基于谐波小波和Prony算法的转子不平衡信号提取   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
高精度动平衡测量系统中的信噪比很低,尤其是在邻近频率干扰背景下,常规的快速博里叶变换(fast Fourier trasformation,FFT)等方法无法准确提取不平衡信号.提出一种基于谐波小波和Prony算法的不平衡信号提取方法,先采用自适应谐波小波带通滤波提高信噪比,然后以滤波后的数据作为样本,采用Prony算法识别不平衡信号的幅值和相位,有效解决了邻近频率干扰导致的不平衡信号无法准确提取的问题.仿真和实验结果表明,该方法具有精度高、重复性好等优点,特别适合于信噪比较低的高精度动平衡测量系统中.  相似文献

改进小脑模型网络对轧辊偏心谐波的分频辨识   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对连续轧钢机轧辊偏心谐波信号具有严重的非线性特性,提出一种采用改进的小脑模型控制器(ICMAC)神经网络对轧辊偏心进行分频辨识的方法。该方法基于改进的Prony参量法对轧辊偏心信号进行估计,利用ICMAC对非线性的逼近能力,对不同频率不同幅值的轧辊偏心谐波进行分频辨识,然后提取连轧机轧辊偏心信号非线性谐波,从而得到混合了各次谐波的轧辊偏心信号的最简模型。仿真结果表明,该方法与常规的BP网络辨识建模方法相比,不仅辨识结果的置信度高,而且能明显识别出对控制精度影响较大的谐波,可为进一步消除连轧机轧辊偏心信号提供依据。  相似文献

当齿轮箱发生故障时,实际测得的齿轮振动信号一般是非平稳和非高斯分布的信号,不同故障状态下的振动信号具有不同的高斯性和对称性,通常包含较强的噪声。高阶累积量具有对加性高斯噪声和对称非高斯噪声不敏感的特性,可以应用在齿轮箱的故障诊断中。短时分析方法可以在低信噪比情况下提取周期性冲击故障信号特征。在对振动信号进行短时分析的基础上,计算原始信号及其短时能量函数的高阶累积量。从高阶累积量提取的特征可有效地将正常状态、中度磨损状态、严重磨损状态和断齿状态的齿轮振动信号分离开来,这表明高阶累积量可定量地描述振动信号偏离正态分布的程度,采用样本分割后,还可以定量描述齿轮的磨损程度。  相似文献

为了提取混合噪声中待诊设备的噪声信号,利用传声器组构造线性测量阵列流型,建立多声源机器系统的宽带相关噪声混合模型。使用聚集变换技术消除频率对参数估计的影响,并同时消除相关信号功率谱矩阵的奇异性,采用宽带相关MUSIC法估计噪声方差与声源方位,从混合信号频谱中分离噪声源信号频谱。该方法可减小其他噪声源信号的干扰,提高待检设备噪声信号的信噪比。实验结果验证了模型与算法的可行性。  相似文献

针对滚动轴承故障振动信号易受高斯噪声影响的问题,从高阶统计量的理论入手,提出了由信号的高阶谱恢复功率谱.由恢复的功率谱提取故障特征信息的高阶统计量方法,建立了通过高阶谱恢复功率谱的数学模型,并对仿真数据和实测故障数据进行了分析.结果表明,利用高阶累积量对高斯噪声不敏感的特点,可实现高斯噪声下瞬态信号频率与功率谱的正确估计.与传统方法相比,本研究方法可以有效地提取滚动轴承故障特征,同时具有更高的分辨率.  相似文献

本文介绍了一种新型的基于PC机的血液多普勒信号频谱分析系统的研制方法。这种系统以PC机和超声多普勒检测单元为主要硬件,用小波变换和短时傅里叶技术以软件形式实现了血流多普勒信号的降噪、频谱分析、最大频率曲线提取、特征点检测和声谱参数的计算。这种系统不仅成本较低,而且可以自动提取各种信噪比(包括低信噪比)条件下的血流多普勒信号的频谱特征,为医学临床的诊断提供了更为准确的参数。  相似文献

