在形位公差国标的贯彻中,形位误差的精确测量是一项很重要的工作。目前,测量圆度的仪器主要有圆度仪,而测量圆柱度和同轴度还没有专用的测量设备,配有电子计算机进行数据处理的也很少见。本文的目的是提供一种圆度、圆柱度和同轴度的测量原理和用于电子计算机的线性数据处理的解析方法为设计新的专用测量设备用的。这样,与通用测量设备相比可以进一步提高测量的精度和效率。由于圆度测量及数据处理是上述三种项目测量的基础,因此本文以圆度的测量及数据处理的解析方法作为重点加以介绍,同时对被测零件的安装精度提出了要求。  相似文献

Measurement and evaluation of circular profiles of cylindrical components in terms of circularity has been well established using roundness measuring instruments. For elliptical sections having very little difference between the major and minor diameters this difference can be measured with the roudness measuring instrument. However, fitting of the best fit ellipse and hence the definition of ellipticity are not available. Applications of elliptical profiles include instruments, such as the photospectrometer developed at CMTI with accurate elliptical cams, elliptical gear blanks, and the pistons of internal combustion engines whose cross sections are elliptical. In this paper a method for the evaluation of the elliptical profiles for centre and orientation of major and minor axes is described and two concepts for defining ellipticity are discussed  相似文献

直径和形位误差是圆柱体零件的重要技术指标,通常用圆柱度仪或圆度仪测量并经数据处理后得到。在圆柱体直径和形位误差测量中需进行参数设置和图形显示,编程工作量较大。将虚拟仪器中的控件应用于用VB语言编制的程序,则可节省大量编程时间,使程序界面更美观,实现用鼠标拖动图像及从不同视角观察图像。本文根据所选虚拟仪器控件特点,介绍了CWUI3.0.1控件组在测量方法、评定参数设置以及CW3DGraph3.5控件在圆柱度误差评定结果显示中的应用。  相似文献

对传统的YD200A型圆度仪进行了虚拟改造的可行性分析,给出了基于PCI总线的虚拟仪器系统的软硬件构成。用设计的虚拟仪器对轴的圆度误差进行了实际测量,结果表明与传统的仪器及其测量方法、数据处理方式相比,虚拟仪器构建非常容易,还实现了检测过程的自动化、数字化、智能化及可视化,大幅度提高了测量速度、数据处理速度及测量精度。  相似文献

转台式圆度仪是一种用于测量圆度、圆柱度、同轴度等参数的仪器。传统的使用圆度仪测量半径的方法由于操作繁琐、定位精度低,已不适用于大批量生产检测。提出了一种新的测量工装,具有结构简单、使用方便等特点。实践证明,使用新的工装辅助圆度仪进行内孔半径的测试,可以对工件进行较精确的定位,充分发挥圆度仪的精准性,有效避免了因定位误差导致需要重新调整工件位置的困扰,显著提高测量定位精度及工作效率。  相似文献

The form errors of three-dimensional surfaces have an effect on the proper functioning of an assembly. Methods for evaluating form errors of surfaces of spherical and cylindrical components are available. However, in most machines and instruments the functional components are axisymmetric, e.g. spindles, and have varying geometry in the form of steps, tapers etc. Evaluation of the form errors at different zones on the component as well as a form error characteristic of the whole component is required in such cases. To do this coordinate data or circularity traces are obtained at different horizontal sections using a coordinate measuring machine or a roundness measuring instrument respectively and the required form error is then evaluated. Different algorithms developed for fitting the axis of the component which is the first step in the evaluation of form errors are described. The method of normal least-squares fitting was found to be superior to the general least-squares method.  相似文献

A new method for the calibration of Flick standards for roundness measuring instruments has been developed through the use of a Form Talysurf stylus instrument. The method incorporates circular fits and the convolution of the standardized probe geometry over the fitted arcs using the “Kilroy's Cat” function. The method yields stable results, and an error budget documents the low uncertainty of the method. Major uncertainty contributors are the traceability of the Form Talysurf and the roughness of the Flick standard. It is shown that the tip radius has a significant effect on the results obtained in roundness measurement, even on such simple artifacts as the Flick standard. This underlines the importance of implementing a standardized tip radius. The influence of Gaussian versus 2RC filters is also documented.  相似文献

A new concept called intelligent virtual control (IVC), which can be driven by measuring functions, is put forward. This small "intelligent measurement instrument unit (IMIU)", carrying with functions of instrument, consists of different types of intelligent virtual instrument (IVI) through individual components together as building blocks and can be displayed directly on the computer screen. This is a new concept of measuring instrument, and also an important breakthrough after virtual instrument (VI). Virtual control makes instrument resources obtain further exploitation. It brings about a fundamental change to the design and manufacturing mode. The instrument therefore, can not only be produced directly inside a PC, but the product is involved in the "green product" system. So far, all the present digital instruments will grow to be replaced by intelligent control with green characteristics.  相似文献
