富氧燃烧技术在梭式窑中的应用

研究了富氧燃烧技术对梭式窑烧成的影响.研究结果表明,随着氧浓度从21%-30%的逐渐增加,CO总浓度和NO总浓度都先明显下降,后缓慢上升;节能效果在初始段较为明显,而后效果不明显;而实际烟气量与氧浓度成反比,与过剩空气系数成正比.     

Protoplast from <Emphasis Type="Italic">β</Emphasis>-carotene-producing fungus <Emphasis Type="Italic">Blakeslea trispora</Emphasis>: Preparation,regeneration and validation

The effects of key parameters on the preparation and regeneration of protoplast from the β-carotene-producing fungus Blakeslea trispora were discussed in this paper, including the combination of various enzymes, mycelial age, digesting time and temperature, pH value, osmotic stabilizers, pretreatment, culture medium and culture method. Under the condition of mixed enzymes in osmotic stabilizer (0.6 M NaCl) combined with 2% lysozyme, 3% cellulase and 3% snailase, the highest protoplast yield, as high as 7.48×106 protoplasts/mL, was obtained when mycelial age was 60 h at pH 5.0–6.0 with digesting for 14–16 h at 28 °C. After purification of the obtained protoplasts, they were regenerated in PDA regenerative medium using bilayer plate culture method. To validate the usability of the protoplasts, a novel plasmid with green fluorescent protein (GFP) was used in transformation for easy visual observation. The results showed that the protoplasts prepared by the optimized method were active and applicable in further gene manipulation experiments. 选用多功能复合型绒类织物增光增艳整理剂FSR－2，对纯棉条绒织物进行光泽整理，讨论了光泽剂、交联剂及工艺条件对整理效果的影响，得出了最佳的增光增艳整理工艺。     

新疆油田微生物开采稠油技术研究及矿场试验

通过室内筛选复壮,选育出对克拉玛依稠油具有显著降粘作用的微生物菌种.室内降粘实验结果表明,菌种对稠油的降粘率可达70%,同时菌种可以改善稠油的流体性质.原油族组分分析结果表明,菌种能够降解稠油中的非烃和长链饱和烃.首次在克拉玛依油田进行了6口井的微生物吞吐开采稠油矿场试验,累计增油865t.

Age of acquisition: Its neural and computational mechanisms.

The acquisition of new skills over a life span is a remarkable human ability. This ability, however, is constrained by age of acquisition (AoA); that is, the age at which learning occurs significantly affects the outcome. This is most clearly reflected in domains such as language, music, and athletics. This article provides a perspective on the neural and computational mechanisms underlying AoA in language acquisition. The authors show how AoA modulates both monolingual lexical processing and bilingual language acquisition. They consider the conditions under which syntactic processing and semantic processing may be differentially sensitive to AoA effects in second-language acquisition. The authors conclude that AoA effects are pervasive and that the neural and computational mechanisms underlying learning and sensorimotor integration provide a general account of these effects. 退火对GaAs窗口晶体断裂模数的影响

LEC GaAs晶片经高温退火后，残余应力得以部分释放；从而减小残余应力诱生断裂的可能性，提高了GaAs晶体的断裂模数。原生GaAs晶片加工的样品的断裂模数平均值约为135MPa，经退火的GaAs晶片加工样品的断裂模数平均值更高，约为150MPa，断裂模数最高值达163MPa。
