我国煤炭资源产业循环经济发展策略研究

在系统分析的基础上提出煤炭资源产业循环经济发展策略:研发、推广环境友好技术和先进技术包括清洁开采技术、推广和利用水煤浆、先进火力发电技术等进行生产;改变狭义的资源观,用好“废物”资源,如矿井水、煤层气、粉煤灰等;发展煤炭资源深加工,提高产品附加值;行业耦合发展,如煤电联营,提高资源利用效率;大力发展节能技术,减少煤炭资源消耗。并为我国煤炭资源产业发展循环经济的产业政策提出了几点建议。     

圆盘锯机性能提升途径

圆盘锯机在线材厂投入使用时不能满足生产的需要：锯切周期太长，锯片使用性能差，经过对设备进行技术改造和对设备操作规程进行优化，以及在操作上加强管理，使之关键指标大幅度提升，为圆盘锯机的使用改善提供了新的思路。     

用作图法测定R50的理论分析

研究了步、机枪射击密集度试验中弹着点半经的顺序统计量，给出了作图法测定Ｒ_（５０）的理论分析，得到了作图法是测定Ｒ_（５０）的好方法的结论．     

An improved method for magnetic identification and localization of cracks in conductors

A SQUID magnetometer can be used to measure the magnetic field produced by flaws in a two-dimensional, conducting plate carrying a current. Identification of the flaw-induced magnetic field is difficult because of the large magnetic field associated with the edges of the plate and the current in the leads that connect the plate to the power supply. We have developed a technique by which the wire and edge fields can be cancelled prior to mapping the magnetic field. In this technique, a similar unflawed conducting sheet is placed adjacent to the flawed plate, with a connection between the sheet and the plate at one edge, and with the opposite edges of the sheet and of the plate connected to the two conductors of a coaxial cable. Thus, an applied current will flow along one conductor of the cable, across the cancelling sheet, cross into the flawed plate, return along the plate, and then return to the power supply along the other conductor of the coaxial cable. As a result of this geometry, there is no magnetic field from the lead-in wires because they are coaxial, and the magnetic field due to the edges of the plate is cancelled by the opposing magnetic field of the edges in the adjacent sheet. The extent of cancellation is determined primarily by the separation between the plate and the cancelling sheet, by the thickness of the plate, and by macroscopic inhomogeneities in their electrical conductivities.     

AN EXPERIMENTAL AND NUMERICAL INVESTIGATION OF THE STARTING FLOW OF A UNIFORMLY ACCELERATING CIRCULAR CYLIINDER

The starting flow around a uniformly accelerated circular cylinder is investigatedby flow visualization techncque and solving N-S equations numerically in detail.The results ofthe starting flow are similar with those of the impulsively started one.At lower Re_α,numbers the“phenomenon a”is revealed;the“phenomenon β”appears at higher Re_α numbers,but withonly one secondary vortex.At the early stage of the starting vortex formation,the flow islaminar;at the later stage,the flow transforms into turbulent flow.The velocity distribution inthe flow field is measured with the multiwires installment.The calculational results are comparedwith the results of experiment,and both are in agreement with each other.     

一种硅衬底镂空结构的圆形射频微电感

利用MEMS工艺以及硅的湿法刻蚀工艺制作了一种硅衬底镂空结构的圆形射频微电感，并研究了硅衬底背面减薄对射频微电感性能的影响，结果表明：微电感硅衬底经过局部刻蚀减薄后其自谐振频率上升，电感量的频率稳定性提高，而其最大Q值下降。     

圆形槽波导波长计的研究¹

圆形槽波导与高Q谐振腔相耦合可以用作毫米波波长计，本文应用网络分析和等效电路的方法对圆形槽波导波长计中的耦合结构进行了理论分析和计算。     

汉白玉废料制备球形纳米碳酸钙的研究

将汉白玉废料通过高温煅烧分解得到氧化钙,再用氯化铵循环液溶解氧化钙制得碱性氯化钙溶液,除去其中的Mg、Fe等杂质得到氯化钙精制溶液,利用化学方法合成得到碳酸钙粉体.用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及激光粒度分析仪、白度仪对碳酸钙产品的晶相组成、形貌、粒度分布、白度及化学组成进行了分析,所得产品为纯度达98.5%以上、白度达97%以上、平均粒度为80nm左右的球形纳米级碳酸钙.并对碳化反应速率及合成球形纳米碳酸钙的影响因素进行了分析.实验中循环使用NH4Cl,氨的排放量小,减少了环境污染.     

Stress Concentration Factors for a Circular Hole in Curved Beams Under Bending Loads

Abstract: As a contribution to the field of stress concentration studies, the case of circular hole in curved bar elements under bending is hereby studied. Trend values of stress concentration factors (SCF) are presented based on selected variables of the problem for two critical hole locations. The results will help to identify an SCF law for practical use by applying the statistical method of regression analysis. Two approximations obtained by means of computational methods are compared with those obtained by photoelastic experimental method.
