建立了层叠流道的三维模型和有限元网格模型,根据流变测试数据,采用Polymat对物料的黏度模型参数进行拟合,并利用Polyflow软件对聚丙烯腈(PAN)凝胶在层叠流道内的三维等温流动过程进行了数值模拟分析。研究发现,当入口流量增大时,层叠流道出口速度的不均匀性增加;沿流动方向流道内压力逐渐降低,并在出口处降低至同一最低值;流道进出口压力差与入口流量大小具有正相关性;在流道的中心截面上剪切速率分布均匀,波动较小。  相似文献

Bioanalytical THz sensing techniques have proven to be an interesting and viable tool for the label-free detection and analysis of biomolecules. However, a major challenge for THz bioanalytics is to perform investigations in the native aqueous environments of the analytes. This review recapitulates the status and future requirements for establishing THz biosensing as a complementary toolbox in the repertoire of standard bioanalytic methods. The potential use in medical research and clinical diagnosis is discussed. Under these considerations, this article presents a comprehensive categorization of biochemically relevant analytes that have been investigated by THz sensing techniques in aqueous media. The detectable concentration levels of ions, carbohydrates, (poly-)nucleotides, active agents, proteins and different biomacromolecules from THz experiments are compared to characteristic physiological concentrations and lower detection limits of state-of-the-art bioanalytical methods. Finally, recent experimental developments and achievements are discussed, which potentially pave the way for THz analysis of biomolecules under clinically relevant conditions.

The sustainable reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from road transport requires solutions to achieve net-zero carbon dioxide emissions. Therefore, in addition to vehicles with electrified powertrains, such as those implemented in battery electric of fuel cell vehicles, internal combustion engines fueled with e-fuels or biofuels are also under discussion. An e-fuel that has come into focus recently, is hydrogen due to its potential to achieve zero tank-to-wheel and well-to-wheel carbon dioxide emissions when the electrolysis is powered by electricity from renewable sources. Due to the high laminar burning velocity, hydrogen has the potential for engine operation with high cylinder charge dilution by e.g. external exhaust gas recirculation or enleanment, resulting in increased efficiency. On the other hand, the high burning velocity and high adiabatic flame temperatures pose a challenge for engine cooling due to increased heat losses compared to conventional fuels. To further evaluate the use of hydrogen for small passenger car engines, a series production 1 L 3 cylinder gasoline engine provided by Ford Werke GmbH was modified for hydrogen direct injection. The engine was equipped with a high pressure external exhaust gas recirculation system to investigate charge dilution at stoichiometric operation. Due to limitations of the turbocharging system, very lean operation, which can achieve nitrogen oxides raw emissions below 10 ppm, was limited to part load operation below BMEP = 8 bar. Thus, a reduction of the nitrogen oxides emission level at high loads compared to stoichiometric operation was not possible. At stoichiometric operation with external exhaust gas recirculation engine efficiency can be increased significantly. The comparison of stoichiometric hydrogen and gasoline operation shows a reduced indicated efficiency with hydrogen with significant faster combustion of hydrogen at comparable centers of combustion. However, higher boost pressures would allow to achieve even higher indicated efficiencies by charge dilution compared to gasoline engine operation.  相似文献

近年来在下扬子地区页岩气地质调查井所获取的地层岩心资料,揭示该地区下志留统风暴沉积较为发育。基于精细的岩心观察描述,详细分析了下扬子地区下志留统高家边组下段中上部风暴沉积的特征,并阐明了风暴作用对泥页岩的影响。研究表明:研究区风暴岩岩性偏细,以粉砂岩为主,石英含量较高,结构成熟度较低,具2种不同的粒度概率曲线;主要发育底部冲刷面、块状层理、平行层理、丘状交错层理、波纹交错层理、准同生变形构造等沉积构造;垂向上主要识别出4种风暴沉积序列,均具有从底到顶粒度变细的沉积特征,不同的沉积序列与风暴流能量的强弱有关。下扬子地区早志留世频繁的风暴活动与研究区的古地理背景和古气候条件具有内在联系。特大型风暴对浅海陆棚深水区的细粒泥质沉积物特征产生重要影响,包括降低有机质含量、减少单层厚度、破坏垂向连续性、改变原始沉积构造和侧向稳定性等,总体上降低了泥页岩的品质。因此,研究认为在页岩气的勘探和评价过程中应重视风暴因素对陆棚深水区原始泥质沉积物的影响。  相似文献

