A high-throughput (105.5 g/h) passive four-stage asymmetric oscillating feedback microreactor using chaotic mixing mechanism was developed to prepare aggregated Barium sulfate (BaSO4) particles of high primary nanoparticle size uniformity. Three-dimensional unsteady simulations showed that chaotic mixing could be induced by three unique secondary flows (i.e., vortex, recirculation, and oscillation), and the fluid oscillation mechanism was examined in detail. Simulations and Villermaux–Dushman experiments indicate that almost complete mixing down to molecular level can be achieved and the prepared BaSO4 nanoparticles were with narrow primary particle size distribution (PSD) having geometric standard deviation, σg, less than 1.43 when the total volumetric flow rate Qtotal was larger than 10 ml/min. By selecting Qtotal and reactant concentrations, average primary particle size can be controlled from 23 to 109 nm as determined by microscopy. An average size of 26 nm with narrow primary PSD (σg = 1.22) could be achieved at Qtotal of 160 ml/min.  相似文献

水冷陶瓷增殖剂(WCCB)包层作为中国聚变工程试验堆(CFETR)候选包层之一,承担着氚增殖、核热提取、屏蔽等重要涉核功能,其中子学设计的可靠性直接影响CFETR氚自持目标的实现。为验证中子学设计工具,即MCNP和FNEDL3.0数据库,在WCCB包层中子学设计中的可靠性,基于研制出的WCCB包层模块,在DT中子环境下开展中子学实验,对以产氚率(TPR)为代表的中子学参数进行了模拟值(C)和实验值(E)对比分析。结果表明,模块中轴线位置处TPR的C/E为0.97?1.08,而模块边缘位置处TPR的C/E为0.65?0.82;模块钛酸锂层边缘区197Au(n,γ)198Au反应率的C/E为0.72?0.90,表明模块边缘区存在非期望的散射中子,导致该区TPR模拟值和实验值偏离较大。  相似文献

This work investigates the influence of niobium pentoxide (Nb2O5) as dopant, on the structural, magnetic, and dielectric properties of NiZnCo ferrites. The results showed that Nb2O5 was an effective dopant, and the Nb5+ ions entered the B site to replace Fe3+ ions, which altered the electromagnetic properties of the NiZnCo ferrite. In particular, the coercivity (Hc) was 20~24 Oe, and the magnetic quality factor (Q), was more than 200 at x = 0 and x = 0.1 wt%, which is 4~5 times higher than that of NiZn and NiCuZn ferrites. Excellent electromagnetic properties were obtained for 0.1 wt% Nb2O5-doped NiZnCo ferrite, i.e., Ms = 88.3 emu/g, Hc =20.4 Oe, ρ = 2.4 × 105 Ω m and Q = 202 @20 MHz. These excellent electromagnetic properties of Nb2O5-doped NiZnCo ferrites could be potentially applied to resonators and capacitors at high frequency.  相似文献

A novel ternary hybrid flame retardant named P-g-C3N4@PGS-Ti was prepared through step-by-step method. First, titanium dioxide was loaded on PGS to make PGS-Ti (where PGS = palygorskite), and then, PGS-Ti was decorated by phosphor-doped g-C3N4 (abbreviated as P-g-C3N4) to prepare a ternary flame retardant of P-g-C3N4@PGS-Ti. It showed that P-g-C3N4@PGS-Ti could efficiently improve the flame retardancy of epoxy resins (EP). The structure and the morphology of P-C3N4@PGS-Ti were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scaanning electron microscopy and hermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The flame retardancy and the burning behavior of 5 wt% P-g-C3N4@PGS-Ti composited EP were well investigated through TGA, limiting oxygen index (LOI), cone calorimeter test (CCT) and vertical burning test (UL-94 standard). It was found that the peak heat releasing (pk-HRR) of the EP/P-g-C3N4@PGS-Ti composite reduced 36% (from 1459 to 852 kW/m2) with the addition of 5 wt% of P-g-C3N4@PGS-Ti flame retardant to the matrix of EP. The combustion residue analysis showed that the EP/P-g-C3N4@PGS-Ti composite gained the most continuous and firmest char yield due to the synergistic effect of PGS, TiO2 and the introducing of P element. The mechanism proved that the combination of gas phase and condensed phase flame-retardant processes were well coordinated to improve the fire retardancy for EP. We tested and studied the mechanical properties of EP/P-g-C3N4@PGS-Ti composites. Only 2.4% decreasing of flexural strength and 23.5% decreasing of impact strength in EP/P-g-C3N4@PGS-Ti composites compared to pure EP, respectively. But according to the test results of EP/P-g-C3N4@PGS-Ti composite material and the control sample in the system, EP/P-g-C3N4@PGS-Ti composite material had the highest flexural modulus and impact strength.  相似文献

A shale gas gathering and transportation pipeline in a good block in Sichuan Province started leaking after less than a year of operation. To investigate the causes of corrosion of the sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB), optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze the corrosion and perforation of the shale gas surface pipeline in conjunction with bacterial corrosion simulation experiments. The results showed that the pipeline material (L360N) conformed to the requirements of the American Petroleum Institute 5 L standard and that extracellular polymeric substances were present in the corrosion pits. The corrosion products mainly included FeCO3, FeS, CaCO3, MgCO3, and Fe mineralization. At 40°C, the uniform corrosion rate of L360N in the simulation experiment was 0.234 mm/a, and the local corrosion rate was 0.458 mm/a. SRB, saprophytes, and iron bacteria were detected in the on-site water medium and corrosion products, indicating that the main causes of shale gas pipeline corrosion are bacterial and CO2 corrosion.  相似文献

为研究渗流作用下新型装配重力式挡土墙应力变化及墙体排水通道对墙后土体固结的影响,采用ABAQUS进行有限元分析,有限元分析结果与模型试验结果相吻合,证明该模型的合理性。在此基础上研究渗流作用下墙体应力变化趋势及墙体排水通道对墙后土体固结效果的影响。研究结果表明:横向排水通道对墙后土体固结效果的影响优于纵向排水通道对土体固结效果的影响,墙体底部横向排水通道的影响作用最显著;渗流作用下墙体应力由上往下呈先增大后减小的趋势,墙体下部所受最大水平剪应力最大。  相似文献
