基于简化SIFT的口服液杂质检测防抖方法

在口服液灯检机杂质检测系统中,口服液瓶体由于履带搓瓶的急停会有轻微的抖动,造成高速工业摄像机拍摄的前后两帧口服液瓶体图像中位于相同空间位置的像素无法重合在一起,导致前后两帧图像做差分结果出现错误。由于口服液中的杂质很小,一般会达到微米级别,因此机械的扰动以及口服液瓶体上的污点都有可能因位置偏差对检测结果造成影响。采用尺度不变特征检测（SIFT）对系统采集的前后两帧图像进行位置配准。SIFT算法稳定性精度很高,适用于高精度口服液杂质检测系统。基于抖动幅度微弱,对该算法进行了一定的改进与简化,以获得最佳配准结果。在实际检测过程中算法稳定,检测结果准确率很高。

Development and manufacture of collimators for gamma ray imaging

We report the development of very fine collimator slit patterns for gamma ray imaging. Astronomical objects emitting gamma rays cannot be imaged in a classical way. However, it is possible to measure Fourier components of the images by observing gamma ray sources through pairs of patterns of fine slits placed at a mutual distance of several meters. The finest pattern should have slit 50 μm wide at a pitch of 100 μm. To achieve high contrast images, the slit geometry must meet high precision goals. The absolute slit position accuracy must be on the order of a few micrometers within an area of 130 mm × 130 mm. The slit patterns have been realized by stacking logn thin blades separated by small spacers. The application of flexible spacers and precision reference frames results in a high pitch accuracy. The spacer design was optimized using finite-element analysis. The spacers were made via a multistep precision etching technique. Measurements on the full-size slit patterns show low slit position errors.

A 13-bit 8 MSample/s high-accuracy CMOS pipeline ADC is proposed. At the input, the sample-andhold amplifier （SHA） is removed for low power and low noise; meanwhile, an improved sampling circuit is adopted to alleviate the clock skew effect. On-chip bias current is programmable to achieve low power dissipation at different sampling rates. Particularly, drain-to-source voltages in the operational amplifiers （opamps） are fixed to ensure high DC gain within the variant range of the bias current. Both on-chip and off-chip decoupling capacitors are used in the voltage reference circuit in consideration of low power and stability. The proposed ADC was implemented in 0.18-μm 1P6M CMOS technology. With a 2.4-MHz input, the measured peak SNDR and SFDR are 74.4 and 91.6 dB at 2.5 MSample/s, 74.3 and 85.4 dB at 8.0 MSample/s. It consumes 8.1, 21.6, 29.7, and 56.7 mW （including I/O drivers） when operating at 1.5, 2.5, 5.0, and 8.0 MSample/s with 2.7 V power supply, respectively. The chip occupies 3.2 mm^2, including I/O pads.
