The effects of cellulose microfibres (CMFs, Average size: 100 ± 5 μm) and cellulose nanofibres (CNFs, Average size: 60 ± 3 nm) on the properties of myofibrillar protein (MP) gels from duck breast meat were studied. The results demonstrated that CMFs and CNFs were mostly connected to MP by non-covalent bonds, the diffusion and cross-linking of MP molecules was promoted, and a denser and more complete gel network was formed. With the increases of CMFs and CNFs concentration (0–10%), the hardness was increased by 13.15% and 19.78% for CMFs10% and CNFs10% gels, respectively, and the elasticity was increased by 40% and 80%, respectively. At the same concentration (0–10%), the increase in gel hardness, viscoelasticity and immobilised water content was greater in the CNFs-MP group than in the CMFs-MP group. The CNFs-MP group had a tighter gel network, and CNFs had a better potential to improve the gelation performance of MP. 相似文献

Novel core-shell-like Ni-supported hierarchical beta zeolite catalysts on bioethanol steam reforming

Hierarchical-Beta zeolites have been hydrothermally synthesized by adding a new gemini organic surfactant. The used gemini surfactant play the role of a “pore-forming agents” on the mesoscale, on the same time, providing alkaline environment for the system. With this hierarchical Beta zeolite as the core support, we successfully prepared a shell layer of Ni-containing (22 wt%) petal-like core-shell-like catalyst and applied it to bioethanol steam reforming. At the reaction temperature of 350 °C–550 °C, the conversion rate of ethanol and the selectivity of hydrogen were always above 85% and 70%. After reaction of 100 h on stream at 400 °C, there were not obvious inactivation could be observed on NiNPs/OH-MBeta catalyst. 相似文献

A method for the precise analysis of the complex mixture of fatty acids in milk has been developed and validated. The triacylglycerol of nonanoic acid was applied as the internal standard (ISTD) for absolute quantification. Milk lipids were extracted by miniaturised ultrasonication and methylated with trimethylsulfonium hydroxide. Resulting fatty acid methyl esters were determined by gas chromatography with flame ionisation detection giving excellent resolution, including separation of several 18:1 isomers. The low quantitation limit (0.01 mg mL−1 milk) indicates that the sensitivity of the method is sufficient to quantify up to 50 fatty acids, from 4:0 to 23:0. Measurements of precision provided excellent results for different bovine milk samples of different fat content (coefficient of variance: 1.9% and 9.8% for intra- and interday precision, respectively). Recovery averaged 108 ± 3.5%. Evaluation of methods for determining the total fat content showed that gravimetry is no longer needed when using the ISTD. 相似文献

The use of heat exchanger/reactors (HEX/reactors) is a promising way to overcome the barrier of poor heat transfer in batch reactors. However to reach residence time long enough to complete the chemistry, low Reynolds number has to be combined with both a plug flow behaviour and the intensification of heat and mass transfers. This work concerns the experimental approach used to characterize an innovative HEX/reactor. The pilot is made of three process plates sandwiched between five utility plates. The process stream flows in a 2 mm corrugated channel. Pressure drop and residence time distribution characterizations aim at studying the flow hydrodynamics. Identified Darcy correlations point out the transition between laminar and turbulent flow around a Reynolds number equal to 200. Moreover the flow behaves like a quasi-plug flow (Pe > 185). The heat transfer and mixing time have also been investigated. The ratio between the reaction kinetics and the mixing time is over 100 and the intensification factor ranges from 5000 to 8000 kW m−3 K−1. As a consequence, no limitations were identified which allows the implementation of an exothermic reaction. It has been successfully performed under severe temperature and concentration conditions, batchwise unreachable. Thus, it highlights the interest of using this continuous HEX/reactor. 相似文献

