Bottom pour ladles with stopper rod systems are commonly used in the metal casting industry. However, stopper rod bottom-pouring systems have not yet been developed for the lower thermal masses of alloys typically used in the investment casting industry. Large thermal masses used with bottom pour systems are typically limited for ladles larger than 700 kg and to certain alloys with higher fluidity and longer solidification time like cast iron, aluminum alloys etc. In this study, bottom pour ladle designs and low thermal mass refractory systems have been developed and evaluated in production investment foundry trials with 300 kg pouring ladle. The ladles system and pouring practices used will be described along with the results from the pouring trials for SS304 that represents typical alloys used in Investment casting industries. Optimization of the variables used in an experimentation using Genetic algorithm is also explained.  相似文献

Low-loss (Zn1-xNix)ZrNbTaO8 (0.02?≤?x?≤?0.10) ceramics possessing single wolframite structure are initiatively synthesized by solid-state route. Based on the results of Rietveld refinement, complex chemical bond theory is used to establish the correlation between structural characteristics and microwave performance in this ceramic system. A small amount of Ni2+ (x?=?0.06) in A-site with the fixed substitution of Ta5+ in B-site can effectually raise the Q?×?f value of ZnZrNb2O8 ceramic, embodying a dense microstructure and high lattice energy. The dielectric constant and τf are mainly affected by bond ionicity and the average octahedral distortion. The (Zn0.94Ni0.06)ZrNbTaO8 ceramic sample sintered at 1150?°C for 3?h exhibits an outstanding combination of microwave dielectric properties: εr =?27.88, Q?×?f?=?128,951?GHz, τf =?–39.9?ppm/°C. Thus, it is considered to be a candidate material for the communication device applications at high frequency.  相似文献

探讨了直纺83 dtex/114 f波浪扁平涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)的工艺制备过程。试验证明,在熔体输送温度276~282℃,纺丝温度286~290℃,喷丝板规格DIO φ104 mm-114孔、"王"字形,环吹风压10~15 Pa,含油率1.1%~1.2%,卷绕速度3 800~4 200 m/min的工艺参数下纺制83 dtex/114 f波浪扁平涤纶FDY时,生产稳定,满卷率高,外观情况良好,袜带均匀亮丽,可批量生产。此新产品可用于制作高档布艺沙发表层面料,具有抗倒伏、色彩艳丽等功效。  相似文献

Nano crystalline pure and Mg doped ceriaparticles were synthesized by simple chemical co-precipitation method using cerium nitrate hexahydrate as a source material and magnesium nitrate as doping precursor at room temperature. The effect of doping were investigated by X-ray diffraction pattern(XRD), FT-Raman,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), Ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV), photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL), field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy (HRTEM &EDS). The X-ray diffraction pattern and FT-Raman studies showed that the prepared samples were nano particulates with cubic fluorite structure. The XRD pattern analysis showed that the size of the particles ranged from 13 to 20?nm, however 4?wt% Mg doping results in reduction of particle size compared with other doping concentrations. The effects of Mg concentration on various structural parameters of the prepared samples were also determined. The slight blue shift observed upon doping in UV–Vis absorption region around 330–360nmrecorded for reduction in particle size. The FTIR unveils the presence of Metal oxygen bonds below 700?cm?1in the prepared samples. All samples showed a broad emission band at 430?nm with linearly increasing intensity with respect to dopant concentrations. The Spherical morphology with weak agglomeration was identified through FESEM and HRTEM analysis. The elemental analysis of Ce, O and Mg were confirmed through EDS analysis.  相似文献

为了获得一种被动锁模掺铒光纤振荡器及功率放大器,数值模拟出超短脉冲在光纤中的传输和演化过程,并基于此搭建了一种被动锁模掺铒光纤飞秒振荡器及功率放大器。实验获得了中心波长1560 nm、重复频率100 MHz、输出功率30 mW、脉冲宽度85 fs超短脉冲。通过采用PPLN晶体进行倍频,进一步获得了输出功率5 mW,中心波长780 nm的飞秒脉冲。该光纤激光器为全保偏光纤结构,具有体积小巧、可靠性高、稳定性好的特点。  相似文献

Cone-beam X-ray luminescence computed tomography (CB-XLCT) is an attractive hybrid imaging modality, and it has the potential of monitoring the metabolic processes of nanophosphors-based drugs in vivo. However, the XLCT imaging suffers from a severe ill-posed problem. In this work, a sparse nonconvex Lp (0?p?L1 regularization. Further, an iteratively reweighted split augmented lagrangian shrinkage algorithm (IRW_SALSA-Lp) was proposed to efficiently solve the non-convex Lp (0?p?p-values (1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8) in both 3D digital mouse experiments and in vivo experiments. The results demonstrate that the proposed non-convex methods outperform L2 and L1 regularization in accurately recovering sparse targets in CB-XLCT. In this paper, debonding phenomena between carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) strips and masonry support were investigated on the basis of single-lap shear tests, considering different dimensions of the bond length. To capture the post-peak response of the CFRP–masonry joint, the slip between the support and the reinforcement strip was controlled using a clip gauge positioned at the end of the reinforcement. The tests were simulated by means of a finite element model able to capture the post-peak snap-back behavior due to the failure process. The numerical model is based on zero-thickness interface elements and on a proper non-linear cohesive law. The comparison between experimental and numerical results was performed in terms of overall response, measured by both the machine stroke and the clip gauge positioned at the free end of the reinforcement. The cases of effective bond length greater and lesser than the minimum anchorage length, suggested by the CNR Italian recommendation, were considered.  相似文献

四川盆地作为国内页岩气开发的重点区域,通过近几年的不断攻关和实践,机械钻速得到了提高,但由于受地层复杂、可钻性差、非均质性强等地质因素的影响,导致井下钻柱系统不良振动剧烈,容易出现钻头损坏严重、钻速较低等问题,严重影响了钻井时效。为了解决上述难题,以该盆地涪陵工区上二叠统龙潭组—中二叠统茅口组为例,采用井下振动高频测量工具的实测手段,测量了钻头—钻柱系统的动态振动加速度参数,结合地层的岩性和矿物组分分析,研究钻头失效原因与对策,并开展了现场试验。研究结果表明:①在非均质地层中钻进的钻头—钻柱系统产生了大于40 m/s~2的高幅值瞬时冲击振动,高幅值的瞬时冲击是导致钻头先期失效的主要原因;②提出了抑制高幅值的瞬时冲击振动采用"减振+增压"工具组合和避免井下工具共振的钻井参数;③采用钻井新参数的试验井比邻井的高幅值瞬时振动降低了17%,单只钻头进尺增加24%,钻头工作环境得到了较大的改善,钻头使用数量减少。结论认为,该研究成果能够有效地改善钻头—钻柱系统的振动状态,有利于达成延长钻头使用寿命的目标。  相似文献
