对洋葱蛋白、4种不同水解度的粗洋葱多肽、4种分子量范围的纯化多肽组分的水解度、分子量、氨基酸组成、DPPH·清除能力进行了研究。结果表明,洋葱蛋白酶解后分子量大幅降低,必需氨基酸组分和支链氨基酸组分均有所提高,DPPH·清除能力大幅提高,且与水解度成正比;在4种水解度的粗洋葱多肽的纯化组分中,P-III(分子量为1~5kDa)的DPPH·清除能力均为最强,这归功于其合适的分子量分布。该研究为洋葱的高值化利用提供了理论依据。 相似文献

主动配电网作为分布式发电的高效集成和管理平台,其故障区段定位是一门重要课题。针对含分布式发电并网的主动配电网故障区段定位问题,计及分布式发电出力的不确定性,基于随机机会约束规划建立配电网故障区段定位模型。所建立的模型以概率形式的评价函数为目标函数,计及控制变量定义域约束,故障类型限值约束等约束条件构建。通过对基本帝国竞争算法进行改进得到二进制帝国竞争算法,并采用改进帝国竞争算法设计模型求解流程。仿真算例表明,所建立的模型适用于含分布式发电并网的主动配电网故障区段定位求解,并计及分布式发电出力不确定性对定位结果的影响,改进帝国竞争算法在模型的求解中性能较优。 相似文献

Gold nanoparticle/graphene oxide hybrids (AuNP/GO) were easily fabricated by a redox reaction between GO and chloroauric acid without using any additional reductant and then used to stabilize Pickering emulsions. Factors affecting the properties of the emulsions were studied, including the HAuCl4/GO mass ratio used to prepare the AuNP/GO, the oil/water ratio, the AuNP/GO concentration, the pH value, and the type and concentration of electrolytes. The emulsions were more stable when stabilized by AuNP/GO made from HAuCl4/GO mass ratios of 0.375–0.5. High pH values and AuNP/GO concentrations that were too high or too low were unfavorable to the stability of the Pickering emulsions. Adding electrolytes to the systems improved the stability of the Pickering emulsions owing to the reduction of repulsive interactions between AuNP/GO sheets. The AuNP/GO stabilized Pickering emulsions were used to prepare AuNP/GO supported polystyrene (PS) microspheres (AuNP/GO@PS) by polymerizing the Pickering emulsion. Vapor liquid equilibrium (VLE) data has significant role in designing processes which include vapor and liquid in equilibrium. Since it is impractical to measure equilibrium data at any desired temperature and pressure, particularly near critical region, thermodynamic models based on equation of state (EOS) are usually used for VLE estimating. In recent years due to the development of numerical tools like artificial intelligence methods, VLE prediction has been find new alternatives.In the present study a novel method called Least-Squares Support Vector Machine (LSSVM) used for predicting bubble/dew point pressures of binary mixtures containing carbon dioxide (CO2) + cyclic compounds as function of reduced temperature of the system, critical pressure, acentric factor of the cyclic compound, and CO2 composition. A 333 binary equilibrium data points of CO2 and six cyclic compounds within temperature and pressure ranges of 308.15–473.15 K and 0.5–27.71 MPa were used to develop the model. Results show that the proposed model is able to predict VLE data for binary systems containing supercritical or near-critical CO2/cyclic compounds with an acceptable average absolute relative deviation percent (AARD%) of 3.9381% and the coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.9980. For detection of the probable doubtful experimental data, and applicability of the model, the Leverage statistical approach performed on the data sets.
