“电工学实验”混合教学模式的探索与实践

在大类培养改革背景下,基于“电工学实验”开放式实践教学体系现状进行了“电工学实验”混合教学模式的研究,建立了“微课”资源并通过新型教学平台进行推送,确立了完备的混合教学模式应用机制并在部分专业进行了试点,通过分析试点调查数据得出混合教学模式具有在实验教学中提高学生学习效率、激发学生学习动力、促进学生个性发展、培养学生实践应用能力的优势,是落实创新应用型人才培养目标的重要举措。     

Probabilistic learning on manifolds (PLoM) with partition

The probabilistic learning on manifolds (PLoM) introduced in 2016 has solved difficult supervised problems for the “small data” limit where the number N of points in the training set is small. Many extensions have since been proposed, making it possible to deal with increasingly complex cases. However, the performance limit has been observed and explained for applications for which N is very small and for which the dimension of the diffusion-map basis is close to N. For these cases, we propose a novel extension based on the introduction of a partition in independent random vectors. We take advantage of this development to present improvements of the PLoM such as a simplified algorithm for constructing the diffusion-map basis and a new mathematical result for quantifying the concentration of the probability measure in terms of a probability upper bound. The analysis of the efficiency of this extension is presented through two applications.     

Diet composition and overlap for adult walleye,lake whitefish,and yellow perch in Green Bay,Lake Michigan

Interspecific interactions among walleye Sander vitreus, lake whitefish Coregonus clupeaformis, and yellow perch Perca flavescens in Green Bay could influence the population status of each species, but potential trophic interactions are poorly understood. Our objectives were to determine if diet assemblages for each species and diet overlap among species varied spatially and temporally within Green Bay. Adult walleye (≥381 mm total length (TL); N = 981), lake whitefish (≥432 mm TL; N = 1507), and yellow perch (≥150 mm TL; N = 1174) were collected during May-October of 2018 and 2019 from multiple locations in southern and northern Green Bay. Diet assemblages of each species varied between northern and southern Green Bay, but walleye diets were more temporally variable (among months within zones and between years) than diets of lake whitefish or yellow perch. Lake whitefish represented a seasonally important prey item for walleye in southern Green Bay, composing 10 % and 41 % of walleye diets by weight in May and June, respectively. Yellow perch generally composed <15 % of walleye diets by weight but were consumed at a broader spatiotemporal scale than lake whitefish. Diet overlap between walleye and both lake whitefish and yellow perch was generally weak or moderate, whereas diet overlap between whitefish and perch was generally strong. Our assessment of adult trophic interactions suggests that changes in the population status of one species could influence fisheries for all three, and we identify additional research questions to address potential population-level effects of these trophic interactions.     

两种混合单元混合机理的数值模拟

为了研究SV型和SX型混合单元在全静态乳化器的混合机理,使用群体平衡模型对乳化器内部流场进行模拟分析。结果表明,SV型与SX型混合单元的混合机理是油相与水相材料通过混合单元时其空间流动方向改变,在流场内形成大量的漩涡,从而达到乳化的目的;通过比较流体在经过SV型和SX型混合单元后的水相索特平均直径(d_(32)),得出SV型混合单元的乳化效果更强,但同时消耗更多的能量,压降更大。     

“三软”煤层沿空掘巷围岩力学环境及支护体承载性能分析

为应对"三软"煤层综放沿空掘巷围岩稳定性差的问题,通过数值模拟分析、揭示"三软"煤层中锚杆、锚索载荷变化规律及其与围岩变形相互作用关系,为"三软"煤层沿空掘巷锚网支护参数优化提供理论依据,改善了巷道支护状况,降低相邻工作面间保护煤柱压煤率,提高矿井经济效益和社会效益。     

汉江上游干支流沉积物细菌群落多样性和影响因素

为了解汉江上游干支流沉积物细菌多样性以及确定性过程和随机性过程在沉积物细菌群落构建过程中的相对重要性,基于Illumina高通量测序技术,分析了环境因子对细菌群落组成的影响,采用非度量多维尺度(NMDS)排序探究了季节之间沉积物细菌群落的差异,并结合中性群落模型和标准化随机率量化了确定性过程和随机过程对群落构建的影响。结果表明:汉江上游及其支流细菌群落主要由变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、蓝藻门(Cyanophyta)、浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes)和酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)等组成；细菌群落在不同季节有显著差异；地理距离和环境因子对细菌群落结构影响较小,确定性过程并未在细菌群落组成中起到主导作用；随机过程很大程度上影响了群落在秋季和春季的组成,是沉积物细菌群落构建的主导因素。

The International Olive Council(IOC) is an international intergovernmental organization dedicated to olive oil and table olives, aiming at modernizing olive production, coordinating olive policies, improving the regulation of international trade, defending the quality of the olive sector and promoting olive oil and table olives to increase their consumption. The IOC grants recognition of laboratories and tasting panels in annual trials when they meet the conditions given in the decisions adopting the IOC certificate for laboratories for the physico–chemical testing of olive oil and laboratories for the sensory analysis of virgin olive oils. The IOC establishes analysis methods applying to olive oils and olive pomace oils for purity, quality and organoleptic assessment. The IOC elaborates guides of storage conditions for olive oils and olive pomace oils, of managing virgin olive oil tasting panels and of sensory testing laboratories. In future works, the IOC includes activities to identify analytical criteria for detecting fraud and guaranteeing the quality of olive oils and olive pomace oils.     

草原石林：东北亚早白垩世花岗岩伸展穹隆和岩浆成矿爆发的地质遗迹及其形成过程

东北亚地区至少发育9个大型草原石林,属花岗岩石林的一种,是东北亚早白垩世巨量伸展和第四系冰川、风化作用的共同产物,主要特点是发育密集的近水平节理。本文通过整理岩浆岩专题填图和构造研究发现,这些石林的主体是早白垩世东北亚地区巨量伸展过程中形成众多的不对称花岗岩穹隆或同减薄岩体,岩体边部发育韧性剪切带,核部发布近水平岩浆流动面理,伸展和岩浆多期侵位导致与成矿密切相关的岩浆热液大量上涌,岩体抬升至地表,沿岩浆面理发育密集的近水平节理和部分垂直节理,后期沿这些构造面理发生的物理风化和化学作用(包括风蚀、冰川以及盐风化等)造就了千奇百怪的形态。草原石林是花岗岩地貌中的“另类”,不仅具有指示东北亚地区花岗岩形成时代(早白垩世)的特点,也是寻找晚中生代中国北方大规模成矿的良好标志体,而且风化形成的千姿百态的景色极具观赏价值,可以作为整个蒙古草原地区和大兴安岭南段地区特色的地学科普和生态旅游资源。
