We used scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to observe the oral organelle, cytopharynx, and subpellicular structure of a Dileptus sp. The main results were as follows: (a) the cytostome was located on the ventral surface of the base of the beak, surrounded by a periportal matrix that integrated 135 microtube bundles. When these microtube bundles contract, radially arranged into a disk, the cytostome was closed. When these microtube bundles were stretch, they fell into the cytostome and opens. The diameter of the cytostome was about 16 μm regardless of its closure or opening, indicating that the contraction or elongation of these microtube bundles did not change the size of the cytostome, which was only related to whether it blocked the cytostome, thus determining the opening and closing of the cytostome. There were many microtube bundles on two sides of the feeding trough, which could widen or narrow the feeding trough and facilitate beak feeding. (b) The cytopharynx was basket‐like without a bottom with a diameter of about 6 μm and was woven from two kind fibers about 0.08 and 0.19 μm. (c) There were two types of extrusomes under the pellicle. Using transmission electron microscopy,the Type I extrusomes showed narrow and long egg shape, its cross section was circular which is composed by various electronic density of concentric. Using the scanning electron microscope, they were two slightly thin clavate, the length was about 5 μm, the diameter of the middle section was about 0.75 μm, and the diameter of the two ends was about 0.32 μm, they were distributed abundantly between the microtubule fasciculi which were located on both sides of the gap on the feeding groove. Using transmission electron microscopy, the Type II extrusomes showed egg shape. Using the scanning electron microscopy, they were about 1.6 × 0.8 μm in size, they were distributed abundantly under the body pellicle while rarely the proboscis. In addition, many different of developmental stages two types of extrusomes could be also seen in the cytoplasm. (d) There were very well‐developed fibrous systems under the pellicle that were woven from fibers about 0.14 μm in diameter that attached to the pellicle and bound some organelles in the cytoplasm (e.g., mitochondria, extrusomes) and other structures to the cytoplasm and maintained cell morphology. The results of this study not only supplement and enrich the morphological contents of the Dileptus sp., but also provide the basis for the study of the taxonomy of the Dileptus sp. It also provides a new method for researchers to explore the morphology and structure of ciliate cells under the cortex by SEM. 相似文献

Structural health monitoring system based on multi-agent coordination and fusion for large structure
In practical applications of structural health monitoring technology, a large number of distributed sensors are usually adopted to monitor the big dimension structures and different kinds of damage. The monitored structures are usually divided into different sub-structures and monitored by different sensor sets. Under this situation, how to manage the distributed sensor set and fuse different methods to obtain a fast and accurate evaluation result is an important problem to be addressed deeply. In the paper, a multi-agent fusion and coordination system is presented to deal with the damage identification for the strain distribution and joint failure in the large structure. Firstly, the monitoring system is adopted to distributedly monitor two kinds of damages, and it self-judges whether the static load happens in the monitored sub-region, and focuses on the static load on the sub-region boundary to obtain the sensor network information with blackboard model. Then, the improved contract net protocol is used to dynamically distribute the damage evaluation module for monitoring two kinds of damage uninterruptedly. Lastly, a reliable assessment for the whole structure is given by combing various heterogeneous classifiers strengths with voting-based fusion. The proposed multi-agent system is illustrated through a large aerospace aluminum plate structure experiment. 为了降低机床等待过程中的能耗,提出了一种实时数据驱动的机床等待时间预测与节能控制方法。首先,建立了射频识别驱动的生产进度评估方法,并以生产进度数据作为输入,构建了基于堆栈降噪自编码的机床等待时间预测模型;其次,依据预测的机床等待时间,提出了机床状态切换方法,以降低机床能耗;最后,通过一个电梯零部件制造车间的案例分析,表明该方法的预测误差仅为4.1%,同时将机床等待过程能耗降低了57%,实现了制造车间的节能减排。 相似文献

To improve the self-adaptability of MoS2 coating in different environments, the coatings were doped with functional C and Ti by unbalanced magnetron sputtering system. The clear superlattice structure with minimal modulation period was investigated by High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscope (HRTEM). The co-doped coatings have better mechanical properties due to the special structure and the formation of C–Mo, Ti–S and Ti–O bonds, and better lubrication performance in both high humidity and vacuum than those of the single-doped ones. The doped Ti not only facilitates the formation of the MoS2 (002) basal plane, but also improves the oxidation resistance of the composite film. The degree of friction-induced graphitization on the wear tracks and the quality of transfer films on the wear scars are key factors affecting the lubrication performance of the composite film. In the high-humidity environment, the reasonable doping elements can promote the formation the high-quality transfer film by interacting with H2O water molecules, which will benefit the lubrication of the coating better. Our findings deepen the understanding of MoS2 composite coating and provide a new solution for improving the self-adaptability of the coating. 相似文献

根据微化工技术发展的主要趋势,针对4-溴-3-甲基苯甲醚间歇非均相合成技术存在的问题,以微筛孔反应器与玻璃微珠填充床为核心功能微设备单元构建了模块化微反应系统,并在此模块化微反应系统内对液-液非均相连续溴化合成4-溴-3-甲基苯甲醚开展研究。通过优化操作条件,在溴浓度( )为17.5%(质量分数)、溴与间甲基苯甲醚摩尔比( /nM)为1.01、反应起始温度(T)为 0℃、停留时间为0.78 min条件下,4-溴-3-甲基苯甲醚的收率大于98%,多溴代副产物的含量仅为1%。与传统间歇溴化反应相比,模块化微反应系统内连续溴化反应具有十分明显的优势:可将间歇过程连续化,在保证安全的基础上极大地提升了反应的效率(时空收率为6.5×104 kg/(m3·h));另外,该过程是由传质控制的,微反应器的传质性能优异,可极大地改善产品的选择性(多溴代副产物的量减少50%)。该研究为4-溴-3-甲基苯甲醚的连续高效安全合成提供了技术和设备依据。 相似文献

PC2425破碎机是较为常用的锤式破碎机规格之一,主要用于石灰石的破碎,台时产量800~1 000 t,出料粒度≤70 mm,筛余5%,配套4 500~5 000 t水泥生产线。PC2425破碎机篦条为易损件,由于物料的冲击会导致篦条变形,但其原有的弓形架与篦条型式,更换时很难将篦条从弓形架中抽出,导致更换非常不便。此次改造,用户最初适量降低破碎机的出料粒度,以提高生料磨的产量及降低生料粉磨的电耗,虽然通过调整篦条与锤头的间距及篦条间隙可以达到降低出料粒度的要求。但是为了彻底解决篦条更换困难问题,重新设计了篦架结构。 相似文献

In this article, new exact solutions of the Tzitzéica-type equations arising in non-linear optics, including the Tzitzéica, Dodd–Bullough–Mikhailov and Tzitzéica–Dodd–Bullough equations, are obtained using the expa function method. This paper proposes a method for the coordinated control of power factor by means of a multiagent approach. The proposed multiagent system consists of two types of agent: single feeder agent (F_AG) and bus agent (B_AG). In the proposed system, an F_AG plays as an important role, which decides the power factors of all distributed generators by executing the load flow calculations repeatedly. The voltage control strategies are implemented as the class definition of Java into the system. In order to verify the performance of the proposed method, it has been applied to a typical distribution model system. The simulation results show that the system is able to control very violent fluctuation of the demands and the photovoltaic (PV) generations. 相似文献
