This paper presents a case study of an optimized combination of mine water control, treatment, utilization and reinjection to achieve the zero discharge of mine water. Mine water has been considered a hazard and pollution source during underground mining, so most mining enterprises directly discharge mine water to the surface after simple treatment, resulting in a serious waste of water. Moreover, discharging a large amount of mine water can destroy the original groundwater balance and cause serious environmental problems, such as surface subsidence, water resource reduction and contamination, and adverse impacts on biodiversity. The Zhongguan iron mine is in the major groundwater source area of the Hundred Springs of Xingtai, which is an area with a high risk of potential subsidence. To optimize the balance between mining and groundwater resources, a series of engineering measures was adopted by the Zhongguan iron mine to realize mine water control, treatment, utilization, and reinjection. The installation of a closed grout curtain has greatly reduced the water yield of deep stopes in the mine; the effective sealing efficiency reaches 80%. Nanofiltration membrane separation was adopted to treat the highly mineralized mine water; the quality of the produced water meets China’s recommended class II groundwater standard. Low-grade heat energy from the mine water is collected and utilized through a water-source heat pump system. Finally, zero mine water discharge is realized through mine water reinjection. This research provides a beneficial reference for mines with similar geological and hydrogeological conditions to achieve environmentally sustainable mining.

Ni-based alloys are believed to be the most suitable brazing fillers for SiC ceramic application in a nuclear environment. However, graphite, which severely deteriorates the mechanical property of the joint, is inevitable when Ni reacts with SiC. In this paper, Different amounts of Zr powders are mixed with Inconel 625 powders to braze SiC at 1400 °C. When Zr addition reaches 40 wt%, the brazed seam confirms the absence of graphite. This research proves that Zr can avoid the graphite’s formation by suppressing Ni’s activity. The room-temperature shear strength of the joint with graphite’s absence is tested to be 81.97 MPa, which is almost three times higher than that of the joint with graphite. The interfacial reaction process and mechanism of the SiC joint are investigated and explained in this paper using thermodynamic calculations. 相似文献
At present, the development and implementation of digital transformation are the keys to promoting high-quality industry development. The new digital fabrication method of robotic 3D printing is a research area being studied by many to tackle the issue of the declining productivity of traditional construction methods. Although many studies have been done, most of the current 3D printing projects are facing limitations in terms of scale. In order to bridge the gap, this article proposed a mass customization 3D printing framework system for large-scale projects. This article discusses how mass customization is made possible through the joint operation of the FUROBOT software and 3D printing hardware. By taking the east gate of Nanjing Happy Valley Plaza as a case study, the article demonstrates and studies the feasibility of the large-scale mass customization 3D printing framework system. 相似文献

In this work, a new type of FeSi/FeNi soft magnetic powder core (SMPC) was successfully fabricated by coating FeNi nanoparticles on the surface of FeSi micrometer powder. The effects of different contents of FeNi nanoparticles on the micromorphology, internal structures, and soft magnetic properties of SMPCs were studied. The results show that FeNi nanoparticles adhere to the surface of FeSi powder, which can effectively fill the air gap between FeSi powder and is beneficial to the compaction of the powder cores during the pressing process. Thus, the density of the SMPCs is increased. Compared to FeSi SMPCs, the comprehensive soft magnetic properties of FeSi/FeNi SMPCs have been greatly improved. When adding 15 wt% FeNi nanoparticles, the SMPCs exhibit excellent magnetic properties with high effective permeability (increased by 43.8 %) and low core loss (decreased by 22.1 %). The high performance FeSi/FeNi SMPCs prepared in this work are expected to be widely used in power choke coils, uninterruptible power supplies, and boosts and inverter inductors. 相似文献

Developing non-precious metal-based catalysts as the substitution of precious catalysts (Pt/C) in oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) is crucial for energy devices. Herein, a template and organic solvent-free method was adopted to synthesize Fe, B, and N doped nanoflake-like carbon materials (Fe/B/N–C) by pyrolysis of monoclinic ZIF-8 coated with iron precursors and boric acid. Benefiting from introducing B into Fe–N–C, the regulated electron cloud density of Fe-Nx sites enhance the charge transfer and promotes the ORR process. The as-synthesized Fe/B/N–C electrocatalyst shows excellent ORR activity of a half-wave potential (0.90 V vs 0.87 V of Pt/C), together with superior long-term stability (95.5% current density retention after 27 h) in alkaline media and is even comparable to the commercial Pt/C catalyst (with a half-wave potential of 0.74 V vs 0.82 V of Pt/C) in an acidic electrolyte. A Zn-air battery assembled with Fe/B/N–C as ORR catalyst delivers a higher open-circuit potential (1.47 V), specific capacity (759.9 mA h g?1Zn at 10 mA cm?2), peak power density (62 mW cm?2), as well as excellent durability (5 mA cm?2 for more than 160 h) compared to those with commercial Pt/C. This work provides an effective strategy to construct B doped Fe–N–C materials as nonprecious ORR catalyst. Theoretical calculations indicate that introduction of B could induce Fe-Nx species electronic configuration and is favorable for activation of OH1 intermediates to promote ORR process. 相似文献
Hydrogenation of dibenzyltoluene (DBT) is of great significance for the application in liquid organic hydrogen carriers (LOHCs). We successfully develop Mg-based metal hydrides (Mg2NiH4, MgH2, and LaH3) reactive ball-milling for the hydrogenation of DBT. Mg-based metal hydrides milled with 500 min exhibit the best catalytic activity, the hydrogen uptake of DBT can reach 4.63 wt% at the first 4 h and finally achieve 5.70 wt% through 20 h, which is the first time to use hydrogen storage material as a catalyst for the hydrogenation of DBT. The excellent catalytic hydrogenation performance of Mg-based metal hydrides mostly originates from numerous catalytic activity centers formed at the surfaces of Mg2NiH4 nanoparticles in the MgH2 matrix. Inspired by this mechanism, more general metal hydrides can be explored for catalyzing the hydrogenation of LOHCs. The new application of Mg-based metal hydrides is beneficial to developing efficient LOHC based hydrogen storage systems and offers novel insights to hydride-based catalysts. 相似文献
