基于乙酰胆碱酯酶和氧化应激研究海胆酮对阿尔茨海默症的作用机制

海胆酮是一种酮式类胡萝卜素，主要从海胆及藻类等海洋生物中提取。本文研究海胆酮对乙酰胆碱酯酶（acetylcholinesterase，AChE）的抑制作用，应用酶动力学、荧光光谱、圆二色光谱和分子对接技术研究海胆酮对AChE的抑制机理，并用淀粉样β蛋白片段25～35（amyloid beta-peptide 25-35，Aβ25-35）诱导大鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤细胞（PC12细胞）建立阿尔茨海默症（Alzheimer’s disease，AD）模型，研究海胆酮对AD细胞模型氧化应激损伤的作用。结果表明，海胆酮有很强的AChE抑制活性，其半抑制质量浓度为（16.29±0.97）μg/mL，抑制常数Ki为3.82 μg/mL，表现为竞争性抑制；海胆酮可诱导AChE二级结构改变，更容易与AChE活性中心氨基酸Ser200、His440、Trp84和Tyr121结合，阻碍底物碘代硫代乙酰胆碱（acetylthiocholine iodide，ATCI）与酶结合，从而引起酶活力降低。海胆酮能有效抑制Aβ25-35诱导PC12细胞的AChE活力，降低丙二醛含量，增加超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力，减轻Aβ25-35诱导的PC12细胞氧化应激损伤。本研究基于AChE和氧化应激阐明了海胆酮对AD的潜在作用机制，为海胆酮在功能食品、生物医药等领域的应用提供了数据支持和理论根据。     

25%小偏置碰撞策略及测试评估研究

随着汽车事故的增加,且小重叠碰撞事故死亡率居高不下,小偏置碰撞试验逐渐成为焦点。基于IIHS公布的最新车辆碰撞试验结果,统计超过100余款不同类型的25%小偏置碰撞车辆,建立碰撞转角与碰撞区域的数学模型,将25%小偏置碰撞归结为三种不同的碰撞策略,分别是吸能策略、掠过策略和掠过与吸能策略;并进行试验验证,对三种策略的优缺点进行分析。结果表明,小偏置碰撞试验可运用合理的碰撞策略达到法规要求,对25%小偏置碰撞试验具有一定的参考价值。     

基于儿童使用主体的建成环境评价尺度研究

评价尺度是建筑使用后评价的基 本问题之一，它是使用者评判建成环境好 坏、优劣的重要测度标准。为弥补目前环境 评价尺度研究方面的缺失，建立与儿童使用 主体相一致的建成环境评价尺度，对儿童常 用语义量词进行汇总和筛选，采用五级线 分刻度方法进行问卷调查研究。基于儿童的 理解，通过问卷试验分析，结果表明：双侧 5级区间评价尺度为：很（负面）；有点（负 面）；中等；有点（正面）；很（正面）；单侧 5级区间评价尺度为：不；好像有点；比较； 很；特别。     

Design and validation of robotic bionic eye with multiple flexible ropes parallel mechanism inspired by oculomotor law

Producing a stable and agile bionic eye for visual image acquisition in robotics is a challenging task. In this paper, we design a bionic eye with mirror-symmetric distribution and cross-connection of flexible ropes. This mechanism is based on oculomotor law and the physiological structure of the extraocular muscles (EOMs). Specifically, the basic structural parameters are determined by Listing’s law, and the unique connection of the flexible ropes can realize the functions of the recti and oblique muscles. Furthermore, to mimic the trochlea structure, a pulley mechanism is constructed to permit the free movement of the flexible ropes. Through simulation and physical experiments, it is demonstrated that the bionic eye mechanism can move with agility under the structural parameters. The experimental results indicate that the proposed bionic eye mechanism has a superior motion accuracy of 2.798 mm, which is 6.7% of the maximum motion distance, and the repeatable accuracy of the mechanism can up to 0.210 mm.     

Source time reversal (STR) method for linear elasticity

We study the problem of source reconstruction for a linear elasticity problem applied to seismicity induced by mining. We assume the source is written as a variable separable function $\mathit{f}\left(\mathit{x}\right)g\left(t\right)$. We first present a simple proof a local decay result for elasticity in the case of homogeneous media. We then extend the source time reversal method, originally developed for acoustic waves, to an elastic system of waves. Additionally, we present a fast reconstruction implementation for large data sets. This is especially useful in the elastic case, in which the numerical cost is higher than in fluid acoustics. We complement this work with several 2D and 3D numerical experiments and an analysis of the results.     

Deposition of UF5 on the surface of steel material having oxide coating in contact with gaseous UF6

When UF6 is handled in leak tight system, the amount of uranium compound formed on the surface of containers, valves, and others in UF6 handling facilities is not so significant for a short term that special attention has not been given to this problem. The present work was done to throw some more light on this problem based on the recent experiment. We discuss the possibility that the intermolecular transfer of a fluorine atom from UF6 to UF5 may participate in the formation of uranium compound. The discussion includes also the unique features contained in the experimental result, the reaction processes assumed in this problem, and the derivation of a rate equation for expressing the deposition of uranium compound. Furthermore, we propose a new method for determining nonlinear parameters included in a governing differential equation having two variables for expressing the deposition of uranium compound from experimental raw data.     

纳米NiO掺杂Carbores'P对Al2O3-C耐火材料力学性能的影响

为提高低碳铝碳耐火材料的力学性能,以≤1 mm的棕刚玉、Si粉和Carbores’P为原料,外加纳米NiO为催化剂,制备Al2O3-C基质试样,利用XRD、SEM、激光拉曼光谱研究纳米NiO对Carbores’P炭化产物的影响。以棕刚玉(粒度为5~3、3-1、≤1 mm)、电熔白刚玉粉、Si粉、鳞片石墨、Carbores’P、纳米NiO为原料制备低碳Al2O3-C试样,研究纳米NiO掺杂Carbore’P对试样力学性能的影响。结果表明:1400℃埋碳热处理后,添加纳米NiO能提高基质的石墨化度,促进碳纳米管和SiC晶须的生成;正是由于它们的生成,提高了Al2O3-C试样的致密度、常温强度和断裂前的位移量,使试样韧性增强。     

石油套管质量评价方法研究

石油套管是油气田开采中重要的物资装备,其质量直接影响油气田的生产安全与开采效率。对石油套管质量评价方法进行研究,优选反映石油套管质量的性能参数,通过归一化处理,结合专家知识,建立评价模型,进而得到石油套管质量的评价结果。将所研究的评价方法应用于P110石油套管质量评价中,评价结果准确、直观,方法有效实用。
