本文提出了一种用于钢筋混凝土结构空间有限元分析的体梁组合单元模型。该模型将混凝土体元内的钢筋作为能承受轴力、剪力、弯矩和扭矩的梁元,根据钢筋和混凝土在单元内的位移协调条件和虚功原理将两者组合成一个单元。体梁组合单元模型能较全面地反映混凝土内钢筋的力学效应,能适应钢筋的任意布置方式,容许用较大的单元对结构进行离散,解决了大型钢筋混凝土结构有限元分析的单元划分问题。数值算例及其与解析解的比较演示了模型的可行性和精度。 相似文献

It has been studied how a hardening friction treatment with a sliding hard-alloy indenter influences the chemical composition and roughness of the surface, the structure, the distribution of the microhardness and the density of dislocations in depth of the surface layer, the mechanical properties upon static tension and the features of deformation and fracture upon cyclic tension of the annealed low-carbon (0.17 wt.% C) steel grade 20. It has been found that friction hardening of the steel (an increase in the microhardness up to 4.25 GPa) is due to a considerable dispersion of the ferritic base (with the formation of alpha-phase fragments no less than 100 nm in size) and pearlite colonies (crushing and partial dissolution of cementite plates) under the action of a severe friction deformation; hardening is not connected with the carryover of separate particles of the hard alloy to the steel surface. A finite-element model describing the process of the friction treatment with a sliding cylindrical indenter has been constructed. This model was used to determine how the number of the indenter strokes, the friction coefficient, and the shear component of the deformation affect the value of the accumulated deformation. It has been shown that the friction treatment improves the strength characteristics of the steel upon static tension. The hardened surface layer is susceptible to further considerable hardening (an increase in the microhardness up to 5.6-5.9 GPa) at the initial stages of the cyclic deformation and, therefore, has some margin of plasticity. The plastic flow in the surface-hardened steel under cyclic loading is due to the formation of numerous bands of localized deformation. It has been found that the friction-hardened surface layer is more prone to cracking under cyclic loading. The methods by which cracking of the hardened layer can be diminished have been discussed. 相似文献

Ni59Zr20Ti16Si2Sn3 amorphous material was deposited by a vacuum plasma spraying technique onto steel and copper substrates in order to investigate their behaviour in a corrosive environment. For comparison, the same alloy was prepared as amorphous ribbons by melt spinning. The amorphous nature of the coatings and ribbons was characterized by XRD, DSC and TEM, while XPS and AES analyses were performed to understand the origin of passivation and mode of corrosion. The corrosion behaviour of the coating was studied in H2SO4 and HCl solutions open to air at room temperature. Potentiodynamic polarisation and galvanic coupling tests were carried out on the substrate and the coating. It was found that the formation of Zr-, Ti- and Si-rich passive oxide layers provide a high corrosion resistance in H2SO4 solution while the breakdown of the passive layer by chloride ion adsorption was responsible for pitting corrosion of the Ni59Zr20Ti16Si2Sn3 amorphous ribbons in HCl solution. Galvanic corrosion was the dominant corrosion mechanism for the coating/copper hybrid structure, in contrast to the Ni59Zr20Ti16Si2Sn3 amorphous coating, which efficiently protected the steel substrate in the corrosive environment. 相似文献

双钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙结构是一种新型高层建筑抗侧力构件,具有良好的应用价值和发展前景。根据其他学者的试验结果,结合相关文献中连接件的剪切滑移公式,拟合得出抗剪栓钉的剪力-滑移关系,并通过有限元软件ANSYS建立了双钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙的有限元模型。以分析组合剪力墙的剪切性能为目的,采用相关假定简化模型并与已有试验结果对比,验证有限元模型的合理性。采用验证过的有限元模型进一步对双钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙的抗剪性能进行非线性分析,研究抗剪栓钉间距、钢板厚度、混凝土板厚度、混凝土强度等级及组合剪力墙跨高比等主要参数的影响。数值结果表明,钢板、混凝土板厚度以及混凝土强度对双钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙的抗剪承载力的影响最显著,而栓钉间距会影响组合剪力墙的受剪破坏模式。 相似文献

Alginate as a versatile naturally occurring biomaterial has found widespread use in the biomedical field due to its unique features such as biocompatibility and biodegradability. The ability of its semipermeable hydrogels to provide a favourable microenvironment for clinically relevant cells made alginate encapsulation a leading technology for immunoisolation, 3D culture, cryopreservation as well as cell and drug delivery. The aim of this work is the evaluation of structural properties and swelling behaviour of the core-shell capsules for the encapsulation of multipotent stromal cells (MSCs), their 3D culture and cryopreservation using slow freezing. The cells were encapsulated in core-shell capsules using coaxial electrospraying, cultured for 35 days and cryopreserved. Cell viability, metabolic activity and cell–cell interactions were analysed. Cryopreservation of MSCs-laden core-shell capsules was performed according to parameters pre-selected on cell-free capsules. The results suggest that core-shell capsules produced from the low viscosity high-G alginate are superior to high-M ones in terms of stability during in vitro culture, as well as to solid beads in terms of promoting formation of viable self-assembled cellular structures and maintenance of MSCs functionality on a long-term basis. The application of 0.3 M sucrose demonstrated a beneficial effect on the integrity of capsules and viability of formed 3D cell assemblies, as compared to 10% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) alone. The proposed workflow from the preparation of core-shell capsules with self-assembled cellular structures to the cryopreservation appears to be a promising strategy for their off-the-shelf availability. 相似文献

In order to meet the requirements of polymer dielectric materials for high thermal stability and excellent dielectric properties in the application of high-temperature film capacitors, a series of polyimide (PI) films are fabricated by introducing a self-synthesized aniline trimer (ACAT) with a conjugated structure in this work. Since the conjugated ACAT in the main chains of PI improves the electron polarization and carrier mobility of the PI molecular chains, the dielectric constant of the ACAT-PI films is greatly enhanced (4.4–7.4). Meanwhile, the dissipation factor does not increase apparently (0.002–0.013). The dielectric properties are stable even when the temperature is up to 200 °C, the thermal degradation temperature is as high as 450 °C, and the mechanical properties are also excellent (70–105 MPa). Among all the films, the PI film with 5 mol% ACAT exhibits the maximal energy density of 3.6 J cm−3 under the field of 426 kV mm−1, the high tensile strength (90 MPa) and the excellent thermal stability (Td5 = 515 °C). The work paves the way to prepare high-temperature polymer dielectric film materials with high energy storage density. 相似文献
