采用4种不同砧木,研究了茄子嫁接后防黄萎病(Verticilliam wilt)增产效果及其茄株根系分泌物与大丽轮枝菌(Verticilliundahliae Kleb)引起的黄萎病之间的相关性,结果表明:嫁接后的抗病增产效果依次是:托鲁巴绿-CK>CRPC-CK>赤茄-CK>刚果茄-CK>CK。各砧木根系分泌物对大丽轮枝菌孢子萌发均表现出较强的抑制作用,而CK自根苗根系分泌物对孢子的萌发有显的促进作用。嫁接后根 分泌物中的氨基酸组成和总糖都发生的很大变化,特别是对孢子萌发作用最大的蛋氨酸,苏氨酸,谷氨酸,苯丙氨酸,酷氨酸的含量明显降低,制约了孢子萌发,为茄子生长创造了一个不利于黄萎病菌发生的根际环境。 相似文献

为延长鲜切茄子的保鲜时间,研究单一气调包装(2%CO2+5%O2+93%N2)和保鲜液(1.5%壳聚糖+1%抗坏血酸+1%氯化钙+2%柠檬酸)结合气调包装对鲜切茄子品质的影响。以感官评分、褐变度、硬度、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性和细菌总数为指标,分析鲜切茄子于(10±1)℃下贮藏8d内的品质变化。结果表明:贮藏8d后,对照组样品的L*值、硬度、PPO酶活性和细菌总数分别为75.66、7.41kg/cm2、68.77U/(min·g)和5.52lg CFU/g,而经保鲜液结合气调包装的鲜切茄子各指标分别为82.51、10.05kg/cm2、23.70U/(min·g)和2.87lg CFU/g。气调包装能够抑制鲜切茄子的褐变、萎蔫等感官品质的下降,并抑制PPO活性的增加和细菌的生长繁殖,尤其在结合保鲜液处理后效果更加明显,贮藏8d仍保持较好的品质。 相似文献

BACKGROUND: A simple and quick on‐site test for trace levels of cadmium (Cd) in food is needed because of the human toxicity of this heavy metal. We developed an immunochromatography kit which uses the antigen‐antibody complex reaction between the Cd–ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (Cd–EDTA) complex and an anti‐Cd–EDTA antibody. We previously reported the successful use of this kit to determine Cd concentrations in brown rice with respect to the international standard: 0.4 mg kg?1. Here, we measured, using this immunochromatography kit, Cd concentrations in crops with lower international standards than rice. RESULTS: Cadmium extracted with 0.1 mol L?1 HCl from wheat grain and fresh eggplant was purified sufficiently using an ion‐exchange column treatment. Appropriate HCl extraction rates and dilution rates for the column eluate were selected; Cd concentrations in wheat grain and fresh eggplant were determined successfully by immunochromatography with respect to the international standards of 0.2 mg kg?1 and 0.05 mg kg?1 fresh weight, respectively. CONCLUSION: Approximate Cd concentrations in wheat grain and fresh eggplant can be monitored easily and quickly by this method at locations where facilities for acid digestion and precision analysis are not available. The eggplant peel activated charcoal (EPPAC) was investigated as an adsorbent for the removal of lead II ions from aqueous solution. Three methods were tested for the production of eggplant peel activated charcoal (EPPAC) from eggplant peel charcoal (EPPC), yielding three different products; EPPAC-1, EPPAC-2, and EPPAC-3. The difference among the three methods lies in the primary physical mixing of the EPPC with the activating agent (potassium hydroxide) before heating the mixture in a furnace for activation. The removal efficiency of lead II ions by the three adsorbents was 57.7%, 70.0%, and 60.0% for EPPAC-1, EPPAC-2, and EPPPAC-3, respectively. The optimized activation parameters for EPPAC-2 were: activation time 2 hours, activation temperature 700°C, and activation ratio 1:2 (EPPAC: KOH). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed that EPPAC-2 has the most porous structure. The surface area of EPPAC-2 was measured to be 739 m2/g. Adsorption kinetics of lead (II) is best described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model with second order rate constant of 1.70 × 10?3 g/mg.h at room temperature. The adsorption of lead on EPPAC-2 is found to follow the Langmuir isotherm with a maximum adsorption capacity of 1.4 × 102 mg/g. 相似文献

The extraction of biologically active compounds from eggplant pulp by modified supercritical CO2 extraction was investigated. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction of phenolic compounds and antioxidant capacity by assessing the pressure, temperature, and cosolvent percentage. The results demonstrated that the maximum phenolic content (3,530.79 mg CAE/100 g extract) and antioxidant capacity (4,593.22 μmol TE/g extract) were observed at 56.8°C, 280 bar, and 1.22% of ethanol and were higher than those obtained by conventional solvent extraction. Four phenolic acids were identified in the supercritical extracts and not in the conventional extracts using HPLC-DAD analysis, suggesting that modified supercritical CO2 extraction is more efficient and selective. 相似文献
