LaNiO3 was synthesized by sol-gel method in which lanthanum nitrate and nickel nitrate were used as start materials and citric acid was used as complex for gel formation.The precursor was dried and subsequently heated at elevated temperature to form the desired product.XRD analysis shows that pure LaNiO3 was synthesized.Electrical conductivity and electrochemical performance of the material were tested.The electrical conductivity decreases from 34.5that there are current peaks in the curve, which is the evidence of the electrochemical activity of LaNiO3. 相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备了平均粒径为2~3μm的小颗粒、高亮度的Li(2-x)(MoO4)2:Eu系列钼酸盐红色荧光体。用XRD、SEM、粒度分析和分子荧光光度计对荧光体进行了表征和研究。常规的固相反应合成Li(2-x)(MoO4)2:Eux系列红色荧光粉需要在900℃以上的高温才能够形成均一的固溶体,而采用溶胶-凝胶法制取,在700℃就可以形成均一的单相Li(2-x)(MoO4)2:Eux,在750℃就可得到发光亮度最高的荧光体。其亮度是常规固相反应于900℃制得的荧光体的124%。采用溶胶-凝胶法制取Li(2-x)(MoO4)2:Eux系列,可以在相当宽的实验条件范围内得到小粒径、窄分布和高亮度的荧光体,具有良好的颗粒形貌。 相似文献

A new catalyst, ruthenium-tin-alumina is found to selectively hydrogenate oleic acid to 9-octadecen-1-ol (oleyl + elaidyl
alcohol) at low pressure with high yield. Catalyst preparation methods, catalyst raw materials and activation conditions have
a significant effect on the activity of the catalyst. The optimum atomic ratio of ruthenium to tin is about 1:2. Catalyst
prepared by an improved sol-gel method shows higher activity and selectivity than catalysts prepared by impregnation and coprecipitation
methods. Chloride is found to have a negative effect on catalytic activity. The best catalyst is prepared from chloride-free
ruthenium and tin raw materials. Under the optimum reaction conditions of 250°C and 5.6 MPa, the selectivities for 9-octadecen-1-ol
and total alcohol (9-octadecen-1-ol + stearyl alcohol) formation are 80.9% and 97%, respectively, at a conversion of 81.3%. 相似文献

本文用CC-9A气相色谱仪测定计算了正硅酸乙酯水解与缩合形成溶胶-凝胶的转化过程中ROH、H2O、Si-OR、Si-OH的浓度变化,研究了温度、PH对水民缩合反应的影响,得出了水解与缩合反应机与速率常数,发现酸性体系对水解有利而地缩合不利;且事反应在主要是在硅醇之间进行、碱地缩合有利而对水解不利,且缩合反庆主要是在硅酸与硅酯之间进行。 相似文献

The results from DSC and thermogravimetric analysis of gels produced from a mixture of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and octyltriethoxysilane
(OtEOS) both with and without immobilized Ru(II) tris(4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline) dichloride as well as DSC and TG data for films deposited by deep-or spin-coating from
the same gels, are reported. The initial products are characterized by elemental analysis, IR, solid state NMR and mass spectroscopy.
Elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy are applied for identification of some of the intermediates obtained after heating
at different temperatures. The final products are characterized by X-ray diffractometry. A hypothesis for the thermodecomposition
processes taking place is proposed. The results reported contribute to elucidation of the properties as well as the temperature

Control over crystallographic orientation in ceramic thin films is important for highly anisotropic structures. Layered perovskites, like Bi4 Ti3 O12 , have interesting properties associated with their ferroelectric nature, which may be fully exploited only when films are highly textured. Textured films of this titanate were fabricated via a sol–gel technique without using epitaxial growth. Orientation in the film is confirmed by XRD and SEM, and supported by refractive index and dielectric measurements. In an attempt to explain the orienting effect, light scattering experiments were conducted to yield information about the molecular size, shape, and conformation of macromolecules as the sol–gel solution ages and condensation reactions proceed. These experiments clearly show an increase in the size of molecular clusters with time. We believe that it is the organization of these large clusters during spin coating, and the relationship of the backbone chemistry to the crystal structure of Bi4 Ti3 O12 , that are responsible for the observed orientation. 相似文献

The sub-micron sized YAG : Ce phosphors were synthesized via a modified sol-gel method by peptizing nano-pesudoboehmite particulate. It is found that YAG phase from the dried gel powders appears at 1000 ℃ then the pure YAG phase exists at a relatively lower sintering temperature of 1400 ℃. The smaller sizes of phosphors in the ranges of 1 - 3 μm are obtained due to the contribution of seeding effects of nano-sized alumina particles to strengthen each step of the processes. Both the excitation and emission spectra of photoluminescence of the phosphor obtained at 1400 ℃ meet well with the spectroscopic requirements of the WLED phosphors. 相似文献

利用体外试验方法以及SEM/EDAX、ICP、FTIR等分析技术,对氟硅碱钙石(fluorcanasite,K2Na4Ca5Si12O30F4)齿科微晶玻璃的腐蚀机理,以及溶胶-凝胶Al2O3,、TiO2及ZrO2涂层改善微晶玻璃抗侵蚀的效果进行了比较分析.研究表明,口腔溶液对该齿科微晶玻璃的侵蚀源于溶液中的H3O 离子与微晶玻璃表面的Na 及K 发生迅速的离子交换,从而形成结构疏松的表面富SiO2层,其Si-O网络进而被H2O分子所断开,使SiO2以可溶性硅胶形式溶解于溶液中.此反应导致大量的表面结构缺陷,从而降低了材料的强度和使用寿命。浸泡25天后微晶玻璃表面最终的反应产物是一层低结晶度的颗粒状碳酸羟基磷灰石Cal0(PO4)6(2OH-,CO3^2-).溶胶-凝胶A12O3涂层具有显著的改善齿科微晶玻璃抗唾液腐蚀的作用。 相似文献

采用溶胶—凝胶法在玻璃上制备了锐钛矿型TiO2和过渡金属铁、锌离子掺杂的TiO2薄膜,并通过XRD、XPS、AFM表征了合成的薄膜.结果表明铁和锌离子掺入后,TiO2薄膜变的更加致密.铁离子和锌离子分别以Fe2O3和ZnO的形式存在.在紫外光照射下,TiO2薄膜表现明显的亲水性.金属离子掺杂的TiO2薄膜,亲水性能明显增强.铁离子掺入对光催化降解甲基橙有一定的抑制作用;少量的锌离子掺入对光催化降解甲基橙有促进作用,锌离子掺入量增大后,效果并不明显. 相似文献
