Gluten-free cakes with walnut flour: a technological,sensory, and microstructural approach

Walnut flour (WF), a by-product of walnut oil production, is characterised by high polyunsaturated fatty acids, proteins, and fibre contents and presents suitability for bakery products. However, when using non-traditional ingredients, it is essential to evaluate the effect on the quality properties of the final product. So, this work aimed to assess the impact of WF on the technological, physicochemical, and sensory properties of gluten-free (GF) cakes. WF was added at a flour blend (cassava (CS) and maize (MS) starches and rice flour) at 0, 10%, 15%, and 20%. The results showed that WF modified starch gelatinisation, increased amylose–lipid complex (ALC) content, and made crumbs easier to chew. Besides, the total dietary fibre (TDF) and protein content significantly increased. Cakes with 15% WF presented the highest specific volume (SV) and no differences in overall acceptability with respect to control. Hence, WF is a suitable ingredient for gluten-free bakery products.     

Passive micromixer with baffles distributed on both sides of microchannels based on the Koch fractal principle

Since the beginning of the 21st Century, the development of microfluidic chip technology has been very rapid and has attracted the attention of more and more scholars. As an important part of the microfluidic chip, the performance of the micromixer is critical. The fractal structure in the microchannels helps to improve the mixing performance of the micromixer and improve the mixing efficiency of the micromixer. The research results of other scholars are of great significance to the research of the present paper, which mainly studies the effect of changing the baffle state on the mixing efficiency of the micromixer based on the Koch fractal principle. Through simulation analysis, it was found that the mixing efficiency of the baffles distributed on both sides of the microchannel was higher than the mixing efficiency of the baffles distributed on the microchannel side. When the distance between adjacent baffles was divided into 0.15, 0.25 and 0.35 mm, simulated data suggested that the baffle distance of 0.15 mm was best. Increasing the number of baffles from six to eight groups increased the mixing path of the fluid in the microchannel and improved mixing efficiency. A comparison of mixing efficiencies of the 0°, 15° and 30° baffle angles revealed that very significant improvement in mixing efficiency was obtained at 30°. © 2019 Society of Chemical Industry     

基于分形插值的改进趋势面拟合法在地面沉降中的应用

针对区域地面沉降监测点数量有限、分布不均的情况,一般采用空间插值的手段建立表面拟合模型来解决。基于分形插值,采用随机选择迭代函数的思想对传统的趋势面拟合法作出改进,改进后拟合优度系数提高0.03,达到0.995,且改进前后的拟合结果符合显著性检验的要求。实验结果表明:改进前后趋势面拟合法拟合结果满足地面沉降监测的精度要求,改进后方法的拟合优度更高,对现实地面沉降量变化的描绘更加真实,可为沉降灾害评价工作提供更准确的依据。     

Flower‐shaped ultra‐wideband fractal antenna

A flower‐shaped ultra‐wideband fractal antenna is presented. It comprises a fourth iterative flower‐shaped radiator, asymmetrical stub‐loaded feeding line, and coplanar quarter elliptical ground planes. A wide operating band of 12.12 GHz (4.58‐16.7 GHz) for S ₁₁ ≤ ? 10 dB is achieved along with an overall antenna footprint of 15.7 × 11.4 mm². In addition, other desirable characteristics, that is, omnidirectional radiation patterns, peak gain upto 5 dB, and fidelity factor more than 75% are achieved. A good agreement exists between the simulation and measured results. The obtained results illustrate that this antenna has wide operating range and compact dimensions than available structures.     

地震平衡技术及其在地震反演中的应用

地震平衡技术是一种在地震反演中改善井震关系的新技术。它通过单井对比、空间分形建模以及平衡处理的手段 ,克服地震反演中子波空变的影响 ,使得经过地震平衡技术处理的地震剖面井震关系得到较好改善 ,从而可以用统一的子波对研究区的地震资料进行反演     

基于扩展分形和CFAR特征融合的SAR图像目标识别

研究了多信息融合技术在SAR图像目标识别中的应用。将扩展分形特征(Extended Fractal)与双参数恒虚警特征(Double Parameter CFAR)形成的多信息进行融合处理。运用Dempster-Shafer证据理论，在决策层对SAR图像中的像素进行识别分类。实验结果表明通过融合对像素分类的准确性明显好于单特征的检测结果，减少了虚警概率，提高了系统的识别能力。     

平行线束法的仿射研究

用 3 个仿射图的投射方向构成 1 个仿射坐标系,同时也构成 1 个三棱锥,在此仿射坐标系中用球面三角重新研究由两个仿射图求第 3 个仿射图的投影作图理论 ——平行线束法。进一步还给出了由两个仿射图得到正投影的条件、由两个正投影得到第 3 个正投影的条件、以及由 V,H 两投影得到指定方向上的正投影的条件,简化了研究过程,得到了更简单的公式。

程序可视化系统ProVS的设计和实现

本文研究程序代码可视化技术，即从现存的程序生成某种可视化表示，增强程序的易读性、易理解性和易维护性。首先介绍ＰｒｏＶＳ的设计思想和实现技术，然后给出输出例子。
