基于知识的机器人协同问题求解系统KBCOPS

本文在讨论了机器人协同问题求解的概念及难点的基础上，以模型化机器人世界为协同问题研究领域，选择并发成员系统程序设计语言ＭＳ—１为系统基本开发环境，设计开发了一个基于知识的机器人协同问题求解系统ＫＢＣＯＰＳ（Ｋｎｏｗｌｅｄｇｅ—ＢａｓｅｄＣＯｏｐｅｒａｔｉｖｅＰｒｏｂｌｅｍＳｏｌｖｉｎｓＳｒｓｔｅｍ），并给出了其在一维模型世界下的具体实现。     

光纤激光器已作好抢占市场份额的准备

最近两年，光纤激光器的开发研究取得了显著进展。单光纤激光器组件的连续功率已从130W增加到1kW。光纤设计的进步在此起到重要作用，特别是能产生具有衍射极限光束质量以单模激光输出的大模式面积光纤激光器的研制成功。这种激光器具有在大功率输出情况下也不会降低光束质量的优点。     

微计算机控制的造波系统

本文所述系统可在水池中产生单一频率规则波、周期不规则波及"随机波",用于海洋、造 船工程的模型试验,采用频域迭代法和成型滤波器法来产生模拟海浪.尽管这一控制系统是 专为产生模拟海浪而设计的,但其控制方案也可直接用于其他测试技术领域,以产生"随机" 信号.     

嗜水气单胞菌RecA和Gap-2作为内参蛋白的评价

为确定嗜水气单胞菌中可用于Western Blot的适宜内参蛋白,考察了重组酶RecA和3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶Gap-2在该菌不同培养阶段及培养条件下的表达稳定性.以嗜水气单胞菌基因组为模板扩增recA和gap-2基因,并对蛋白进行异源表达.利用亲和层析和凝胶过滤层析技术纯化蛋白,制备多克隆抗体.通过Western Blot技术研究了RecA和Gap-2蛋白在嗜水气单胞菌不同培养时间、不同培养温度和培养环境中铁离子浓度差异条件下的表达情况.结果显示,重组表达载体pET-28a-recA和pET-28a-gap-2构建成功,可与His标签融合表达.纯化后得到了纯度较高的RecA和Gap-2,以二者为抗原制备的多克隆抗体效价均达到1:512000.Western Blot结果表明,RecA在细菌生长稳定期表达情况与前期有所差异,而Gap-2蛋白在该菌不同培养时期、温度及铁离子浓度差异的环境中表达较为恒定.研究表明,Gap-2更适合作为嗜水气单胞菌Western Blot检测用内参蛋白.     

水分交换对锌空气电池性能的影响

为了研究水分交换对锌空气电池性能的影响，本文分别测试了锌空气电池的吸水、失水性能及其恒流放电性能。结果表明，电池的吸水与环境湿度和电池内部的湿度差值直接相关，并且电池吸水对电池性能的影响大于电池失水对电池性能的影响，而锌空气电池吸水造成正极性能的衰减，是引起电池性能下降的主要原因。     

Carburization of ferrochromium metals in chromium ore fines containing coal during voluminal reduction by microwave heating

Chromium ore fines containing coal (COFCC) can be rapidly heated by microwave to conduct the voluminal reduction, which lays a foundation of getting sponge ferrochromium powders with a lower content of C. Under the conditions of COFCC with n(O):n(C) (molar ratio) as 1.00:0.84 and n(SiO₂):n(CaO) as 1.00:0.39, the samples were heated by 10 kW microwave power to reach the given temperatures and held for different times respectively. The results show that the low-C-Cr ferrochromium metal phase in the reduced materials forms before the high-C-Cr ferrochromium metal phase does. With increasing temperature the C content of ferrochromium metals is in a positive correlation with the content of Cr. The C content of ferrochromium metal in reduced materials is 0–10.07% with an average value of 4.68%. With the increase of holding time the Cr content in ferrochromium metals is in a negative correlation with the content of C, while the content of Fe changes in the contrary way. In the microwave field the kinetic conditions of carburization are closely related with the temperature of microwave heating, holding time and carbon fitting ratio. Aerobic biodegradation of di-n-butyl phthalate by Xiangjiang River sediment and microflora analysis

Di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP), one of phthalate acid esters (PAEs), was investigated to determine its biodegradation rate using Xiangjiang River sediment and find potential DBP degraders in the enrichment culture of the sediment. The sediment sample was incubated with an initial concentration of DBP of 100 mg/L for 5 d. The biodegradation rate of DBP was detected using HPLC and the degraded products were analyzed by GC/MS. Subsequently, the microbial diversity of the enrichment culture was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). The results reveal that almost 100% of DBP is degraded after merely 3 d, generating two main degraded products: mono-butyl phthalate (MBP) and 9-octadecenoic acid. After a six-month enrichment period under the pressure of DBP, the dominant family in the final enrichment culture is clustered with the Comamonas sp., the remaining are affiliated with Sphingomonas sp., Hydrogenophaga sp., Rhizobium sp., and Acidovorax sp. The results show the potential of these bacteria to be used in the bioremediation of DBP in the environment.

磁激微动作用下变压器绕组绝缘纸磨损机理研究

利用摩擦磨损试验机UMT-2模拟了绕组绝缘纸在变压器中受到的微动磨损,研究了绝缘纸厚度、绝缘纸浸油前后、法向载荷和摩擦次数对绝缘纸磨损形式和磨损层数的影响,并对试验结果进行了分析.     

“编译原理”教学实践探究

教学需要"教"与"学"双方的密切配合。树立"学生为主体、教师为主导"的良好教学关系,是成功教学的关键。本文根据"编译原理"课程的特点,提出应用启发式教学的思想,提高学生在学习中的主体地位,多方面增强学生的学习兴趣。文章结合笔者17年的"编译原理"课程教学实践经验,总结了开展启发教学、提高教学质量的一些粗浅策略。
