基于XML数据库的标准化教育资源内容服务系统的设计与实现*

首先简要介绍了XML及XML数据库的背景、发展趋势和相关产品,并对XML数据库的原理进行了简要分析;然后提出了基于XML数据库（Tamino）的技术框架和J2EE平台的标准化教育资源内容服务系统的体系结构,给出了XML数据库中XML文档对象的组织和实现,提出可行的设计方案并实现了该系统的功能模块。通过将教育资源包的元数据和内容进行分离,实现了对教育资源的有效管理,并最终实现了教育资源的分布式存储和集中式管理。     

EIP技术研究与实例分析

通过对具体实例的分析研究,系统介绍了用作业信息门户的EIP技术,并对几个实例（IBM,EIP,Brio.portal,Pulmtree Corporate Portal)进行了分析。     

Long-term digital preservation: preserving authenticity and usability of 3-D data

Long-term digital preservation, the process of maintaining digital objects through time to ensure continued access, has become a crucial issue in recent years. Whilst the amount of digitised information is constantly increasing, so too is the pace of progress in information technology, resulting in obsolescence of the software and hardware required to access and view digital information. Despite many organisations recognising this threat and the resulting need for preservation action, more work is required to effectively address the issue. We present in this article a framework for the long-term digital preservation of 3-D data. This framework is based on two pertinent preservation practices, emulation and metadata which ensure that the authenticity and usability, respectively, of a preserved digital object remain intact through time. An evaluation of our framework is presented which illustrates the viability of our approach in retaining accessibility, authenticity and usability for future end users.     

基于混合P2P网络模型的语义检索方法研究

在语义理解的基础上检索出满足用户需求的信息,是P2P走向更广泛应用的关键技术之一.提出了一种支持语义的混合P2P网络模型M-Chord,采用基于元数据规范模板(MST)的语义描述模型,结合Chord和语义覆盖网的技术特点,对基于MST的语义覆盖网动态生成方法进行了设计,提出了语义扩展路由的概念,并在上述研究的基础上提出了语义检索方法.通过实验分析表明,M-Chord具有较好的扩展性和语义检索性能.     

第四代GIS软件研究

地理信息系统是国家空间数据基础设施建设的重要组成部分,对国民经济建设和国家安全有着重要的意义,文中总结了GIS软件的发展历史与技术特点,结合IT技术的发展,指出了现有软件存在的不足,并分析了技术原因,根括了第四代GIS软件的研究目标和技术体系,提出了发展我国第四代GIS软件步骤的建议。     

基于关系数据库构造多维数据模型

该文重点研究基于关系型数据库如何组织数据以满足多维分析的需要,即如何对星形模式的维表进行分割。分解成多个具有层次关系的,标准化的,低粒度的维表,以易于实而下（ｄｒｉｌｌ ｄｏｗｎ）及由下而上（ｒｏｌｌ ｕｐ）的数据挖掘（ｄａｔａ ｍｉｎｉｎｇ）。     

构造数据仓库系统的元数据

元数据的定义和管理是实现数据仓库系统的一个难点。论文讨论了数据仓库系统中元数据的内容和作用,介绍了Microsoft公司为实现元数据的管理而推出的Open Information Model和Microsoft Repository等工具。在文章最后,介绍了利用以上模型与工具所建立的一个元数据管理系统的实例。     

地学类数字博物馆数字化藏品元数据研究与应用

论述了制定地学类博物馆数字化藏品元数据的原则和方法,并据此原则和方法将地学类藏品数字化信息分为3个元数据子集,并对每个子集的元数据元素从7个属性特征分别加以阐述.并开发出相应的藏品MIS系统,同时实现了任意元数据字段转换成通用XML格式的软件模块,更利于不同馆际之间的数据共享.     

Integrating ontologies and thesauri for RDF schema creation and metadata querying

In this paper we present a new approach for building metadata schemas by integrating existing ontologies and structured vocabularies (thesauri). This integration is based on the specification of inclusion relationships between thesaurus terms and ontology concepts and results in application-specific metadata schemas incorporating the structural views of ontologies and the deep classification schemes provided by thesauri. We will also show how the result of this integration can be used for RDF schema creation and metadata querying. In our context, (metadata) queries exploit the inclusion semantics of term relationships, which introduces some recursion. We will present a fairly simple database-oriented solution for querying such metadata which avoids a (recursive) tree traversal and is based on a linear encoding of thesaurus hierarchies.
