The power flow calculation considering uncertainty is the most basic way for solving the security issue of the system under uncertain conditions. As the renewable energy characterized by randomness and uncertainty, such as wind and solar power, has been applied to the distribution network, it is especially essential to study on power flow of distribution network considering uncertainty. The traditional models of uncertainty have the problem of singleness in expressing uncertainties while the uncertainty objectively shares two or more than two kinds of characteristics. A new model for describing the uncertainties, which combines connection number and fuzzy number and describes the interval quality and fuzziness of uncertain information comprehensively, is presented. Through improving the calculation of sample value and possibility measure, the traditional fuzzy simulation is modified and then applied to the power flow calculation in consideration of wind and solar power output uncertainty and load uncertainty. Two definitions, which are satisfaction index and degree of uncertainty, are introduced to measure the results accuracy with sample number changing and to represent the variation range of uncertain parameters respectively. The proposed model and modified algorithm are verified by case studies based on IEEE 33-bus system. The results are compared with those obtained from Monte Carlo simulation and proved to be correct. In addition, several other numerical examples are presented and discussed in order to achieve the influences of sample number, degree of uncertainty and membership function change on results. Through analysis of the power flow results considering uncertainty, we may find out the weak links of network, which can provide references for making electrical accident premeditation and then adjusting operation scheme.  相似文献

汛限水位动态控制域是水库实施汛限水位动态控制的基础与关键.考虑影响防洪调度风险的最重要风险源,即入库洪水预报误差及洪水过程线形状的不确定性,提出风险约束条件及其量化分析方法.将入库洪水不确定性、风险分析与汛限水位动态控制域的确定过程有机结合起来,利用预泄能力约束法和Monte-Carlo模拟方法推求三峡水库汛限水位动态控制域.在不增加防洪风险的前提下,三峡水库实施汛限水位动态控制可有效地提高中小洪水资源的利用效率,利用1~3 d的洪水预报信息,三峡水库汛期可增发电量6.99×108~14.45×108kW·h.研究方法对其他水库实施汛限水位动态控制也有借鉴意义.  相似文献

Model‐based experiment design techniques are an effective tool for the rapid development and assessment of dynamic deterministic models, yielding the most informative process data to be used for the estimation of the process model parameters. A particular advantage of the model‐based approach is that it permits the definition of a set of constraints on the experiment design variables and on the predicted responses. However, uncertainty in the model parameters can lead the constrained design procedure to predict experiments that turn out to be, in practice, suboptimal, thus decreasing the effectiveness of the experiment design session. Additionally, in the presence of parametric mismatch, the feasibility constraints may well turn out to be violated when that optimally designed experiment is performed, leading in the best case to less informative data sets or, in the worst case, to an infeasible or unsafe experiment. In this article, a general methodology is proposed to formulate and solve the experiment design problem by explicitly taking into account the presence of parametric uncertainty, so as to ensure both feasibility and optimality of the planned experiment. A prediction of the system responses for the given parameter distribution is used to evaluate and update suitable backoffs from the nominal constraints, which are used in the design session to keep the system within a feasible region with specified probability. This approach is particularly useful when designing optimal experiments starting from limited preliminary knowledge of the parameter set, with great improvement in terms of design efficiency and flexibility of the overall iterative model development scheme. The effectiveness of the proposed methodology is demonstrated and discussed by simulation through two illustrative case studies concerning the parameter identification of physiological models related to diabetes and cancer care. © 2009 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 2010  相似文献

Abstract: The hole‐drilling method is one of the most used techniques for the experimental analysis of the residual stresses in mechanical components. For both through‐thickness uniform and non‐uniform residual stress distributions, its application is standardised by the ASTM E837‐08. In accordance with the ASTM limitations, the analysis of uniform residual stresses, to which the present work deals with, leads in general to results with a maximum bias of about 10%. Unfortunately, in general the user does not have appropriate procedures to estimate the actual stress error; consequently, if one or more of the experimental influence parameters fall out of the corresponding standard limitations, the computed residual stresses have to be considered as qualitative results. In order to overcome such drawbacks as well as to permit in general the estimation of the stress uncertainty, in the present work the procedures for the correction of the effects of the main error sources and for the stress uncertainty estimation, are proposed. The practical application of such procedures is carried out by using a simple calculation code properly implemented in Matlab environment. Also, the use of this tool allows the user to highlight the relative error and the stress uncertainty contribution of each influence parameter.  相似文献
