针对时序电路的等价性验证难题,提出基于Mining-SEC的定界等价性验证方法。将待验证时序电路按时间帧展开为多项式符号代数表示的电路集合,利用时间序列数据挖掘方法挖掘其中的不变量和相应的全局约束,不变量可以是任意多项式。此外还可挖掘电路中的不合法约束和复杂的多项式关系,通过以上方法可以明显降低求解空间。使用基于SMT的验证引擎检验电路等价性。实验结果表明,该方法可以快速地实现验证收敛,得到平均1~2个量级的验证加速,并且可以有效消除虚假验证。  相似文献

Operation of steel wire ropes brings a number of risks that affect their lifetime. During operation of steel ropes the one of the most adverse effects is the effect of corrosion. Manufacturers are working hard to eliminate the effect of corrosion by lubricating cables, surface protection of wires and alike, but these methods are not able eliminate corrosion rise and propagation totally. To examine the process of degradation of the mechanical properties of the steel ropes in the corrosive environment, we conducted research on a rope sample as a whole and on the samples of individual wires. The samples were exposed to the saline solution for a period of total duration of 64 days. The monitoring of the degradation was carried out at 16-day intervals when the samples were subjected to mechanical tests. The rope sample as a whole was subjected to the tensile test. The individual wire samples were subjected to the tensile test, alternating bend test and torsion test. The criteria according to the standard EN 12927-6 and the Slovak Mining Office Regulation (SBU) No. 50/1989 Coll. were used to evaluate the results of the degradation of the mechanical properties. These were then confronted with the criteria used in maritime shipping. Based on the results of the mechanical tests, the trend of the degradation of the mechanical properties in the saline solution and marginal values for the rope decommissioning were determined. Gradually, with an increase of the impact of corrosion on the rope samples, the impact on rope rotation resistivity was also registered, besides the mechanical properties changes.  相似文献

Alternating current field measurement (ACFM) technology has been used for sizing underwater structure cracks. However, conventional ACFM is more sensitive to cracks perpendicular to the induced current than cracks with other angles. In this paper, a rotating alternating current field measurement (RACFM) method and underwater test system are present for the detection of arbitrary-angle cracks with high sensitivity. The RACFM is proved by simulations and experiments. Arbitrary-angle cracks detection results obtained from ACFM and RACFM have shown that the RACFM method overcomes the limitation of directional detection of ACFM and effectively achieves high detection sensitivity for arbitrary-angle cracks on underwater structures.  相似文献

There is still a problem of low energy storage density in dielectric capacitors which is a core component of power systems. For the improvement of the energy storage density, the linear dielectric material CaTiO3 (CT) was introduced in Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 (NBT) ceramics in this paper. By modifying the A site, a new relaxor ferroelectric ceramic was successfully synthesized and attained a recoverable density (Wrec) of 2.34 J/cm3 at x = 0.18. Moreover, the preparation process was optimized in this paper. Through the viscous polymer process (VPP) route, the energy density (WA) of 82NBT-18CTVPP ceramic further reaches 6.45 J/cm3 at 340 kV/cm, with efficiency (η) up to 75% and a Wrec of 4.82 J/cm3. At the same time, the change of Wrec is small at temperature (30–150 °C) and frequency (1 Hz–300 Hz), which demonstrates its excellent stability. The discharge power density reaches about 180 MW/cm3 and the discharge time is 0.117 μs, which indicates its excellent pulse discharge performance. The results show that 82NBT-18CT lead-free relaxation ferroelectric material is expected to become ideal for high-energy storage applications.  相似文献

In recent years, the historical data during the search process of evolutionary algorithms has received increasing attention from many researchers, and some hybrid evolutionary algorithms with machine-learning have been proposed. However, the majority of the literature is centered on continuous problems with a single optimization objective. There are still a lot of problems to be handled for multi-objective combinatorial optimization problems. Therefore, this paper proposes a machine-learning based multi-objective memetic algorithm (ML-MOMA) for the discrete permutation flowshop scheduling problem. There are two main features in the proposed ML-MOMA. First, each solution is assigned with an individual archive to store the non-dominated solutions found by it and based on these individual archives a new population update method is presented. Second, an adaptive multi-objective local search is developed, in which the analysis of historical data accumulated during the search process is used to adaptively determine which non-dominated solutions should be selected for local search and how the local search should be applied. Computational results based on benchmark problems show that the cooperation of the above two features can help to achieve a balance between evolutionary global search and local search. In addition, many of the best known Pareto fronts for these benchmark problems in the literature can be improved by the proposed ML-MOMA.  相似文献

