流延法制作AlN陶瓷基片工艺

研究出一种用流延法制作ＡＩＮ陶瓷基片的工艺。制备出性能优良的ＡＩＮ基片。经１６５０℃，保温２ｈ无压烧结制得的基片，其热导率达１３０Ｗ／（ｍ·Ｋ）、密度为３．３４ｇ／ｃｍ￣３，表面光滑平整，瓷体结构均匀，性能达到用干压法制备的同类基片的性能。     

Influence and adjustment goals: Sources of cultural differences in ideal affect.

Previous studies have found that in American culture high-arousal positive states (HAP) such as excitement are valued more and low-arousal positive states (LAP) such as calm are valued less than they are in Chinese culture. What specific factors account for these differences? The authors predicted that when people and cultures aimed to influence others (i.e., assert personal needs and change others' behaviors to meet those needs), they would value HAP more and LAP less than when they aimed to adjust to others (i.e., suppress personal needs and change their own behaviors to meet others' needs). They test these predictions in 1 survey and 3 experimental studies. The findings suggest that within and across American and Chinese contexts, differences in ideal affect are due to specific interpersonal goals. 低渗透砂岩油藏注CO

着重介绍了细管实验条件对最小混相压力实验确定方法测试结果的影响。通过数值模拟方法发现,当细管长度越长、细管直径越小、驱替速度越大、孔隙度越小,则得到的最小混相压力值也越小。另外,还讨论了油藏温度、注入气组成及原油的组成与性质对混相压力的影响情况。通过对比国内外注CO₂混相驱油藏与流体的条件,说明了中国原油很难实现CO₂混相的原因即地层温度高、地面油粘度大。建议开展降低最小混相压力技术及加强防止气体突破技术的研究,以解决注气过程中气体波及效率低的问题,实现较高的采收率。

A force modulation study on crystallization process in ferroelectric vinylidene fluoride and trifluoroethylene copolymer films

This paper introduces the Force Modulation technique to the study of crystallization process in ferroelectric vinylidene fluoride and trifluoroethylene copolymer films. Using this technique we have successfully visualized ferroelectric crystalline domains and observed that these ferroelectric domains grow out from amorphous phase, unite into strip-like structures, and finally congregate into a union. Force Modulation can weaken the influence of topography on imaging of ferroelectric domains, and reveal more details, which are difficult to be observed in topographical image.
