With the evolution of video surveillance systems, the requirement of video storage grows rapidly; in addition, safe guards and forensic officers spend a great deal of time observing surveillance videos to find abnormal events. As most of the scene in the surveillance video are redundant and contains no information needs attention, we propose a video condensation method to summarize the abnormal events in the video by rearranging the moving trajectory and sort them by the degree of anomaly. Our goal is to improve the condensation rate to reduce more storage size, and increase the accuracy in abnormal detection. As the trajectory feature is the key to both goals, in this paper, a new method for feature extraction of moving object trajectory is proposed, and we use the SOINN (Self-Organizing Incremental Neural Network) method to accomplish a high accuracy abnormal detection. In the results, our method is able to shirk the video size to 10% storage size of the original video, and achieves 95% accuracy of abnormal event detection, which shows our method is useful and applicable to the surveillance industry. 相似文献

目前国内外地层压力测井解释方法较多,但大多数方法基于欠压实沉积理论并局限于单一的地层岩性,尤其是针对盆地边缘山前深层构造,单一测井参数确定地层压力误差较大,且无法解释沉积压实机制以外的异常高压。为此,将多种异常高压机制相关的测井参数进行综合解释,建立适合山前复杂构造的地层压力测井多参数计算模型,评价准噶尔盆地南缘高泉背斜高探1井的地层压力剖面,其计算结果与钻井实测数据吻合,相对误差小于3.00%.同时,基于原始沉积加载—卸载过程力学原理,利用地层压力测井多参数分析判别出高泉背斜深层各层系异常高压的形成机制。 相似文献

An analytical model is presented to study the dynamics of wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) networks with waveband switching (WBS). The reduced load approximation method is considered to compute approximated network blocking probabilities in WBS-based WDM networks. The analytical model considers the link blocking probability due to insufficient link capacity and an impact of the waveband granularity (G). The analytical model also considers the node blocking probability due to unavailability of a switch port at the wavelength cross connect (WXC) layer of an Hierarchical cross connect (HXC) switch node. The set of nonlinear equations is obtained with the link independence assumption and solved using repeated substitutions. The accuracy of the analytical model is examined by comparing with simulation results considering the random-fit algorithm for waveband and wavelength assignments in different network scenarios. Lightpaths are routed between source and destination (s-d) HXC switch nodes using shortest path first (SPF) routing. An impact of the switch parameter to limit the input and the output WXC switch ports of an HXC switching node is also being investigated using the analytical model as well as through simulation results. 相似文献

交通信号灯识别包括检测和状态识别,在智能交通系统中发挥重要作用。基于YOLOv3算法提出了一种交通信号灯检测与状态识别模型。针对交通信号灯相较于交通场景中其他目标具有尺度小的特性进行了算法的设计:降低骨干网络的下采样倍率以增加小尺度目标的特征描述能力;通过增大特征图的尺度来改进多尺度特征融合;引入广义交并比作为检测任务的损失函数来改进目标边界框的回归效果。同时,根据交通信号灯本身的特性,使用颜色和形状约束的方法对信号灯进行状态识别和类别验证。最后在公开的Bosch交通信号灯数据集上和实际的城区道路进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,所提出的算法能够提升交通信号灯识别的精度和召回率,识别准确率可以达到90%左右。 相似文献

