.7%之间。该方法可满足食用油中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的检测要求。  相似文献

采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术结合双内标(D4-DBP,D4-DEHP)定量法构建了直接进样检测白酒中18种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的分析方法。结果表明,邻苯二甲酸异壬酯(DINP)在0.5~10.0 mg/L范围内,其他17种PAEs在0.02~1.0 mg/L范围内,相关系数R2均大于0.99,线性关系良好;DINP方法检出限和定量限分别为0.49 mg/L和1.63 mg/L,其他17种PAEs方法检出限为0.01~0.05 mg/L,定量限为0.03~0.17 mg/L;在3水平加标试验时,加标回收率为88.89%~116.67%,RSD小于10%。该方法操作简便、准确、快速,重现性好,适于白酒中18种邻苯二甲酸酯类的检测。  相似文献

目的建立一种应用吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用法测定白酒中氰化物的方法。方法白酒加入氢氧化钠调节pH值(使pH12),在碱性条件下水浴蒸干白酒样品,再加入氯胺T和磷酸,以吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用法进行测定。结果本方法氰化物线性范围在10~200μg/L内,线性良好,线性方程为y=42563x+24231,相关系数(r)为0.999 2。样品加标量为50、100、150μg/L时,回收率范围在75.8%~92.8%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)范围为3.1%~7.8%;白酒中氰化物的定量限(LOQ)为50μg/L、检出限(LOD)为15μg/L。结论本文建立的白酒中微量氰化物测定方法操作简便、灵敏度高、结果可靠,适用于实验室对白酒中氰化物的定量检测。  相似文献

建立了白酒中挥发性酚类物质的气相色谱-质谱检测方法。准确量取25.0 m L酒样,利用C18固相萃取柱吸附洗脱后,采用气相色谱-质谱仪定量测定。结果表明,样品回收率为80.2%~92.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为3.4%~7.8%;方法在0.02~10.00μg/m L浓度范围内具有很好的线性关系,相关系数R2≥0.99,检出限为1.4~4.4μg/L,定量限为4.8~14.8μg/L;该方法具有操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏的特点,适用于白酒样品中挥发性酚的分析检测。  相似文献

A 9% whey protein (WP) isolate solution at pH 7.0 was heat-denatured at 80°C for 30 min. Size-exclusion HPLC showed that native WP formed soluble aggregates after heat-treatment. Additions of CaCl2 (10–40 mM), NaCl (50–400 mM) or glucono-delta-lactone (GDL, 0.4–2.0%, w/v) or hydrolysis by a protease from Bacillus licheniformis caused gelation of the denatured solution at 45°C. Textural parameters, hardness, adhesiveness, and cohesiveness of the gels so formed changed markedly with concentration of added salts or pH by added GDL. Maximum gel hardness occurred at 200 mM NaCl or pH 4.7. Increasing CaCl2 concentration continuously increased gel hardness. Generally, GDL-induced gels were harder than salt-induced gels, and much harder than the protease-induced gel.  相似文献

The levels of bisphenol-F-diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) were quantified as part of a European survey on the migration of residues of epoxy resins into oil from canned fish. The contents of BFDGE in cans, lids and fish collected from all 15 Member States of the European Union and Switzerland were analysed in 382 samples. Cans and lids were separately extracted with acetonitrile. The extraction from fish was carried out with hexane followed by re-extraction with acetonitrile. The analysis was performed by reverse phase HPL C with fluorescence detection. BFDGE could be detected in 12% of the fish, 24% of the cans and 18% of the lids. Only 3% of the fish contained BFDGE in concentrations considerably above 1mg/kg. In addition to the presented data, a comparison was made with the levels of BADGE (bisphenol-A-diglycidyl ether)analysed in the same products in the context of a previous study.  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献

The European Commission's, Quality of Life Research Programme, Key Action 1—Health, Food & Nutrition is mission-oriented and aims, amongst other things, at providing a healthy, safe and high-quality food supply leading to reinforced consumer confidence in the safety of European food. Its objectives also include the enhancing of the competitiveness of the European food supply. Key Action 1 is currently supporting a number of different types of European collaborative projects in the area of risk analysis. The objectives of these projects range from the development and validation of prevention strategies including the reduction of consumers risks; development and validation of new modelling approaches; harmonization of risk assessment principles, methodologies, and terminology; standardization of methods and systems used for the safety evaluation of transgenic food; providing of tools for the evaluation of human viral contamination of shellfish and quality control; new methodologies for assessing the potential of unintended effects of genetically modified (genetically modified) foods; development of a risk assessment model for Cryptosporidium parvum related to the food and water industries; to the development of a communication platform for genetically modified organism, producers, retailers, regulatory authorities and consumer groups to improve safety assessment procedures, risk management strategies and risk communication; development and validation of new methods for safety testing of transgenic food; evaluation of the safety and efficacy of iron supplementation in pregnant women; evaluation of the potential cancer-preventing activity of pro- and pre-biotic ('synbiotic') combinations in human volunteers.
