原型法在计算机文化普及教育中应用的构想

随着计算机文化的普及,传统的计算机教学模式已逐渐不适应计算机现代教育了。本文在分析了文科类高校传统教学模式弊端的基础上,提出了软件开发方法中的原型法在计算机文化教育中应用的构想,并探讨了该模式下教材的特点,最后分析了该模式的优点。     

计算机科学与技术产学研结合应用型本科人才培养模式的探索与实践

面对计算机及信息技术的飞速发展,如何转变传统的教育模式和教学方法,以适应社会不断增长的需求,是应用型本科高校普遍关心的问题。本文从产学研结合的动因、产学研结合人才培养模式、产学研合作的具体形式等方面进行了探索和实践,取得了较好的效果。

本文介绍了B/S结构的设计与实现以及J2EE架构的体系结构和优势,并结合实际经验,设计开发了基于B/S模式和J2EE架构的工商网站,降低了办公成本,提高了工作效率。     

Safe design of high-performance embedded systems in an MDE framework

In this paper, we use the UML MARTE profile to model high-performance embedded systems (HPES) in the GASPARD2 framework. We address the design correctness issue on the UML model by using the formal validation tools associated with synchronous languages, i.e., the SIGALI model checker, etc. This modeling and validation approach benefits from the advantages of UML as a standard, and from the number of validation tools built around synchronous languages. In our context, model transformations act as a bridge between UML and the chosen validation technologies. They are implemented according to a model-driven engineering approach. The modeling and validation are illustrated using the multimedia functionality of a new-generation cellular phone.     

Motion mapping and mode decision for MPEG-2 to H.264/AVC transcoding

This paper describes novel transcoding techniques aimed for low-complexity MPEG-2 to H.264/AVC transcoding. An important application for this type of conversion is efficient storage of broadcast video in consumer devices. The architecture for such a system is presented, which includes novel motion mapping and mode decision algorithms. For the motion mapping, two algorithms are presented. Both efficiently map incoming MPEG-2 motion vectors to outgoing H.264/AVC motion vectors regardless of the block sizes that the motion vectors correspond to. In addition, the algorithm maps motion vectors to different reference pictures, which is useful for picture type conversion and prediction from multiple reference pictures. We also propose an efficient rate-distortion optimised macroblock coding mode decision algorithm, which first evaluates candidate modes based on a simple cost function so that a reduced set of candidate modes is formed, then based on this reduced set, we evaluate the more complex Lagrangian cost calculation to determine the coding mode. Extensive simulation results show that our proposed transcoder incorporating the proposed algorithms achieves very good rate-distortion performance with low complexity. Compared with the cascaded decoder-encoder solution, the coding efficiency is maintained while the complexity is significantly reduced.

Toxicoproteomics and its application to human health risk assessment

Toxicoproteomics is the use of proteomic technologies to better understand environmental and genetic factors, toxic mechanisms, and modes of action in response to acute exposure to toxicants and in the long-term development of diseases caused or influenced by these exposures. Use of toxicoproteomic technologies to identify key biochemical pathways, mechanisms, and biomarkers of exposure and toxicity will decrease the uncertainties that are associated with human health risk assessments. This review provides an overview of toxicoproteomics from human health risk assessment perspectives. Key toxicoproteomic technologies such as 2-D gel-based proteomic methods and toxicoproteomic approaches are described, and examples of applications of these technologies and methodologies in the risk assessment context are presented. The discussion includes a focus on challenges and future directions.     

遗传算法多目标优化及其在决策支持系统中的应用*

针对区域经济发展的现状,提出了改进的经济多目标优化模型。并用多目标遗传算法来对模型进行优化计算与仿真。在此基础上,通过将MATLAB与Web技术相结合,提出了一种新的基于B/S模式的决策支持系统的解决方案。     

面向ASP分布式服务模式的多级用户控制*

针对四川区域中小制造业用户群对ASP的需求特点,分析了ASP分布式服务模式的原理及其三级异构平台间的功能交互特性。对三级异构服务平台体系中的多级用户角色的要求和特点进行了研究。提出了基于Web Service的多级用户管理和控制策略,并进行了详细设计和实现,其结果在区域网络化制造ASP服务三级服务平台得到实际应用。     

一种基于RBAC的Web环境下信息系统权限控制方法

信息系统的权限管理是保证数据安全的必要条件。在论述了基于角色的权限控制模型的基础上,分析了基于用户-功能的权限控制方法存在的问题,提出了一种基于RBAC的B/S体系结构的信息系统权限控制方法,实现了安全的权限控制,取得了较好的效果。     

经管类专业应用型人才培养模式研究

民办高校应用型人才培养模式是民办高校为培养应用型人才而探索形成的一种可操作性的经验与理论架构。本文简单阐述了经管类专业应用型人才培养的意义,构建了经管类专业应用型人才培养方案,主要是构建以企业为依托的合作办学模式,构建＂两平台＋N模块＋一拓展＂课程体系,构建以学生为主体的教学方法和＂双师型＂师资队伍。
