Polymers of phenylenediamines

The chemical or electrochemical oxidation of phenylenediamines in acidic aqueous media yields the corresponding oligomers or polymers. Their structures and properties are discussed in relation to a closely-related conducting polymer, polyaniline. Depending on the reaction conditions, polyphenylenediamines are produced as powders, colloidal dispersions, thin films, or composites. In contrast to polyaniline, polyphenylenediamines are rated as non-conductors and their conductivities are low. Similarly to polyaniline, these polymers display a salt–base transition and they are redox-active. They act as reductants of noble-metal compounds to the corresponding metals or as precursors in the carbonization to nitrogen-rich carbons. Applications proposed in the literature are outlined; they include the corrosion protection of metals, catalysis, electrorheology, sensors, energy-conversion devices, electrochromism, noble-metal recovery, and water treatment.

Very facile fabrication of aligned organic nanowires based high-performance top-gate transistors on flexible,transparent substrate

Aligned single-crystalline organic nanowires (NWs) show promising applications in flexible and stretchable electronics, while the use of pre-existing aligned techniques and well-developed photolithography techniques are impeded by the large incompatibility with organic materials and flexible substrates. In this work, aligned copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) organic NWs were grown on flexible and transparent poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) substrate via a grating-assisted growth approach. Furthermore, a simple yet efficient etching-assisted transfer printing (ETP) method was used to achieve CuPc NW array-based flexible top-gate organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) with a high mobility up to 2.0 cm² V⁻¹ s⁻¹, a small operating voltage within ±10 V, a high on/off ratio >10⁴, and excellent bend stability with bending radius down to 3 mm. It is expected that the high-performance organic NW array-based top-gate OFETs with exceeding bend stability will have important applications in future flexible electronics.     

橡胶撕裂强度（裤形试样）测量不确定度的评定

依据GB／T529-2008《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶撕裂强度的测定》（裤形试样），对橡胶撕裂强度试验过程的不确定度来源进行了分析，并对其不确定度分量进行了评定与合成，得到橡胶撕裂强度测量不确定度的评定结果。结果显示，重复性测量和数值修约产生的不确定度是影响结果的主要因素。     

Model based laser-ultrasound determination of hardness gradients of gas-carburized steel

Gas carburizing is a common industrial process utilized for case hardening of low carbon steels. However, there is a lack of non-destructive evaluation systems for the measurement of hardness-depth profiles. We propose a novel measurement method for the determination of hardness-depth profiles of two-step gas carburized steel specimens. The method is based on the measurement of broadband laser excited Rayleigh waves. Rayleigh waves were generated by a pulsed Nd: YAG laser in the thermoelastic regime and measured with a heterodyne Mach-Zehnder interferometer in the near-field. From two measurements with different source to receiver distances the dispersion diagrams were calculated by means of the phase spectral analysis method. In order to simulate the observed dispersive behavior of the Rayleigh waves, first the two-step gas carburizing process was simulated using solutions of the diffusion equation. The resulting continuous hardness profile was then discretized into up to 100 layers. Thereafter the Rayleigh wave dispersion diagram was calculated from the discretized stack of layers using a delta-matrix formulation of the Thomson-Haskell transfer matrix method. In order to obtain best fitting hardness profiles, the simulated dispersion diagrams were fitted to measurements with a curve fitting algorithm. Comparison of the Rayleigh wave inversion method with destructively obtained Vickers hardness profiles shows good quantitative agreement.

气相色谱法测定污染源中的苯系物

采用活性炭采样管富集气污染源中的苯系物，以二硫化碳为解吸剂，经毛细管柱测定样品中的苯系物，以保留时间定性，峰面积定量。通过对样品的采样和前处理方法法方法进行了不同条件的探讨，得出了最佳的实验条件。本方法中苯系物各组分线性方程的相关系数均大于0．999，方法的最低检出浓度在15-39μg/m^3，加标回收率在95.3～101％之间，相对标准偏差小于4．5％（n=6），能满足实际工作的需要。     

简易白鞣黄牛沙发革工艺

本文介绍了用白湿皮鞣剂Granofin F-90生产无铬鞣黄牛沙发革的工艺。重点探讨了Granofin F-90在准备工序的应用条件和复鞣工序的技术要点。     

分散染料染色相容性的研究

测试了五只分散染料的上染速率曲线、提升力曲线和色度学参数，结合双拼色试验结果分析，发现分散红3B、分散黄5GL和分散蓝2BLN组合在一起浸染，染料的相容性好，与其I／O（无机性／有机性）值相差不大的结果十分吻合。