In this study, we investigated the presence of 19 different agricultural pesticides in 210 samples of eight types of domestic vegetables collected from several vegetable-growing regions in Bangladesh. A multiresidue method was developed to detect the pesticide levels in the collected samples using gas chromatography with mass spectrophotometry (GC–MS). Pesticide residues were detected in 51.30% of the total samples, and among the positive samples, 38.89% contained levels above the maximum residue levels (MRLs). The most frequently detected pesticides were chlorpyrifos (34) followed by carbofuran (17), diazinon (16), carbaryl (14), malathion (11), endosulfan (8), cypermethrin (7) and dimethoate (6). Some (10.47%) of the samples contained multiple residues. It is concluded that the continuous monitoring and strict regulation of pesticide use on food crops, especially vegetables, are necessary. 相似文献

The effects of light-emitting diode (LED) illumination on the quality of fresh-cut cherry tomatoes were investigated. Tomatoes were exposed continuously to red, green, blue and white LED light for 7 days and control samples stored in darkness. Results showed that blue light treatment significantly led to more total soluble solids, lycopene concentration and individual phenolic compounds (chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, rutin) after 7 days of storage. On day-5, green and blue light-treated tomatoes showed relatively higher firmness than samples treated by other lights and the control. At the early stage of storage, blue light could preserve the fresh flavour of tomatoes compared to other treatments. Overall, the blue light was most effective in the quality preservation of fresh-cut cherry tomatoes and could be used as a novel strategy in the preservation of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables during shelf life. 相似文献

目的:为控制德尔卑沙门氏菌(Salmonella Derby)在食品加工过程中的污染,研究不同体积分数次氯酸钠对S. Derby生物被膜的抑制作用及其机制。方法:采用结晶紫染色法和平板菌落计数法观察次氯酸钠对生物被膜的抑制和清除效果,进一步观察不同体积分数次氯酸钠作用下沙门氏菌泳动能力和生物被膜内细胞的代谢活性、胞外聚合物含量和微观形态的变化规律。结果:次氯酸钠的最小抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)为0.08%(体积分数,下同),亚MIC(0.04%、0.02%、0.01%)的次氯酸钠可以抑制S. Derby生物被膜的形成,对成熟生物被膜也有一定的清除效果,且不同亚MIC次氯酸钠的作用效果差异显著(P<0.05);不同体积分数次氯酸钠处理能降低生物被膜内细胞代谢活性,抑制胞外多糖的合成,且不同体积分数次氯酸钠的作用效果差异显著(P<0.05)。激光共聚焦扫描显微镜结果显示,与对照组相比,次氯酸钠处理使得生物被膜厚度减小、活菌数减少、死菌数增多、细菌由聚集状态变为分散状态。结论:不同体积分数次氯酸钠对S. Derby生物被膜的形成有明显的抑制作用,这一作用与干扰细菌生长、生物被膜内细胞代谢活性和胞外多糖的合成有关。 相似文献

Stegobium paniceum (L.) (Coleoptera: Anobiidae) is among the major pests of stored products, causing great damage to stored Chinese medicinal plant materials (CMPMs) in China. Effective control strategies are urgently needed. The aim of this study was to explore the role of volatile organic compounds in the host preference of S. paniceum. First, the olfactory behavioral responses of S. paniceum adults to volatiles from four CMPMs (Panax notoginseng, Angelica sinensis, Gastrodia elata, and Peucedanum praeruptorum) were tested in Y-tube olfactometer experiments. Then, the volatile composition of these plant materials were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). S. paniceum showed significant preferences for volatiles from the four CMPMs, compared with clean air (CA). When S. paniceum was presented with choices among different CMPMs, it showed the strongest preference for P. notoginseng, followed by A. sinensis, then G. elata, and P. praeruptorum. GC-MS analysis identified 43, 34, 28 and 60 components in the volatile profiles of P. notoginseng, A. sinensis, G. elata, and P. praeruptorum, respectively. Falcarinol (14.4%), 3-n-butyl phthalide (78.7%), p-cresol (40.1%), and β-pinene (29.1%) were the most abundant components of the volatiles of P. notoginseng, A. sinensis, G. elata, and P. praeruptorum, respectively. The olfactory responses of S. paniceum to the four CMPMs demonstrated that host-related volatiles play an important role in the host-searching process by adult beetles. This information will be useful for the development of safe and effective trapping strategies for this pest. 相似文献