Batch flotation test data of a mixture of pyrite and calcite were used to compare regression parameters of four kinetic model structures. The work included the use of unoxidized or a mixture of partially oxidized pyrite (by microwave irradiation). The objective of floating oxidized pyrite was to have mineral particles with different floatability, closer to a real situation. The models considered include: single rate constant, distributed rate constants (i.e. rectangular and gamma distributions), and a recently introduced approach based on fractional calculus. Such models were selected due to their good tradeoff between simplicity and accuracy. The regressions were performed (1) taking all the data points and comparing the mean square error (MSE) and adjusted correlation factor RAdj2 as indicators of the goodness of fit; and (2) taking the first data points while neglecting the last ones (from 1 to 3) and observing the variability of the model parameters and the prediction of maximum recovery (R). For the latter regression scheme, besides MSE and RAdj2, a predictive factor, E, was defined by subtracting the final measured recovery from the calculation obtained by the model. This allowed to measure the ability of each model to extrapolate the omitted points on the recovery vs. time curve.Results from this study showed that the single constant model had a satisfactory performance with the advantage of having the least parameters compared to the other structures. The gamma model was effective and robust. The rectangular model gave an acceptable goodness of fit but overestimated the maximum and final recovery. Finally, the fractional calculus approach gave the best goodness of fit, overall, but failed in predicting the maximum recovery, which occurred when the derivative order was greater than 1.  相似文献

This study aims to investigate the effect of pyrolysis pressure on the physical and chemical structure characteristics and reactivity of subbituminous demineralized coal char. The pyrolysis experiments were studied under different pressures using a pressurized drop tube reactor (PDTR). Structural properties of coal chars were investigated by the application of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), nitrogen adsorption analyzer, automatic mercury porosimeter, and Raman spectroscopy, respectively. The Random Pore Model was used to determine kinetic parameters and intrinsic reactivity of chars. The specific pore volume of chars pyrolyzed at 900–1000 °C increased first and then decreased with pyrolysis pressure increasing, and the maximum value of the specific pore volume of chars occurred at 1.0 MPa. The degree of graphitization of chars deepened with the increase of temperature or pressure. Intrinsic activation energy of char-O2 was within the range of 126–134 kJ/mol. The intrinsic reactivity of char-O2 reaction showed strong correlation the Raman parameters with the change of pyrolysis conditions, and it suggested that the intrinsic reactivity of char-O2 reaction was mainly affected by aromatic ring structures rather than pore structures.  相似文献

Monitoring of the nature and amount of mining-induced stresses over pillars was undertaken at different coal seams with shallow depth cover and varying overlying strata and goaf treatment. The development of abutment loading on the coal pillars facing goaf line is visualised by analysis of the in situ observations at different sites with varying geomining conditions. The rock properties and depositional conditions of the immediate roof strata at each site were studied and incorporated in terms of a cavability index. Considering the relevant geomining parameters, which influenced the pillar loading, empirical relations are developed to estimate the range of influence and the value of ultimate induced stress (vertical) over the coal pillars with shallow depth cover.  相似文献

通过野外实地观察、样品采集及系列实验分析发现,皖南下扬子区下寒武统荷塘组页岩在研究区内分布广泛,沉积厚度大(约60~360 m),有机质丰度高(达0.5%~7.2%),热演化程度较高(Ro为2.0%~5.5%),达高-过成熟阶段晚期,具有较好的生烃潜力;储集层孔隙度平均为0.716%,为游离气提供了一定的储存空间,等温吸附实验测得吸附气含量平均为0.443 cm3/g,表明研究区页岩具有较强的吸附能力。通过综合研究认为,石台—黟县—泾县—宁国一带为今后的有利勘探区,分布面积约9 100 km2.  相似文献
