水资源开发使用权出让价格实证分析

2001年浙江省率先利用市场机制配置水资源，经过近6年的实践，已经积累了一些数据，取得了较好的成效。为此，利用浙江省三个县（市）水资源开发权市场拍卖价格，来研究水资源开发权转让价格与相关要素之间的相关性和进行线性回归分析。通过分析，验证了水权出让价格与各有关因素之间的关系，同时指明了水资源市场化配置的良好态势。     

提高曲面近似展开精度的方法与实现

通过对不可展曲面近似展开精度的研究，提出了根据曲面曲率的大小对曲面自动进行网格划分，通过对综合展开误差数据场进行数据拟合来选取最优展开基点，基于空间曲面与其展开图间近似的等距变换关系进行展开样形的误差矫正等3种方法，这几种方法的实现在不同程度上有效地减小了曲面的近似展开误差，提高了曲面的近似展开精度。     

Process and technology challenges in swift-starting virtual teams

Virtual teams often face tight schedules and a need to start quickly and perform instantly. The goal of our study was to enhance understanding of the challenges faced by such teams. We used time–interaction–performance theory as the framework for following the processes and functions within virtual teams working on a systems development task. Our study provided a detailed examination of the group process, applied to virtual teams working under time pressure. The challenges faced by virtual teams in such settings showed that teams must work to enhance their effectiveness in multiple dimensions.     

A multicriteria approach to identify investment opportunities for the exploitation of the clean development mechanism

The aim of the present paper is to investigate the prospects for the exploitation of the Kyoto Protocol's Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) in Greece. The paper is addressing 3 questions: in which country, what kind of investment, with which economic and environmental return? The proposed approach is based on a multicriteria analysis for identifying priority countries and interesting investment opportunities in each priority country. These opportunities are then evaluated through a conventional financial analysis in order to assess their economic and environmental attractiveness. To this purpose, the IRR of a typical project in each investment category is calculated by taking into account country-specific parameters, such as baseline emission factors, load factors, costs, energy prices etc. The results reveal substantial differences in the economic and environmental return of different types of projects in different host-countries and show that for the full exploitation of the CDM a multifaceted approach to decision-making is necessary.     

聚氯乙烯悬浮聚合引发剂EHP的试验研究

通过使用引发剂EHP替代ABVN在57℃下进行聚合试验,指出在引发剂等摩尔量的条件下.反应后期引发速率明显降低.反应速度减慢,聚合反应时间延长,聚合釜的设备利用率降低。增加引发剂EHP的用量,可以缩短到达85%转化率的反应时间。     

New Engineered Particles from Spray Dryers: Research Needs in Spray Drying

This article reviews developments in the simulations of spray dryer behavior, including the challenges in modeling the complex flow patterns inside the equipment, which are often highly transient and three-dimensional in nature. There appears to be considerable scope for using CFD simulations for investigating methods to reduce the rates of wall deposition and of thermal degradation for particles by modifying the air flow patterns in the chamber through small changes in the air inlet geometry. Challenges include building particle drying kinetics and reaction processes, as well as agglomeration behavior, into these simulations. The numerical simulations should be valuable supplements to pilot-scale testing, enabling more extensive and accurate optimization to be carried out than hitherto possible. New understanding of reaction processes and materials science, in combination with recent knowledge of the application of CFD to these problems, may enable new engineered powder products to be developed from the one-step spray-drying process.

我国钢铁行业清洁生产标准HJ/T189存在的问题与修订建议

2006年10月1日起实施的《清洁生产标准钢铁行业》(HJ/T189-2006)存在着一些不足之处,如不及时修订,将无法适应“十一五”期间钢铁工业的发展形势和清洁生产形势,在某种程度上还很容易对国内钢铁企业造成误导,而且会产生一些负面不良影响。根据目前我国钢铁工业的发展形势和国内外钢铁企业已经达到的实际清洁生产水平,就其存在的问题和今后的修订谈了一些看法。
