随着半导体激光自身输出功率和转换效率的提升,半导体激光已经广泛的应用于激光加工领域。本文针对目前激光加工领域对半导体激光硬化光源的需求,研制了波长为976nm的连续输出半导体激光硬化光源。该光源采用空间/偏振合束工艺达到了较高的合束效率,采用柱面微透镜阵列分割与聚焦镜复合较好地匀化了巴条激光器慢轴方向固有的光强起伏,使聚焦光斑的光强呈平顶分布。最后对该光源进行了实验装调和测试。结果表明,在工作电流为93A时,光源的最大输出功率为5 120W,电光转换效率达47%,光斑尺寸为2mm×16mm,光斑分布为平顶分布,平整度大于90%,满足工业中对大面积、高效率激光硬化的要求。 相似文献

The shearing process for the sheet metal is normally used in the precision elements such as semi-conductor components. In
these precision elements, the burr formation brings a bad effect on the system assembly and demands the additional de-burring
process, so this imposes high cost on manufacturing. In this paper, we have developed the in-situ auto-aligning precision
meso-punching system to investigate the burr formation mechanism and ultimately minimize burr. Firstly, we introduced the
punch-die contact sensing method to align the punch and the die at initial state prior to the punching process. Secondly,
by using the low-price semi-conductor laser, burr formed on the edges is measured intermittently during the punching process.
We could, finally, make burr on the sheet metal uniformized and minimized by controlling of the precision X-Y table, 1 un
resolution, and measuring burr height by semiconductor laser. Experimental results show the validity of our system for pursuing

Scheduling semi-conductor manufacturing process systems is a complicated and difficult job, due to such characteristics as
re-entry into manufacturing processes, high uncertainty of processes, and products and technologies changing rapidly. The
researchers have carried out many studies to find efficient techniques for semi-conductor manufacturing systems with a view
to accomplishing the goals of systems, such as saving cycling time and increasing production quantity per unit time. The production
flow in the semi-conductor industry has the most unique characteristics, which makes it difficult to plan production and to
schedule semi-conductor manufacturing. Currently, the scheduling methods in semi-conductor assembly processes follow the dispatching
rule on a simple first come first serve (FCFS) basis, and a backlog is operated as a buffer based on the daily production
quantity. In this study, therefore, we will apply various dispatching rules on a real-time basis and verify the effect and
result of exact scheduling through simulation, based on the assumption that competitive advantages in production come from
