目的:探讨大麦苗不同富集锗的方法以及不同浓度的锗对大麦苗的生长及富锗量的影响,为开发富锗大麦苗保健品以及探索一条通过大麦苗的生物转化作用将环境中的有毒的无机锗转化为无毒的有机锗为人类服务同时又净化保护了环境的新途径。方法:水培法栽培大麦苗;浸麦富锗法,出苗后富锗法以及全程富锗法;原子分光光谱法测定富锗麦苗中锗的含量。结果:浸麦富锗法中锗浓度低于80mg/L组和出苗后富锗法中锗浓度为40mg/L组的麦苗生长曲线均高于空白对照组,且无麦苗尖发枯发黄现象。全程富锗法,各富锗组麦苗的出芽率、麦苗出率、生长曲线大部分低于空白对照组,且麦苗尖发枯发黄。结论:出苗后富锗法,当锗浓度为40mg/L时,大麦出芽率、麦苗出率、生长曲线均高于空白对照组,麦苗尖无发枯发黄,锗含量高是空白对照组的9.7倍,此为本实验中最佳富锗方法与最佳富锗浓度。  相似文献

目的:探索沪酿3.042米曲霉的富硒能力并找到最佳的富硒条件。方法:于豆芽汁液体培养基中添加一系列浓度的亚硒酸钠,培养一段时间,研究亚硒酸钠浓度对米曲霉生物量、富硒能力,蛋白酶活力的影响,找到适合的亚硒酸钠浓度,测定此浓度下米曲霉的生长曲线、富硒量曲线,找到最佳的富硒条件,分析此条件下富硒米曲霉胞内硒的存在状态。结果:亚硒酸钠浓度为100mg/L时米曲霉的生物量最大,富硒能力最高,50mL液体培养基可以收获0.454g湿茵体,含有胞内硒2mg,其中有机硒含量达到95%以上,最适合的茵体收获时间是48h。但是此时蛋白酶活力降低明显,亚硒酸钠浓度为50mg/L时蛋白酶活力比不加亚硒酸钠时活力更高,36h达到活力峰,此时富硒能力也较强。结论:米曲霉是个很好的富硒载体,亚硒酸钠浓度为100mg/L时富硒能力最高,应用前景很好。  相似文献

通过摇瓶实验,研究了红发夫酵母在蛋白胨、尿素、硝酸铵、硫酸铵、硝酸钾、氯化铵等氮源中的生长、色素合成和硒富集情况,探讨了亚硒酸钠浓度对细胞生长和色素合成的影响、培养基pH对细胞生长和硒富集的影响、亚硒酸钠添加时机对色素合成和硒富集量的影响。结果表明,在硝酸铵为氮源的培养基中,细胞生长最慢;在尿素为氮源的培养基中,可以获得色素含量和硒富集率分别为530.4μg/g和93.2%的细胞;培养基中添加10mg/L亚硒酸钠对细胞生长和色素合成影响最小;对细胞生长和硒富集而言,适宜的pH是4.5~5.0;在培养进行到第8~16h添加10mg/L的亚硒酸钠,细胞中有较高的色素含量和硒含量。  相似文献

采用冬虫夏草作为富硒的载体,啤酒糟为基质,进行富硒冬虫夏草液态深层发酵试验,研究冬虫夏草对无机硒的生物转化能力.利用正交试验设计,对富硒冬虫夏草液态深层发酵条件如摇床转速、接种量、pH等进行了优化.结果表明,冬虫夏草能在含有低质量浓度亚硒酸钠(10~25mg/L)的培养基中生长,并在菌丝体内富集硒,最佳发酵工艺为摇床频率180r/min、培养10d的条件下,装液量50mL/250mL,pH值为7.0,接种量15%,温度20℃,亚硒酸钠质量浓度25 mg/L,啤酒糟质量浓度20 mg/L.在此优化的发酵条件下,富硒冬虫夏草菌丝体总富硒量为5808.20 μg/L.  相似文献

为了获得有机硒含量高且品质优良的富硒麦芽,该研究以啤酒大麦为研究对象,比较两种富硒方式对麦芽硒含量的富集作用,分别研究了Na2SeO3溶液浸麦浓度、浸麦温度和浸麦时间对大麦芽长、发芽率和硒含量的影响,以总硒含量和有机硒比率为考察指标,采用响应面设计优化出富硒麦芽的最佳制备工艺,并对比了富硒麦芽和普通麦芽的理化指标。结果表明:对比发芽阶段采用Na2SeO3溶液喷淋,浸麦阶段采用Na2SeO3溶液浸泡显著提高了麦芽的有机硒含量。优化得到的最佳富硒麦芽制备工艺为:Na2SeO3溶液质量浓度为98 mg/L,浸麦温度为18 ℃,浸麦时间为20 h,此条件下麦芽总硒含量为19.81 mg/kg DW,有机硒含量为12.90 mg/kg DW。与普通麦芽相比,富硒麦芽的品质未受影响,总硒和有机硒分别提高了151倍和107倍。说明该制备工艺具有一定的竞争优势,可为今后富硒麦芽开发与利用提供一定的参考价值。  相似文献