采用FFT进行电网信号谐波参数分析时存在频谱泄漏,准确度较低.研究提出了一种基于Nuttall窗函数的频谱相位差校正算法,分析了Nuttall窗函数的时域、频域特性,建立了频谱相位差校正算法的流程,推导了信号谐波参数计算式,给出了算法在三相谐波电能计量中的实现方法.采用Nuttall窗对电压、电流信号进行加权,利用Nuttall窗旁瓣电平低、旁瓣衰减快的特点可有效减少频谱泄漏:运用频谱相位差校正方法进行信号频谱校正与分析,不必求解高次方程即可实现电网信号谐波参数分析.仿真与实际运行结果表明,非同步采样情况下,本文算法可以准确地实现电网信号谐波分析,实现电能的准确计量.  相似文献

研究分析了非同步采样时频谱泄漏和栅栏效应对介损角测量误差的影响,提出了一种基于Hanning自卷积窗的改进FFT介损角测量算法.首先采用Hanning自卷积窗对电压电流信号加权,然后利用离散频谱插值算法和多项式拟合方法进行离散频谱校正,获得基波相位角,最后根据电压、电流基波相位差实现介损角测量.在非同步采样时,本文算法只需用4阶Hanning自卷积窗进行加权即可充分抑制频谱泄漏的影响,基于改进FFT的介损角插值计算式具有运算量小,易于实现的特点.基波频率波动、采样频率变化、白噪声影响、谐波变化等情况下的介损角仿真测量实验结果和实验室条件下的实际测量结果验证了本文算法的准确性和有效性.  相似文献

为减少谐波存在时的电能计量误差,本文提出一种基于三角自卷积窗的改进谐波电能频域计量算法.首先,采用三角自卷积窗对电压、电流信号进行加权处理,以抑制频谱泄漏和谐波间相互干扰;其次,运用插值FFT算法从频域实现电压、电流信号参数(频率、幅值和相位)的高精度估计值;最后,根据Budeanu给出的谐波电能定义,结合电压、电流信号参数实现谐波电能计量.非同步采样情况下,分别采用典型余弦组合窗(Hanning窗、Blackman-Harris窗与Rife-Vincent窗)和4阶三角自卷积窗进行谐波电能计量的仿真实验结果表明:采用三角自卷积窗函数可克服白噪声和基波频率波动影响,提高了谐波电能计量准确度.本文算法在三相多功能谐波电能表中的应用证明了其有效性和准确性.  相似文献

A computer simulation model for the contact between longitudinally-oriented rough surfaces has been formulated. This model closely duplicates the actual surf ace contact deformation behavior by taking into account the elastic interactions between the asperities. There were no assumptions made about the shapes, or any deformation behavior of the asperities, except for their obeying the laws of elasticity. The plastic deformations on the high asperity peaks were taken into account by setting a ceiling on their contact pressures at the material hardness value. The simulations used real surface profiles which were digitized from unworn circumferentially ground steel surfaces. Each pair of these profiles was mathematically combined to form an equivalent rough profile pressing against an infinitely rigid flat and having the appropriately adjusted elastic modulus. A total of 28 different pairs of profiles were used in the simulations. Each contacting pair was subjected to 30 different load levels and the local contact pressures and deformations were calculated. The contact simulations yielded some important mathematical relationships between parameters, such as the real area of contact, average gap, and average asperity load through statistical curve fitting. Two analytical functions were generated to relate the average load to average gap and the real area of contact to load.  相似文献

针对实际电网存在着大量的三绕组变压器,但国际上一些著名商业软件,如BPA仿真软件、Matpower这一权威潮流计算开源软件,均只提供双绕组变压器模型,限制了其在具有三绕组变压器的电力系统中的应用的问题,潮流计算是自主开发的电力系统各种应用软件的核心模块,因此依托国际权威开源程序进行二次开发,是一种较好的选择。对Matpower要求的数据格式进行了归纳,对变压器的一般的等值电路及带理想变压器的等值电路和带标幺值的等值电路进行了分析研究,提出了三绕组变压器转换为双绕组等效模型的建模方法,使得原先只适应双绕组变压器的潮流计算软件可以适用于三绕组变压器电网的潮流计算;最后以Matpower软件为例进行了案例计算,并用PSASP仿真软件进行对比验证。研究结果证明,所提出的建模方法是有效的。  相似文献

