Development and characterisation of a Y2Ti2O7-based glass-ceramic as a potential oxidation protective coating for titanium suboxide (TiOx)

A silica-based glass-ceramic, with Y₂Ti₂O₇ as the major crystalline phase, is designed, characterised and tested as an oxidation-protective coating for a titanium suboxide (TiO_x) thermoelectric material at temperatures of up to 600 °C. The optimised sinter-crystallisation treatment temperatures are found to be 1300 °C and 855 °C for a duration of 30 min, and this treatment leads to a glass-ceramic with cubic Y₂Ti₂O₇ and CaAl₂Si₂O₈ as crystalline phases. An increase of ~270 °C in the dilatometric softening temperature is observed after devitrification of the parent glass, thus further extending its working temperature range.Excellent adhesion of the glass-ceramic coating to the thermoelectric material is maintained after exposure to a temperature of 600 °C for 120 h under oxidising conditions, thus confirming the effectiveness of the T1 glass-ceramic in protecting the TiO_x material.

近年来,我市因雷击而导致搅拌站系统瘫痪停产、影响工程进度的事件时有发生,在针对混凝土搅拌站配料秤的实际检定工作中,也常发现配料秤的称重传感器因雷击损坏而影响计量准确性。因此,对混凝土搅拌站防雷的研究具有重要意义。本文阐述了雷电对混凝土搅拌站的主要危害,分析了混凝土搅拌站常见的雷击原因及其防护措施,旨在引起生产方、安装方以及使用方对混凝土搅拌站防雷的共同重视。     

改性防护蜡对轮胎胎侧胶性能的影响

研究改性防护蜡对轮胎胎侧胶性能的影响。结果表明,与传统防护蜡相比,改性防护蜡异构烷烃质量分数较小,结晶尺寸小且致密程度高。改性防护蜡可在不影响胎侧胶硫化特性和物理性能的前提下,大幅提高胎侧胶抗喷霜性能,保证轮胎表面不受臭氧侵蚀,在防止裂纹产生的同时明显改善成品轮胎外观。

Formation of a protective layer against corrosion on Mg alloy via alkali pretreatment followed by vanillic acid treatment

Although Mg alloy possesses high specific strength, low density, and good biocompatibility, poor corrosion resistance hinders its further applications. In the present study, an innovative protective layer against corrosion was prepared on the AZ31 Mg alloy via alkali pretreatment followed by vanillic acid treatment. The alkali pretreatment supplied –OH for the AZ31 Mg alloy surface to react with vanillic acid. The vanillic acid treatment played a crucial role in enhancing the corrosion resistance due to the excellent ability to act as a barrier and retard aqueous solution penetration, which effectively isolated the underlying Mg alloy from the corrosive environment. The corrosion current density of alkali and vanillic acid-treated Mg alloy (AZ31V) almost showed two orders of magnitude lower values in comparison with that of the AZ31 Mg alloy, and the corrosion potential of AZ31V Mg alloy increased from −1.41 to −1.25 V. The immersion tests proved that there was no occurrence of severe corrosion. Hence, the alkali pretreatment and vanillic acid treatment may represent a promising method to improve the corrosion resistance of Mg alloy.     

胶性材料在混凝土坝裂缝处理中的应用

介绍了观音阁坝被埋水下6年越冬停浇面水平裂缝采用“粘贴T1密封胶及表面粘三元乙丙后锚固”的处理方案。结果表明,利用胶性材料处理运行中的重力坝迎水面裂缝,技术可靠,方法简单,经济合理。     

宝力格油田保护油层钻井液技术

钻井液作为与油层首先接触的外来流体极易对油层造成损害,做好钻井液保护油层工作在整个油层保护系统工程中非常重要.针对华北油田宝力格油田的储层物性,室内从岩心的敏感性评价入手,开展了钻井液保护油层技术的研究.通过对油层封堵技术的研究,研制出了适合于该油田储层特征的油层保护剂,结合现场钻井液施工的特点,制定了便于现场操作的保护油层施工措施.该技术自2002年开始,在二连地区宝力格油田共实施162口井.采取油层保护措施的井,完善井为86%,说明该钻井液技术在宝力格油田应用效果较好.     

洞庭湖流域某些水库,泉水和自然保护区环境水内的铀水平

一、前言 水库水,泉水,河水和大气降水等这些环境水与人类生活有着密切关系。水中天然放射性铀水平的研究因其化学毒性和放射性的双重危害是有实际意义的。洞庭湖流域处于我国亚热带湿润气候区,雨量充沛,矿产及水资源十分丰富。过去几年已对洞庭湖流域247000km~2湘、资、沅、澧各水系铀的水环境背景值,湘江的放射性水平和湘江流域大气降水中的痕量铀进行了研究。本文利用裂变径迹分析方法测定了洞庭湖流域的某些水库和泉水以及该