The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of traffic data source (estimated vs. actual) on predicted progression rates of roughness and rutting for heavy-duty flexible pavements of rural freeways. Progression rates are predicted using calibrated HDM-4 models. The assessment is performed in terms of variations in maintenance intervention timing associated with the variations in progression rates. Time series pavement condition data (covering 3–5 years) have been collected for 7 sections of rural freeways for use in calibrating HDM-4 deterioration models. They range in length from 10 to 60.8 km and cover different traffic volumes, climate zones and subgrade soil types. For these sections, estimated annual average daily traffic (AADT), growth factors and assumed loading have been extracted from relevant database. Only six segments of these sections have Weigh-in-Motion (WIM) sites so relevant actual AADT, growth factors and axle load distributions have been extracted from WIM reports. The results of running the calibrated HDM-4 deterioration models using different traffic data show that actual traffic data from WIM sites result in higher rates of deterioration to that of estimated data for four sites, resulting in earlier intervention timing and higher present value agency cost. Accurate and timely network traffic measurement is essential for network status monitoring, network fault analysis, network intrusion detection, and network security management. With the rapid development of the network, massive network traffic brings severe challenges to network traffic measurement. However, existing measurement methods suffer from many limitations for effectively recording and accurately analyzing big-volume traffic. Recently, sketches, a family of probabilistic data structures that employ hashing technology for summarizing traffic data, have been widely used to solve these problems. However, current literature still lacks a thorough review on sketch-based traffic measurement methods to offer a comprehensive insight on how to apply sketches for fulfilling various traffic measurement tasks. In this paper, we provide a detailed and comprehensive review on the applications of sketches in network traffic measurement. To this end, we classify the network traffic measurement tasks into four categories based on the target of traffic measurement, namely cardinality estimation, flow size estimation, change anomaly detection, and persistent spreader identification. First, we briefly introduce these four types of traffic measurement tasks and discuss the advantages of applying sketches. Then, we propose a series of requirements with regard to the applications of sketches in network traffic measurement. After that, we perform a fine-grained classification for each sketch-based measurement category according to the technologies applied on sketches. During the review, we evaluate the performance, advantages and disadvantages of current sketch-based traffic measurement methods based on the proposed requirements. Through the thorough review, we gain a number of valuable implications that can guide us to choose and design proper traffic measurement methods based on sketches. We also review a number of general sketches that are highly expected in modern network systems to simultaneously perform multiple traffic measurement tasks and discuss their performance based on the proposed requirements. Simulation is a powerful tool for improving, evaluating and analyzing the performance of new and existing systems. Traffic simulators provide tools for studying transportation systems in smart cities as they describe the evolution of traffic to the highest level of detail. There are many types of traffic simulators that allow simulating traffic in modern cities. The most popular traffic simulation approach is the microscopic traffic simulation because of its ability to model traffic in a realistic manner. In many cities of Saudi Arabia, traffic management represents a major challenge as a result of expansion in traffic demands and increasing number of incidents. Unfortunately, employing simulation to provide effective traffic management for local scenarios in Saudi Arabia is limited to a number of commercial products in both public and private sectors. Commercial simulators are usually expensive, closed source and inflexible as they allow limited functionalities. In this project, we developed a local traffic simulator “KSUtraffic” for traffic modeling, planning and analysis with respect to different traffic control strategies and considerations. We modeled information specified by GIS and real traffic data. Furthermore, we designed experiments that manipulate simulation parameters and the underlying area. The development of abnormal cells in human brain leads to the formation of tumors. This article proposes an efficient approach for brain tumor detection and segmentation using image fusion and co-active adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (CANFIS) classification method. The brain MRI images are fused and the dual tree complex wavelet transform is applied on the fused image. Then, the statistical features, local ternary pattern features and gray level co-occurrence matrix features. These extracted features are classified using CANFIS classification approach for the classification of source brain MRI image into either normal or abnormal. Further, morphological operations are applied on the abnormal brain MRI image for segmenting the tumor regions. The proposed methodology is evaluated with respect to the performance metrics sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, tumor segmentation accuracy with detection rate. The proposed image fusion based brain tumor detection and classification methodology stated in this article achieves 96.5% of average sensitivity, 97.7% of average specificity, 87.6% of positive predictive value, 96.6% of negative predictive value, and 98.8% of average accuracy. 相似文献

为了有效降低因驾驶员紧急换道行为而诱发的交通事故,提高道路交通事故链阻断效率,提出一种基于高斯混合隐马尔科夫模型(GMM-HMM)和人工神经网络(ANN)的紧急换道行为预测方法。首先利用GMM-HMM对车辆行驶状态以及驾驶行为连续观察序列进行换道意图辨识,采用ANN预测下一时段的驾驶行为,再预测换道过程中的横向加速度变化率,从而判断紧急换道的危险程度。驾驶员在环仿真实验及实车实验结果表明,该方法预测避险成功率达92.83%,实验避险成功率达90.32%。该方法能有效地对紧急换道行为进行提前警告与干预。 相似文献
