To prevent the adulteration of agricultural resources and provide a solution to enhance the green coffee bean supply chain, authentication using the near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) technique was investigated. Partial least square with discrimination analysis (PLS-DA) models combined with various preprocessing methods were built from NIR spectra of 153 Vietnamese green coffee samples. The model combined with the standard normal variate and the first order of derivative yielded excellent performance in predicting coffee species with the error cross-validation of 0.0261. PLS-DA model of mean centre and first-order derivative spectra also yielded good performance in verifying geographical indication of green coffee with the error of 0.0656. By contrast, the predicting abilities of post-harvest methods were poor. The overall results showed a high potential of the NIRS in online authentication practices.  相似文献

目的建立QuEChERS提取和净化、超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(ultraperformanceliquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, UPLC-MS/MS)测定猪肉、牛肉、羊肉、鸡肉等畜禽肉和猪肝、猪肾、羊肝、鸡心等畜禽内脏中克霉唑残留的分析方法。方法样品经正己烷饱和的乙腈提取,提取液经乙腈饱和的正己烷液液分配除脂,并经含PSA和C18粉末的净化管进一步净化。采用0.1%甲酸和乙腈作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,多反应监测模式(multiplereactionmonitoring,MRM)测定,同位素内标法定量。结果本方法在7 min内完成分离分析,方法在0.2~20.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9999。在0.2、2.0和20μg/kg添加水平下的回收率为78.5%~111.9%,相对标准偏差小于11.1%,方法定量限为0.2μg/kg。结论该方法快速、准确、灵敏,适合动物源食品中克霉唑残留量的测定。  相似文献

蔡伦是纸的发明者亦或改良者,其争论古已有之。近几十年来,学者们从历史文献、考古实物、测试分析、模拟复原等方面对造纸术的起源进行了相当深入的研究。本文主要基于支持蔡伦发明造纸术的王菊华先生所主编的《中国古代造纸工程技术史》和支持蔡伦改良造纸术的潘吉星先生所著的《中国造纸史》中关于造纸术起源的相关研究,总结出了两个核心问题:出土纸状物是否为纸及其断代。笔者认为,若能在相关部门的大力支持下,多学科专家通力合作,应能更有力地推进这一研究。  相似文献

A major challenge in understanding how biological cells arose on the early Earth is explaining how RNA and membranes originally colocalized. We propose that the building blocks of RNA (nucleobases and ribose) bound to self-assembled prebiotic membranes. We have previously demonstrated that the bases bind to membranes composed of a prebiotic fatty acid, but evidence for the binding of sugars has remained a technical challenge. Here, we used pulsed-field gradient NMR spectroscopy to demonstrate that ribose and other sugars bind to membranes of decanoic acid. Moreover, the binding of some bases is strongly enhanced when they are linked to ribose to form a nucleoside or – with the addition of phosphate – a nucleotide. This enhanced binding could have played a role in the molecular evolution leading to the production of RNA.  相似文献