In this research, a technical, economic and environmental analysis has been proposed to a Hybrid Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) system-based hybrid system including biomass, gas turbine, and Proton Exchange Membrane Electrolyzer. A multi-objective optimization technique has been utilized to improve the overall product cost and the exergy effectiveness based on a developed version of Aquila Optimizer (DAO). The main idea of using the developed version is to improve the accuracy and the precision of the original Aquila optimizer. The system is then authenticated in terms of energy/exergy effectiveness, and energy-economic efficiency. The achievements indicate that employing the optimization algorithm for different configurations provided satisfying results for the system.  相似文献

A solar-blind ultraviolet photodetector based on Ti-doped Ga2O3/Si p–n heterojunction is demonstrated for the first time. It is found that the heterojunction quality forming between Ga2O3 and Si becomes better after Ti incorporation in Ga2O3. The current–voltage and temporal response measurements show that the detector based on Ti-doped Ga2O3/Si p–n heterojunction has a responsivity of 0.382 A/W and a fast rise time of 73 ms as well, which are much better than those undoped Ga2O3/Si p–n heterojunction analogues.

Magnetron sputtered low-loading iridium-ruthenium thin films are investigated as catalysts for the Oxygen Evolution Reaction at the anode of the Proton Exchange Membrane Water Electrolyzer. Electrochemical performance of 50 nm thin catalysts (Ir pure, Ir–Ru 1:1, Ir–Ru 1:3, Ru pure) is tested in a Rotating Disk Electrode. Corresponding Tafel slopes are measured before and after the CV-based procedure to compare the activity and stability of prepared compounds. Calculated activities prior to the procedure confirm higher activity of ruthenium-containing catalysts (Ru pure > Ir–Ru 1:3 > Ir–Ru 1:1 > Ir pure). However, after the procedure a higher activity and less degradation of Ir–Ru 1:3 is observed, compared to Ir–Ru 1:1, i.e. the sample with a higher amount of unstable ruthenium performs better. This contradicts the expected behavior of the catalyst. The comprehensive chemical and structural analysis unravels that the stability of Ir–Ru 1:3 sample is connected to RuO2 chemical state and hcp structure. Obtained results are confirmed by measuring current densities in a single cell.  相似文献

Bipolar plates (BPs) are one of the main parts of proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell stacks, which constitute a significant percentage of a PEM fuel cell system in terms of cost, weight, and structural strength. Although frequently used graphite BPs have low density, high conductivity, and high corrosion resistance, machining the desired flow channels on these plates is challenging. On the other hand, BPs made of various materials rather than graphite can be also fabricated by additive manufacturing methods. These methods can be considered as a reasonable alternative to conventional machining for the fabrication of graphite BPs in PEM fuel cells regarding material cost, fabrication of flow channels, and some post-processes in which the large-scale manufacturing of graphite BPs is more complex. This study offers a comparison of formed stainless-steel, additive manufactured titanium and machined composite graphite plates having the same flow-field geometry as a bipolar plate. In addition, titanium BPs are coated with gold and their performances are compared. Among the cells tested, the highest peak power of 639 mWcm?2 is measured from the cell with 450 nm gold coated titanium BP, whereas those of the cell with conventional graphite and stainless-steel BP are only around 322 mWcm?2 and 173 mWcm?2, respectively. Moreover, a new titanium bipolar plate design providing high specific power density is also presented.  相似文献