为了获得能耐受较高亚硒酸钠质量浓度和具有富硒能力的益生菌菌株,对7株酵母菌和12株乳酸菌进行了筛选。结果表明,所有菌株均能在亚硒酸钠质量浓度为20~80μg/m L的平板上生长,乳酸菌YQRS菌株和酵母菌FJYJM3菌株具有较高的耐受性和富硒能力。对它们进行发酵条件的优化,表明YQRS菌株在亚硒酸钠添加量为15μg/m L、添加硒的时间为对数期前期时,富硒效果最好,菌体生物量为2.66 g/L,总硒含量能达到2 300.26μg/L。而FJYJM3菌株在亚硒酸钠添加量为20μg/m L,添加硒的时间为对数期前期时,富硒效果最显著,生物量能达到4.86 g/L,总硒含量能达到5 790.99μg/L。  相似文献

以亚硒酸钠为硒源,在酵母的培养过程中,于不同的时间组合添加不同量的亚硒酸钠,以研究不同添加时间和添加量对酵母富硒的影响。实验结果表明:在发酵过程中的5h、8h、11h,添加一定量的亚硒酸钠使其在发酵液中的浓度分别达到5mg/L、10mg/L、15mg/L时,酵母的产量和富硒效果最佳。  相似文献

为优化糙米富硒发芽工艺,以糙米发芽率及有机硒含量为指标,通过单因素和Box-Behnken组合设计,研究了亚硒酸钠质量浓度、培养温度、培养时间及其交互作用对糙米发芽和富集硒的影响,优化后的工艺参数为:亚硒酸钠质量浓度68 mg/L、培养温度30℃、培养时间31 h。在此条件下糙米发芽率达到81.9%,有机硒含量达到0.870 mg/kg。  相似文献

研究了硒浓度对小球藻生长的影响,以及硒浓度对小球藻生物富集的影响,并对相关的可能机理进行了讨论.研究发现,高浓度的硒对小球藻生长具有抑制作用,当硒浓度超过1mg/L时会产生抑制作用;当硒浓度增至12mg/L时,发现藻细胞生长几乎停止.小球藻对硒的生物富集随着硒浓度的增加而增加,硒浓度为1mg/L时,藻体的硒含量为9.92μg/g;当硒浓度为8mg/L时,藻体的硒含量达到了83.66μg/g.小球藻富硒培养较适宜的硒添加浓度是4mg/L~8mg/L.  相似文献

A 9% whey protein (WP) isolate solution at pH 7.0 was heat-denatured at 80°C for 30 min. Size-exclusion HPLC showed that native WP formed soluble aggregates after heat-treatment. Additions of CaCl2 (10–40 mM), NaCl (50–400 mM) or glucono-delta-lactone (GDL, 0.4–2.0%, w/v) or hydrolysis by a protease from Bacillus licheniformis caused gelation of the denatured solution at 45°C. Textural parameters, hardness, adhesiveness, and cohesiveness of the gels so formed changed markedly with concentration of added salts or pH by added GDL. Maximum gel hardness occurred at 200 mM NaCl or pH 4.7. Increasing CaCl2 concentration continuously increased gel hardness. Generally, GDL-induced gels were harder than salt-induced gels, and much harder than the protease-induced gel.  相似文献

The levels of bisphenol-F-diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) were quantified as part of a European survey on the migration of residues of epoxy resins into oil from canned fish. The contents of BFDGE in cans, lids and fish collected from all 15 Member States of the European Union and Switzerland were analysed in 382 samples. Cans and lids were separately extracted with acetonitrile. The extraction from fish was carried out with hexane followed by re-extraction with acetonitrile. The analysis was performed by reverse phase HPL C with fluorescence detection. BFDGE could be detected in 12% of the fish, 24% of the cans and 18% of the lids. Only 3% of the fish contained BFDGE in concentrations considerably above 1mg/kg. In addition to the presented data, a comparison was made with the levels of BADGE (bisphenol-A-diglycidyl ether)analysed in the same products in the context of a previous study.  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献

The European Commission's, Quality of Life Research Programme, Key Action 1—Health, Food & Nutrition is mission-oriented and aims, amongst other things, at providing a healthy, safe and high-quality food supply leading to reinforced consumer confidence in the safety of European food. Its objectives also include the enhancing of the competitiveness of the European food supply. Key Action 1 is currently supporting a number of different types of European collaborative projects in the area of risk analysis. The objectives of these projects range from the development and validation of prevention strategies including the reduction of consumers risks; development and validation of new modelling approaches; harmonization of risk assessment principles, methodologies, and terminology; standardization of methods and systems used for the safety evaluation of transgenic food; providing of tools for the evaluation of human viral contamination of shellfish and quality control; new methodologies for assessing the potential of unintended effects of genetically modified (genetically modified) foods; development of a risk assessment model for Cryptosporidium parvum related to the food and water industries; to the development of a communication platform for genetically modified organism, producers, retailers, regulatory authorities and consumer groups to improve safety assessment procedures, risk management strategies and risk communication; development and validation of new methods for safety testing of transgenic food; evaluation of the safety and efficacy of iron supplementation in pregnant women; evaluation of the potential cancer-preventing activity of pro- and pre-biotic ('synbiotic') combinations in human volunteers.
