Effect of harvesting time and fruit size on titratable acidity, soluble solid and distribution of limonin in Thai tangerine juice

The effect of fruit size and harvesting of Thai tangerine fruit ( Citrus reticulata , Blanco) at different growth stages, 8–12 months after fruit set, on the distribution of limonin in whole fruit as well as in the individual fruit parts and extracted juice was investigated. The highest limonin concentration was observed in seed, followed by albedo, flavedo, segment membrane and juice sacs in decreasing order. The limonin concentration in juice as well as in whole fruit was decreased when fruit was harvested 8–12 months of fruit set. Increasing harvesting time from 8 to 12 months showed corresponding decreases in the amount of limonin in flavedo, albedo and seed. There was a decrease in titrable acidity and increase in total soluble solid and total soluble solid/titrable acidity ratio of juice with a later than normal harvesting time. However, fruit size showed no effect on limonin content and other properties of juice extracted from tangerine.     

云母粒径对云母／聚丙烯性能的影响

研究了云母填充改性聚丙烯(云母/PP)中云母粒径对其性能的影响。实验结果表明:云母粒径越小使得云母/聚丙烯材料强度提高越大、断裂伸长率增加,加工流动性变好;同时也促进和有利于聚丙烯结晶过程中的成核作用。     

硼预淀积对自组织生长Ge量子点尺寸分布的影响

研究了以不同B2H6流量预淀积硼对UHV/CVD自组织生长Ge量子点尺寸分布的影响。在适当的生长条件下,得到了尺寸分布很窄的均匀Ge量子点,用AFM对量子点的形貌进行观察,Ge量子点尺寸的涨落小于±3%,量子点的水平尺寸和高度分别为60nm和10nm,密度为8×109cm-2。实验结果表明,通过预淀积硼表面处理,可以得到尺寸分布很窄的量子点,以满足量子点光电器件方面应用的要求。     

06NiCuCrMoNb钢高温加热时表层铜的行为

将06NiCuCrMoNb钢试样在不同的加热温度保温不同时间后，观察并分析试样表层的形貌和成分。结果表明，在一定条件下铜会扩散进入表层奥氏体晶界，得到沿奥氏体晶界分布的富铜相，并在热变形加工时导致热脆。试验得到了沿奥氏体晶界分布的富铜相与加热温度和保温时间的关系。     

用光相关光谱研究乳液粒度的浓度依赖性

利用光相关光谱测定了不同浓度的聚丙烯酸酯核／壳乳液和聚苯乙烯标样乳液在室温下的粒度，确定了两体系可测粒度的浓度范围，随粒度多分散性增加，可测粒度的浓度范围减小，且浓度范围与试样粒度有关。测定结果进一步表明，随测定试样的浓度增加，粒度下降，根据Ｓｔｏｋｅｓ－Ｅｉｎｓｔｅｉｎ公式，求出了粒子移动扩散系数，以及浓度为零时的粒子移动扩散系数。     

On the dissipation process in Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10 tapes and bulk samples with preferential grain orientation in zero external magnetic field

Current-voltage characteristics of Bi₂Sr₂Ca₂Cu₃O₁₀ tapes and bulk samples with preferentially oriented crystallites have been measured in zero applied magnetic field and for temperatures close to the mean-field critical-temperature,T _c0. It was shown that the power-law dependence,V=AI ^a, valid for two-dimensional systems, does not correctly describe the data, which clearly indicate the existence of a finite critical-current density,J _c. The experimentalI-V curves are fitted quite well with the model which attributes the finite critical-current density to the coupling between the CuO₂ double layers. It was found thatJ _c vanishes at a temperature value belowT _c0. This behavior can result from the occurrence of vortex fluctuation-induced layer decoupling and/or from the contribution of entropy to the vortex unbinding process.

34CrMoV结构钢动态再结晶行为研究

应用Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机进行等温压缩试验,研究了变形工艺参数对34CrMoV结构钢动态再结晶行为的影响.结果表明,其流变应力随变形温度升高而降低,随应变速率提高而增大;随着应变速率的降低,应变量的增加和变形温度的升高,动态再结晶速度加快且奥氏体晶粒得到细化.     

聚苯乙烯颗粒对轻质混合土的影响

在室内试验的基础上,对轻质混合土密度、抗压强度、压缩变形特性等进行了分析,结果表明:EPS颗粒含量变化对降低轻质混合土的密度作用效果显著;EPS颗粒含量对混合土抗压强度的影响很小,抗压强度主要取决于水泥的含量;在压缩变形特性方面,荷载小于混合土压缩屈服应力时EPS颗粒含量对混合土的压缩变形量影响较小。由此认为EPS颗粒在降低混合土密度方面具有一定的优越性,但对混合土的抗压强度、压缩变形量影响不明显,所以将混有EPS颗粒的轻质混合土作为填土材料具有很好的应用前景。     

C pm MPPAC for manufacturing quality control applied to the precision voltage reference process

The multiprocess performance analysis chart (MPPAC) based on the process capability index C_pm, called C_pm MPPAC, is developed for analysing the manufacturing quality of a group of processes in a multiple process environment. The C_pm MPPAC conveys critical information of multiple processes regarding the departure of the process and process variability from one single chart. Existing research works on MPPAC are restricted to obtaining quality information from one single sample of each process ignoring sampling errors. The information provided from existing MPPAC charts, therefore, is unreliable and misleading and results in incorrect decisions. In this paper, we consider the natural estimator of C_pm based on multiple samples. Based on the natural estimator of C_pm, we consider the sampling errors by providing an explicit formula with the Matlab program to obtain the estimation accuracy of the C_pm. We tabulate the sampling accuracy of C_pm for sample size determination so that the engineers/practitioners can use it for their in-plant applications. An example of multiple precision voltage reference (PVR) processes is presented to illustrate the applicability of C_pm MPPAC for manufacturing quality control.
