汽车摩擦片厚度测量装置驱动电路的研究

本文通过对摩擦片厚度在线测量装置系统构成的全面分析，对其驱动电路子系统进行了理论探索和技术研究，完成了相应的电路设计、误差分析及器件选择等工作，并进行了具体的实验验证，证明该驱动电路具有良好的性能，可圆满实现摩擦片厚度在线检测和实时分析的工作任务。     

Low Temperature Elastic Constants of Polycrystalline MgB2

We have used a resonant ultrasound spectroscopy technique to measure the bulk and shear modulus of fully dense, polycrystalline MgB₂ between 4 and 300 K. Both moduli show good agreement with published first principle calculations. The internal friction shows a broad maximum around 40 K.     

THE STICKY ISSUES OF DRYING

Unconrolled agglomeration of particles and adhesion of the particulate mass to wall surfaces are common severe problems in many drying operations. This paper reviews the mechanisms of interparticle and particle-surface attraction as well as the theory and the existing tests for characterising powders in terms of internal strength, wall friction and adhesion. The usefulness of the information obtained from these tests in dryer design and operation is critically reviewed. The importance of powder stickiness in various types of dryers is discussed and established methods of combating the problem are presented Recommendations an made for further research in the area of powder cohesion and adhesion.     

Relationship between Relaxation Internal Friction Peak at about 200℃(f≈1Hz)and Bainitic Transformation In a CuZnAl Alloy

The present investigation showed that the re-laxation peak at about 200℃ (f≈1Hz) was relatedto bainitic transformation in a CuZnAl alloy.Thepeak decreased when bainite precipitated.Theactivation energy of the peak was the same as theapparent activation energy of bainitic transforma-tion.According to the relations between the peakand the bainitic transformation,the mechanism ofthe peak has been discussed.     

Catalytic wet air oxidation of butyric acid solutions using carbon-supported iridium catalysts

Aqueous solutions of butyric acid were treated by catalytic wet air oxidation using carbon-supported iridium catalysts in a stirred reactor. Under the operating conditions of 6.9 bar of oxygen partial pressure and 200 °C of temperature, conversions up to 52.9% after 2 h were obtained depending on the type of catalyst used. The effects of butyric acid initial concentration, loading of catalyst, oxygen partial pressure and temperature were investigated and the empirical rate law for acid conversion is presented. Oxidation intermediates such as propionic and acetic acid were identified. The heterogeneous catalyzed free-radical oxidation of butyric acid is discussed.     

纳米SnO_2固体的相变内耗和模量

系统测量了不同颗粒尺度纳米 SnO_2固体的内耗和模量,发现60℃附近存在一个内耗峰,对应的模量出现异常.烧结温度升高,峰高变化不明显,模量异常减弱.当烧结温度高于400℃时,模量曲线在-15℃附近出现异常,这种模量异常随烧结温度升高而加强,对应的内耗曲线出现一小峰.初步认为,60℃附近内耗峰和模量异常与纳米固体中的结构再有序有关,而-15℃处的模量异常为结构相变引起.     

适用于稠油开采的游梁式抽油机设计分析

在稠油开采中,抽油杆在液体中运动时,所受到的摩擦阻尼力很大,有时高达几十千牛。上冲程时,该力有加大悬点载荷的作用;下冲程时,该力使抽油杆下行困难,甚至悬点载荷为零。为了开采稠油,必须根据其特点设计适应的游梁式抽油机。文章分析了稠油用抽油机的受力特点,提出了该类抽油机的设计要求。     

双组分树脂冷压法制备摩擦材料

研究甲、乙双组分液体树脂作为粘结剂制备制动摩擦材料的冷压工艺方法，甲组分树脂为硼改性腰果壳油树脂，乙组分树脂为三聚氰胺改性酚醛树脂。该工艺可使模压料在室温下具有良好的成型效果，在固化处理中不使用夹具，可以使成型料具有良好的保型效果。冷压制备的制动摩擦材料具有硬度低、摩擦系数稳定和恢复性好等特点。     

二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼与硫,磷添加剂的复配特性研究

研究了二烷基二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼（ＭｏＤＴＰ）摩擦改进剂及其与硫、磷、硫－磷型添加剂复合的抗磨减摩性能。试验表明，经过适当复配后，这类合活性元素的添加剂对ＭｏＤＴＰ的抗磨减摩性能均有增效作用，同一类型添加剂的活性愈高，增效作用愈显著。同时利用扫描电镜和Ｘ－射线能谱仪进行摩擦副表面膜的形貌照相及元素分析，对复合作用的机理进行了初步探讨。     

覆膜滤料的滤尘性能测试方法研究

由于覆膜滤料的结构和性能有别于普通滤料，因而普通滤料的滤尘性能测试方法不完全适用于覆滤料。本文作者在总结实践经验的基础上，提出了在覆膜滤料的滤尘性能测试中应注意的一些问题和应增加的测试项目。
