以粒度0.401μm、纯度为99.5%的SnO2,粒度0.6μm、纯度为99%的MnO2和粒度0.12μm、纯度为99%的Sb2O3为原料,配料后,放在尼龙行星球磨罐中加无水乙醇湿混4h,烘干后用50μm筛网筛分,取筛下料在20mm模具中以6MPa压力成型为2~3mm薄片,再将薄片做200MPa冷等静压处理。将处理后的生坯放入硅钼棒炉中于空气气氛下分别在1300℃、1350℃、1400℃、1420℃、1450℃、1470℃、1500℃均保温5h烧成,随炉冷却至常温。采用排水法测试试样密度,利用SEM和EDX分析微观结构和元素组成,采用四探针法测量电阻率。研究结果表明MnO2的加入对SnO2基陶瓷的相对密度有很大的提高,而Sb2O3的加入对SnO2陶瓷的致密化起到抑制的作用,但适量的Sb2O3可显著提高同时含有MnO2和Sb2O3的SnO2陶瓷的导电性能。同时添加MnO2和Sb2O3的试样的相对密度和电阻率与Mn-Sn-O和Sb-Sn-O分别形成的相关固溶体有很大的关系。对试样的相对密度和电阻率结果分析表明,对于SnO2基陶瓷,MnO2的最佳添加量为1.0%,Sb2O3的最佳添加量为0.5%;其烧结温度为1400℃时,其相对密度为95.63%,电阻率为78.37Ω·cm。 相似文献

Pre-existing discontinuities change the mechanical properties of rock masses,and further influence failure behavior around an underground opening.In present study,the failure behavior in both Inner and Outer zones around a circular opening in a non-persistently jointed rock mass under biaxial compression was investigated through numerical simulations.First,the micro parameters of the PFC3D model were carefully calibrated using the macro mechanical properties determined in physical experiments implemented on jointed rock models.Then,a parametrical study was undertaken of the effect of stress condition,joint dip angle and joint persistency.Under low initial stress,the confining stress improves the mechanical behavior of the surrounding rock masses;while under high initial stress,the surrounding rock mass failed immediately following excavation.At small dip angles the cracks around the circular opening developed generally outwards in a step-path failure pattern;whereas,at high dip angles the surrounding rock mass failed in an instantaneous intact rock failure pattern.Moreover,the stability of the rock mass around the circular opening deteriorated significantly with increasing joint persistency. 相似文献

An effective thermal conductivity model was proposed for unsaturated compacted bentonites with consideration of the bimodal shape of pore size distribution curves.The pores of soils were grouped into two dominant pore size modes corresponding to the intra-and inter-particle pores,and were simulated with randomly distributed spheroidal inclusions of different aspect ratios.With the assumption of preferential invasion of the wetting fluid(water)into pores of smaller sizes and by virtue of the analytical solution to the inhomogeneous inclusion problem in heat conduction,the model was developed using the Mori-Tanaka(MT),Ponte Casta?eda-Willis(PCW)and self-consistent(SC)homogenization approaches for different considerations of the interactions between pores and the solid phase.The proposed model is functions of the thermal conductivities of the solid,liquid and gas phases,porosity,the degree of saturation,the aspect ratios of pores and/or soil particles,and the fraction of the smaller group of pores.The proposed model was validated against five sets of laboratory measurement data on the MX-80,FEBEX,Kunigel-V1 and GMZ01 bentonites,showing a good agreement between the model predictions and the laboratory measurements.The responses of the model with respect to the geometries of pores and solid particles were examined.Compared to series-parallel structural models,the proposed model may overall exhibit better performance if proper homogenization schemes are adopted,but as an advantage,the model has clearer physical mechanisms and a smaller number of parameters. 相似文献

Safety threshold of high-speed railway pier settlement based on train-track-bridge dynamic interaction 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This paper presents a method to determine the safety threshold of bridge pier settlement in high-speed railways.An analytical expression of the mapping relationship between the pier settlement and the rail deformation is derived theoretically for the double block ballastless track-bridge system.By adopting the superposition of the track random irregularity and the rail deformation caused by the pier settlement as the excitation inputs,the variations of vehicle dynamics indices with pier settlement are comparatively analyzed.Then,the safety threshold of the bridge pier settlement is obtained according to the limit of vehicle running safety and ride comfort indices of the high-speed trains.Results show that the dynamics indices of different trains have different sensitivities to the pier settlement,and the train CRH2C is the most sensitive one among all the types of Chinese high-speed trains.When passing through the bridges in common span with pier settlement at the speed of 250–350 km/h,the trains suffer the low-frequency excitations,and the vertical acceleration of car body is most sensitive to the pier settlement of all the dynamics indices.When the car body vertical acceleration just exceeds the allowable limit,the critical settlement value is 23.4 mm,which is much bigger than the pier differential settlement limit in the current code for Chinese high-speed railways. 相似文献

Experimental tests show that static pre-loading has a significant effect on the dynamic strength of concrete.Based on meso-scale particle element model,numerical simulations of dynamic bending tests with pre-loading are performed.Complete stress–strain relationships are then obtained.Significant increase in dynamic strength is found when the pre-loadings are imposed within the elastic limit of concrete.However,when the imposition of pre-loadings reaches the plastic or softening range,dynamic strengths may gradually decrease along with the increase in pre-loadings.The distribution of energy components and the failure modes are discussed to explain the mechanisms of the phenomena. 相似文献

Waste heat recovery(WHR)is one of the most useful ways to improve the efficiency of internal combustion engines,and an electricity-cooling cogeneration system(ECCS)based on Rankin-absorption refrigeration combined cycle for the WHR of gaseous fuel engines is proposed in the paper.This system can avoid wasting the heat in condenser so that the efficiency of the whole WHR system improves,but the condensing temperature of Rankin cycle(RC)must increase in order to use absorption refrigeration system,which leads to the decrease of RC output power.Therefore,the relationship between the profit of absorption refrigeration system and the loss of RC in this combined system is the mainly studied content in the paper.Because the energy quality of cooling and electricity are different,cooling power in absorption refrigeration is converted to corresponding electrical power consumed by electric cooling system,which is defined as equivalent electrical power.With this method,the effects of some important operation parameters on the performance of the ECCS are researched,and the equivalent efficiency,exergy efficiency and primary energy rate are compared in the paper. 相似文献

利用变电子浓度经验判据,从Cu—Zr亚组元体系中的最深共晶点Cu61.8Zr38.2和次深共晶点Cu56Zr44出发,连接第三组元Al,建立(Cu61.8Zr38.2)1-xAlx和(Cu56Zr44)1-xAlx变电子浓度线.电子浓度在1.24—1.30的(Cu61.8Zr38.2)1-xAlx合金可通过铜模吸铸法形成直径为3mm的块体非晶;对于(Cu56Zr44)1-xAlx系列合金,块体非晶形成的电子浓度区间为1.28-1.36.热分析结果表明,每条变电子浓度线上块体非晶合金的热稳定性和玻璃形成能力随电子浓度增大而增加.其中,(Cu61.8Zr38.2)1-xAlx变电子浓度线上的非晶合金Cu58.1Zr35.9Al6(e/α=1.3)具有最高的热稳定性和最大的玻璃形成能力,其特征参数Tg=760K,Tg/Tl=0.648,皆高于已报道的最优成分Cu55Zr40Al5(Tg=722K,Tg/Tl=0.614)。 相似文献
