Abstract A transfer admittance is treated as a two‐terminal network driven by cascaded dependent sources. By complex‐curve fitting, each of the four admittances of a conventional two‐port model can be approximated over a wideband with a rational function of frequency. A SPICE2‐acceptable R‐L‐C two‐port model can then be derived by applying continued fractions to the rational functions. Examples are included to demonstrate the applications of this method. 相似文献

In the paper, a new compact electrothermal model of the impulse transformer is proposed. This model has a form of a subcircuit dedicated for SPICE and could be used for low power impulse transformers applicable in switch-mode power supplies used in electronics. It takes into account simultaneously electric, thermal, and magnetic phenomena occurring in the considered device and describe nonidealities of the core and windings. The form of the elaborated model and analytical dependences describing all its components are presented. Correctness of this model is verified experimentally in a wide range of frequency and load resistance for selected constructions of transformers. Desktop virtualization, which is to make the desktop virtual so that users can access any application through the network with any devices at any time and any place, is being widely used now as an emerging trend. However, it is important to further improve this approach while maintaining good user experience. Though the simple protocol for independent computing environments as a virtual desktop solution can achieve a user experience similar to an interaction with a local machine, there are still many deficiencies in it. For instance, it cannot apply to environment of high controllability of user, and the quality of graphic interactive experience is to be improved. In this paper, to meet QoE requirements of user, we build a feasible file transfer and sharing mechanism and propose a graphics subsystem optimization strategy based on simple protocol for independent computing environments (SPICE), namely Transparent Desktop. We also verify that the Transparent Desktop can provide users with ubiquitous desktop services of higher efficiency, stronger user‐controllability and better QoE through the experimental. A very simple subcircuit model for SPICE simulation of bipolar transistors affected by the avalanche multiplication mechanism is presented. The currently available models for bipolar transistors in circuit simulators do not consider this effect, which can lead to serious simulation errors when high-frequency thin basewidths transistors with low and soft breakdown voltages are simulated. The simulated results predicted by SPICE with the proposed subcircuit are compared with the measured data obtained from several transistors with low and soft breakdown voltages and a good agreement is reported. 相似文献

本文回顾了器件模型的发展历程,分析了在电路模拟中广泛使用的SPICE Leve13模型的器件输入、输出、衬偏、亚阈值等特性,指出该模型在模拟小尺寸器件时的不足之处,详细分析了影响MOS器件特性的主要小尺寸效应:自顾不暇 、窄沟道效应、非均匀掺杂效应、迁移率衰减效应、速度饱和效应、漏感应势垒降低效应、热电子效应、亚阈值电导等物理机理以及对器件性能的影响,分析了建立在上述多种效应基础之上的小尺寸器件的BSIM模型的机理(Berkley Short Channel IGFET Model)。 相似文献
