Co-M/Al2O3上环己烷的选择性氧化研究 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Co-M/Al2O3(M=Cu,Zn,Ni)催化剂。在没有任何有机溶剂或助剂的条件下,研究了以空气为氧化剂的环己烷选择性氧化。所制备四种催化剂的活性为Co-Ni/Al2O3 >Co/Al2O3 >Co-Zn/Al2O3 >Co-Cu/Al2O3。在Co-Ni/Al2O3中Co、Ni的质量分数分别为4.0%和3.0%时活性最好。以Co-Ni/Al2O3为催化剂,在4.5 MPa、443 K下反应120 min,环己烷转化率达9.9%,环己酮和环己醇的总选择性达94.6%,n(酮)∶n(醇)为2.8。Co-Ni/Al2O3催化剂连续使用五次后活性基本不变。 相似文献

Immunochromatographic assays (ICAs) are considered as a suitable diagnostic tool for the detection of mycotoxins. Mycotoxins and especially, ochratoxin A are analytes with more demanding sensitivity requirements. To enhance the sensitivity of current immunochromatographic assays for ochratoxin A (OTA), a novel sensitive ICA was developed in this study. In the assay, microspheres enclosing fluorescent europium (III) [Eu(III)] nanoparticles (EuNPs) were used as a label for OTA monoclonal antibody (OTA-mAb) conjugation. Accordingly, assay was called time-resolved fluorescent immunochromatographic assay (TRFICA). The test strip was composed of three parts: a sample pad, nitrocellulose membrane and an absorbent pad. As for detection, a proper concentration of conjugated microspheres was pipetted into the microtube and sample extract was added to it. Then the strip was inserted into the tube and the fluid flow along the strip. The TRFICA results were obtained in 8 min and read by a portable TRFICA strip reader. The established method allows quantitative determination of OTA with limit of detection as low as 1.0 μg kg−1 in the samples. For validation, spiked samples including wheat, maize, soybean and rice were respectively assayed by TRFICA and a standard high performance liquid chromatography equipped with a fluorescence detector (HPLC-FLD), and good agreement of results was obtained between two methods. 相似文献

Soybean sauce, a Chinese traditional and daily condiment, is often contaminated by aflatoxin B1. An extract-free immunochromatographic assay was proposed based on fluorescent microspheres probe for the' detection of aflatoxin B1 in soybean sauce. The probe was prepared by coupling fluorescent microspheres with anti-aflatoxin B1 antibody by the 1-ethyl-3(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimides hydrochloride-mediated method. The background from the soybean sauce sample on strip was eliminated because of the optical property of the probe. The sample without extracting procedure was directly detected by diluting with 10% methanol solution. The visible detection limit for the qualitative analysis of aflatoxin B1 in the proposed method was 2.5 μg/L, which was lower than the maximum level of 5 μg/L set by the Chinese government. The results were well agreed with those obtained by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). The method showed satisfactory characteristics, such as rapid detection, easy operation, and high sensitivity, and can thus be applied for the large-scale and on-site screening of soybean sauce contaminated with aflatoxin B1. In this study, we synthesized nanostructured zinc oxide (ZnO) by using various concentrations (0–0.05 M) of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as a surfactant to optimize its morphology for gas sensor applications. The optimization process was used to elucidate the morphology effects (rod-shaped and flower-shaped morphologies). The morphologies were investigated through scanning electron microscopy, in which the assembly of nanorods leading to a spherical microstructure with a CTAB concentration of 0.005 M was observed. Brunauer–Emmett–Teller isotherm measurements revealed a surface area of 7.928 g/m2 for the flower-like morphology, which was relatively higher than those of other CTAB-assisted morphologies. Such morphological features were expected to contribute toward high-performance gas-sensing. The effect of morphology variation on the resistance of ZnO microstructures was used for gas measurements. Among the varied morphologies, a sample with a spherical flower-shaped morphology exhibited a very high response at low temperatures (~29 at 25 °C) toward NOX gas (0.75 ppm) and a high selectivity toward NOx among ammonia (NH3), toluene (C6H5CH3), carbon monoxide (CO), acetone (CH3COCH3), and ethanol (C2H5OH). Raman and photoluminescence spectroscopy analyses unraveled the presence of a high density of oxygen vacancies in the sample, thereby suggesting a close link between the defective nature of the sample and the high response of the flower-like ZnO at low temperatures. 相似文献

为探究吉林靖宇地区“北陆”“、普蓝51号”“、美登”“、北春”4个蓝莓品种的酿酒特性,对其3个形态指标、9个理化指标进行测定,运用相关性分析与主成分分析(PCA)方法对蓝莓酿酒特性进行综合评价。结果表明,不同品种间各项指标存在差异与相关性“,北春”果粒稍小,可溶性固形物和单宁含量显著高于其他3个品种(P<0.05)、总酸含量显著低于其他3个品种(P<0.05),固酸比最高,达到52.2。对蓝莓果实及酒指标进行主成分分析,影响酒质的主要指标依次为果实总酸、酒单宁、果实可溶性固形物、酒总花色苷及酒总酸含量5个指标,对不同蓝莓品种酿酒品质相关性状进行综合得分分析并进行排名,表明蓝莓品种“北春”得分最高,酿造的酒品质最好。 相似文献

Two-component films of a non-amphiphilic azo dye and a liquid crystal with strongly polar –CN group were studied at an air–water interface on the basis of the surface potential–mean molecular area dependence recorded simultaneously with the surface pressure–mean molecular area isotherm. Additionally, the morphology of the films was monitored with the aid of Brewster angle microscope. A conventional Langmuir technique was used to form dye/liquid crystal films during reduction and expansion of an area occupied by the molecules. From the surface potential value, the effective dipole moment in the first monolayer formed on the water was calculated. Moreover, the number of molecules with dipole moments directed from the water to the air with respect to those directed towards water was estimated. The influence of the two components' miscibilities upon the surface potential after addition of the dye to the liquid crystal was determined. 相似文献

We joined aluminum alloy A5052 to cold-rolled steel SPCC (Steel Plate Cold Commercial) and austenitic stainless steel SUS304 using resistance spot welding with a cover plate. The interfacial microstructure was observed using transmission electron microscopy. A thick two-layered reaction layer contains Fe2Al5 and FeAl3 and a thin serration reaction layer contains Fe2Al5 and FeAl3 were observed at the A5052/SPCC and A5052/SUS304 interface, respectively. Mechanical property analysis suggested that the reaction layer has no effect on the tensile shear strength of the A5052/SUS304 joint and that the tensile shear strength of the A5052/SPCC joint is influenced by the reaction layer formed at its interface. 相似文献
