考察了1-羟基乙叉-1,1-二膦酸(二辛)酯(HEDP)的极压抗磨性能以及与硫化异丁烯的复合效应,并用俄歇电子能谱(AES)分析了其四球机试验后钢球表面的元素。结果表明,HEDP作为抗磨剂用于极压性润滑油中,具有优良的极压抗磨性能,其与硫化异丁烯复配也显示出了良好的协同效应。HEDP对于油品的防锈性能具有积极的作用,对有色金属的腐蚀无不良影响,具有多效功能,对于研制低剂量的极压性油品配方具有重要意义。HEDP应用于重负荷车辆齿轮油的全配方中,所调制的复合剂添加量不大于4.5%的GL-5车辆齿轮油符合GB1389592质量标准。 相似文献

We present preliminary results of the High Density Plasma Injection Experiment at the Maryland Centrifugal Experiment (MCX).
HyperV Technologies Corp. has designed, built, and installed a prototype coaxial gun to drive rotation in MCX. This gun has
been designed to avoid the blow-by instability via a combination of electrode shaping and a tailored plasma armature. An array
of diagnostics indicates the gun is capable of plasma jets with a mass of 160 μg at 70 km/s with an average plasma density
above 1015 cm−3. Preliminary measurements are underway at MCX to understand the penetration of the plasma jet through the MCX magnetic field
and the momentum transfer from the jet to the MCX plasma. Data will be presented for a wide range of MCX field parameters,

The adsorption on steel of two compounds, ascorbic acid salts (SA) and 1‐hydroxyethylidene,1‐diphosphonic acid salts (SHEDP), used alone or simultaneously, was studied using an electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM). These products are considered to be non‐toxic organic corrosion inhibitors. SA adsorption was greater at cathodic potentials than at the corrosion potential, while SHEDP adsorbed better at the corrosion potential. The effectiveness of these two inhibitors is discussed in relation to the polarization curves. Several hypotheses are discussed to explain the adsorption mechanism in the presence of the two compounds used either alone or together. 相似文献

采用CaCl_2螯合沉淀-Fenton氧化联合处理湖南湘潭某机械厂1-羟基乙叉-1,1-二膦酸(HEDP)镀铜废水,研究了螯合剂CaCl_2投加量、反应pH,反应时间,Fenton反应pH、反应时间、H_2O_2用量,[Fe~(2+)]/[H_2O_2]比值等对处理效果的影响.结果表明,CaCl_2螯合沉淀-Fenton氧化联合方法能有效处理HEDP镀铜废水,在优化反应条件下,COD、TP和Cu~(2+)去除卒分别达到95.8%,99.8%和99.87%,出水基本达到电镀污染物排放标准(GB 21900-2008)要求. 相似文献

In order to study synergistic effect, various combinations of antiscalants 1-hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid (HEDP), sodium
hexametaphosphate (SHMP), sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP), and trisodium phosphate (TSP), were investigated as corrosion inhibitors
for carbon steel. Corrosion rate and percentage inhibition efficiency of various combinations of antiscalants as corrosion
inhibitors (20/80, 40/60, 60/40, 50/50, 80/20, and 100 ppm of different combinations of HEDP, SHMP, STPP, and TSP) in synthetic
cooling water VI (692 ppm of Cl− ions) was determined by weight loss, electrochemical polarization technique, and metallurgical microscopy technique. It was
observed that a 50/50 ppm combination of HEDP and SHMP gave 98% corrosion inhibition efficiency and maximum synergistic effect.
The percentage inhibition efficiency of HEDP when mixed with other antiscalants as corrosion inhibitors at 50/50 ppm concentration
was found in the following order HEDP/SHMP > HEDP/STPP > HEDP/TSP. The synergistic effect of HEDP/SHMP combination is due
to intermolecular hydrogen bonding between the molecules of HEDP and SHMP, which results in the adsorption of uniform multilayered
two-dimensional film of –HEDP–SHMP– molecules on carbon steel surface. 相似文献
