Ablative Radiotherapy Reprograms the Tumor Microenvironment of a Pancreatic Tumor in Favoring the Immune Checkpoint Blockade Therapy

The low overall survival rate of patients with pancreatic cancer has driven research to seek a new therapeutic protocol. Radiotherapy (RT) is frequently an option in the neoadjuvant or palliative settings for pancreatic cancer treatment. This study explored the effect of RT protocols on the tumor microenvironment (TME) and their consequent impact on anti-programmed cell death ligand-1 (PD-L1) therapy. Using a murine orthotopic pancreatic tumor model, UN-KC-6141, RT-disturbed TME was examined by immunohistochemical staining. The results showed that ablative RT is more effective than fractionated RT at recruiting T cells. On the other hand, fractionated RT induces more myeloid-derived suppressor cell infiltration than ablative RT. The RT-disturbed TME presents a higher perfusion rate per vessel. The increase in vessel perfusion is associated with a higher amount of anti-PD-L1 antibody being delivered to the tumor. Animal survival is increased by anti-PD-L1 therapy after ablative RT, with 67% of treated animals surviving more than 30 days after tumor inoculation compared to a median survival time of 16.5 days for the control group. Splenocytes isolated from surviving animals were specifically cytotoxic for UN-KC-6141 cells. We conclude that the ablative RT-induced TME is more suited than conventional RT-induced TME to combination therapy with immune checkpoint blockade.

基于示范城市创建的食品安全治理体系研究

食品安全示范城市创建是食品安全治理体系的重要载体。本文系统性回顾食品安全治理体系相关研究,从“党政同责”、政府监管、市场主体、社会共治等四个治理主体,构建生产规范、产业转型升级等27个评价指标的治理标准,利用层次分析法实证分析了浙江省食品安全示范城市创建情况。结果表明:采用暗查暗访、现场检查、体系评估、示范引领答辩等形式,按照一定的评价流程、评价标准的食品安全示范城市创建,是实现食品安全现代化目标的重要载体。食品安全治理体系包括“治理载体—治理主体—治理标准—治理目标”。食品安全治理成效与跟踪评价、群众满意度以及体系评估高度关联。     

Decreased CD10-positive granulocytes for the differential diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome

Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are highly heterogeneous myeloid neoplasms, and a large number of patients are difficult to diagnose and classify by blood and bone marrow examination. As a surface marker of granulocyte, studies have shown CD10 can be used to define the degree of granulocyte maturation in MDS patients. However, whether it can be used for differential diagnosis of MDS and other hematological diseases remains inconclusive. To explore the value of CD10 for differential diagnosis of MDS, 60 newly diagnosed MDS, 20 aplastic anemia (AA) patients, and 35 iron-deficient anemia (IDA) patients were selected for this study. Bone marrow (BM) specimens were processed for surface marker analysis and labeled with pre-conjugated monoclonal antibodies. Stained cells were detected by flow cytometry. Our results indicated that CD10-positive granulocytes were significantly decreased in BM of MDS patients than AA and IDA patients, and the level of CD10-positive mature granulocytes was not associated with the clinical stages of malignancy. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) areas under the curve (AUC) of CD10-positive granulocytes was 0.86 and 0.85, respectively, in MDS patients than the IDA group and AA group with good specificity and sensitivity. Further, CD10-positive granulocytes were increased after effective treatment. In conclusion, we found the decrease in CD10-positive granulocytes has a differential diagnostic value of MDS.     

45 t门座起重机顶升方案设计

针对国内45 t门座起重机大车行走机构平衡梁裂缝问题。分析平衡梁裂缝产生原因并提出相应的维修方案,并对维修关键技术中的顶升方案设计,采用Ansys软件对其强度进行了有限元分析,同时对维修前后的平衡梁进行分析并对比。将维修方案应用于实际工程,取得了较好效果。该顶升机构修复方案设计符合工程实际,对工程实践具有一定的指导意义。     

变形铝合金表面锆基化学转化膜的研究现状

化学转化膜是金属表面主要的处理方法之一，具备良好的附着力和耐蚀性，能为铝合金提供一定的临时防护。传统的六价铬酸盐化学转化膜在日渐严苛的环保压力下已经逐渐淘汰，取而代之的是近几年发展迅猛的三价铬及无铬锆基化学转化膜。铝合金可分为铸造铝合金和变形铝合金，按照所含主要合金元素和热处理状态可分为若干个系列和型号。本文选取几种典型的变形铝合金，综述了不同铝合金微观组织对转化膜成膜过程的影响，化学转化液添加剂、预处理和后处理工艺对转化膜性能的调控及作用机理，以及几种典型商业钝化剂在变形铝合金表面的应用。总结了目前变形铝合金表面锆基化学转化膜仍面临的问题和发展趋势，未来化学转化膜需在满足新型铝合金发展要求的基础上，通过不同有机、无机添加剂以及外场作用对转化膜的成膜均一性、完整性进行调控，以提高转化膜的综合性能。     

核电厂人因可靠性分析中的相关性分析方法研究

人因可靠性分析（HRA）是核电厂风险分析中的重要组成部分，其中人误事件的相关性分析是HRA中必不可少的内容，忽略人误事件间的相关性，将导致低估核电厂的风险水平。本文提出了一种基于D（邓）数和层次分析法-决策试行与评价实验室（AHP-DEMATEL）方法的相关性分析模型。首先，确定两事件间相关性的影响因素及其结构关系，并针对每个影响因素建立相关性等级的隶属度函数及其锚点；其次，利用AHP-DEMATEL方法来确定各影响因素的综合权重；最后，根据实际情况评估各因素的相关性等级并构建D数，并根据D数和综合权重计算出两人因事件的相关性程度及其可信度，通过算例验证了该模型及其方法的有效性。      

芽孢杆菌Bacillus sp.dwc-2对模拟地下水中U(Ⅵ)的还原行为研究

在厌氧条件下研究了西南地区一种典型土壤微生物芽孢杆菌Bacillus sp.dwc-2对模拟地下水中U(Ⅵ)的还原行为，重点考察了时间、无机阴离子、腐殖酸（HA）及富里酸（FA）对还原的影响，并利用TEM、EDS、SAED和XPS对还原后的样品进行了表征。结果表明：在pH=7.0、c_NaHCO3=5 mmol/L和T=303 K条件下，Bacillus sp.dwc-2对U(Ⅵ)的还原率随时间的增加而增加，24 h内最大还原率为12.2%，此后则随时间的增加逐渐降低；HA和FA对U(Ⅵ)的微生物还原行为有一定影响，其中HA和FA浓度为25 mg/L时，U(Ⅵ)的还原在24 h最明显，其还原率分别为14.2%和16.2%，但随着HA和FA浓度的继续增加，因在U(Ⅵ)离子与HA、FA形成的配合物表面形成致密的腐殖层，抑制了电子的转移，阻止了U(Ⅵ)的还原。此外，研究表明HCO₃^-也会抑制U(Ⅵ)的还原。TEM-SAED和XPS分析证实了还原过程中U(Ⅳ)的存在。上述结果可为真实环境中微生物还原U(Ⅵ)提供基础数据和参考。