针对电站锅炉风险等级评价问题,将模糊综合评价技术应用到电站锅炉风险等级评价中。开展了电站锅炉失效影响因素及模糊评价因素的重要程度分析,建立了一套科学合理适于在线评价的电站锅炉风险评价体系,提出了模糊综合评价技术与改进的模糊层次分析法相结合的模糊风险评价方法,利用改进的模糊层次分析法计算了指标体系中各层指标权重。对某一台电站锅炉的实际运行工况影响子因素进行了模糊风险评价,采用模糊合成算子进行模糊综合运算得到电了站锅炉运行工况影响子因素的评价向量。研究结果表明:电站锅炉的运行工况影响子因素的风险评价等级为第6级,失效可能性等级为小,该电站锅炉运行工况良好。  相似文献

应用动力节点加载法,将作用在桥梁上的交通荷载转化为等效节点荷载,再用两步构造法识别结构物理参数.第1步,用Newmark-β方法变换结构运动方程,并用结构的加速度响应求得变换空间内的位移、速度和加速度响应;第2步,基于最小二乘原理,构造出变换空间内求解结构参数的递推式,进行结构物理参数识别.数值模拟结果表明,在交通荷载作用下,该方法能够快速、准确地进行桥梁结构参数识别.  相似文献

针对具有进油孔的有限长滑动轴承油膜力求解问题,采用变分原理和分离变量法,求得了有限长滑动轴承油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式。将油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式在油膜存在区域上进行积分,即得到了油膜力。将提出的计算有限长滑动轴承油膜力方法与无限长轴承模型、有限元方法的计算结果进行了比较,发现了提出的方法与有限元方法的计算结果很接近。最后,研究了进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域、油膜力等的影响,研究结果表明进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域和油膜力有较大的影响。  相似文献

RLS and LMS blind adaptive multi-user detection algorithm and multi-user detector was proposed to solve the problem of multi-user signal detection problem encountered in underwater acoustic communication networks.In simulation analysis,RLS and the LMS blind adaptive multi-user detector were designed and tested for synchronous and asynchronous multi-user communication process.The results of SIR comparison and MMSE comparison show that,both of the two methods can realize blind adaptive detection when any user change in multi-user communication,during this process,the training communication sequences are not needed.The RLS algorithm has about 5 dB higher in SIR compared with LMS algorithm,and the convergence velocity of RLS algorithm is also higher than LMS algorithm when the communication users change.RLS algorithm has better ability in multi-user detection than that of LMS algorithm,and it has great attraction and guiding significance for solving the problem of multiple access interference(MAI) in multi-user communication.  相似文献

This paper analysis the developing of expendable conductivity temperature depth measuring system(XCTD)and introduce its principle of measuring about temperature,salinity and depth of ocean.Some key techniques are put forward.According to the real needs of XCTD,conductivity sensor with high sensitivity is designed by principle of electromagnetic induce,the ocean conductivity from induced electromotive force has been calculated.Adding temperature correction circuit would help to reduce error of conductivity measurement because of sharply changing temperature.Advanced temperature measuring circuit of high precision and the constant current source is used to weaken effect of self-heating of resistance and fluctuation of the source.On respect of remote data transmission,LVDS is a good choice for the purpose of guarantee the quality of data transmitted and the transmission distance is reaching to thousand meters in the seawater.Modular programming method is also brought into this research aimed at improve the stability,reliability and maintainability of the whole measuring system.In February,2015,the trials in South China Sea demonstrate that the developed XCTD realize effective measurement at a speed of 6 knots and detection depth at 800 m.The consistency coefficient of the acquired data is greater than 0.99 and the success rate of probe launching is above 90%.  相似文献

In order to investigate the sealing performance variation resulted from the thermal deformation of the end faces, the equations to calculate the fluid film pressure distribution, the bearing force and the leakage rate are derived, for the fluid film both in parallel gap and in wedgy gap. The geometrical parameters of the sealing members are optimized by means of heat transfer analysis and complex method. The analysis results indicate that the shallow spiral grooves can generate hydrodynamic pressure while the rotating ring rotates and the bearing force of the fluid film in spiral groove end faces is much larger than that in the flat end faces. The deformation increases the bearing force of the fluid film in flat end faces, but it decreases the hydrodynamic pressure of the fluid film in spiral groove end faces. The gap dimensions which determine the characteristics of the fluid film is obtained by coupling analysis of the frictional heat and the thermal deformation in consideration of the equilibrium condition of the bearing force and the closing force. For different gap dimensions, the relationship between the closing force and the leakage rate is also investigated, based on which the leakage rate can be controlled by adjusting the closing force.  相似文献
