大型水库热分层的水质响应特征与成因分析

为研究大型水库热分层期间水质的响应特征及成因,于2018年4月—2018年12月对大黑汀水库坝前水体的水温及溶解氧等理化指标进行了连续性垂向监测,在此基础上分析了大黑汀水库季节性热分层变化规律以及各水质指标的响应特征。结果表明：（1）大黑汀水库水体呈典型的单循环混合模式,热分层期间,溶解氧在垂向分布同样表现出季节性变化,且在水体底部出现严重的缺氧现象,但在形成时间上比热分层略有迟滞;（2）氨氮、总磷、磷酸盐以及铁、锰浓度表现为底层 > 中层 > 表层的变化趋势。研究表明,水体热分层会改变水体中溶解氧的垂向分布结构,并进一步导致沉积物向上覆水体释放大量的氮、磷营养盐以及铁、锰等污染物,对水库的正常运行和管理产生不利影响。     

半城子水库水生态健康评价

参照《水生态健康评价技术规范》中的评价方法及评价体系,对密云水库上游半城子水库水生态健康状况进行评价,评价结果显示:半城子水库水生态健康综合指数为83.79,处于评价水平中的健康等级.根据评价结果,从村庄生活污染控制、河道生态修复及库区水质改善等方面提出建议.通过对河湖生态系统的现状及存在的问题进行诊断,来评估北京市河湖水生态系统的健康状况,对加快推进水生态文明建设具有重要意义.     

Potential applications of three-way multidimensional scaling and related techniques to integrate knowledge from multiple experts

Theknowledge transfer problem in artificial intelligence consists of finding effective ways to elicit information from a human expert and represent it in a form suitable for use by an expert system. One approach to formalizing and guiding this knowledge transfer process for certain types of expert systems is to use psychometric scaling methods to analyze data on how the human expert compares or groups solutions. For example, Butler and Corter [1] obtained judgments of thesubstitutability of solutions from an expert, then analyzed the resulting data via techniques for fitting trees and extended trees [2]. The expert's interpretation of certain aspects of the solutions were directly encoded as production rules, allowing rapid prototyping. In this paper we consider the problem of combining information from multiple experts. We propose the use of three-way or individual differences multidimensional scaling, tree-fitting, and unfolding models to analyze two types of data obtainable from the multiple experts: judgments of the substitutability of pairs of solutions, and judgments of the appropriateness of specific solutions to specific problems. An application is described in which substitutability data were obtained from three experts and analyzed using the SINDSCAL program [3] for three-way multidimensional scaling [4].     

Synthesis and material and electronic properties of conjugated polymers

Conjugated polymers such as polyacetylene are semiconductors, and can be chemically doped to give very high values of conductivity (up to 150 000 S cm^–1). The semiconducting properties are due to delocalization of the electron system formed along the polymer chain, and this general class of materials shows many desirable semiconductor properties for electrical and optical applications. There are considerable challenges to find synthetic routes to allow processing of the polymer to the forms required for applications, and many of the recent important advances in the field are due to improvements in this area.     

Preparation and characterization of lanthanum silicon nitride

Lanthanum silicon nitride (LaSi₃N₅) powder has been prepared under the relatively mild conditions of 1400 ° C and 1 atm nitrogen. Chemical, X-ray diffraction, solid state nuclear magnetic resonance spectra and morphological information on this powder is presented. The X-ray diffraction data and previously published information have been used to develop a more complete specification of the unit cell dimensions.²⁹Si magic-angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of LaSi₃N₅ show two chemical shifts at –64.5 and –56.5 p.p.m. These shifts reflect two electronically different types of silicon which have been attributed to the effects of quadrupolar¹³⁹La nuclei and their spatial arrangements around silicon atoms.     

Protected completions of first-order general logic programs

Minker and Perlis [15] have made the important observation that in certain circumstances, it might be desirable to prevent the inference of A when A is in the finite failure set of a logic program P. In this paper, we investigate the model-theoretic aspects of their proposal and develop a Fitting-style [5] declarative semantics for protected completions of general logic programs (containing function symbols). This extends the Minker-Perlis proposal which applies to function-free pure logic programs. In addition, an operational semantics is proposed and it is proven to be sound for existentially quantified positive queries and negative ground queries to general, canonical protected logic programs. Completeness issues are investigated and completeness is proved for positive existential queries and negative ground queries for the following classes of programs: (1) function-free general protected logic programs (the Minker-Perlis operational semantics apply to function-free pure protected logic programs), (2) pure protected logic programs (with function symbols) and (3) protected general logic programs that do not contain any internal variables (though they may contain function symbols).
