水热法制备锰锌铁氧体纳米晶   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以水热法制备了粒径为20-40nm的锰锌铁氧体纳米晶,以XRD、SEM、磁强计等对产物做了表征,分析了影响锰锌铁氧体纳米晶的因素。结果表明,在T≥150℃,t≥5h条件下,均能得到阵锌铁氧体纳米晶粉末。T=450℃时制备的纳米晶的磁强度最高;添加剂能改善水热体系的均匀性,使产物分布均匀、晶相单一、团聚少。  相似文献

This paper considers a unicast multiuser multiple-input single-output (MISO) downlink system overheard by multiple single-antenna eavesdroppers. The objective is to jointly design the beamforming vectors and the artificial noise (AN) covariance matrix with imperfect channel state information (CSI) at the transmitter, such that the total transmit power is minimized while satisfying probabilistic quality of service (QoS) constraints at legitimate users and the eavesdroppers. Using Bernstein-type inequalities and the S-procedure, we recast the non-convex power minimization problem as two different convex semidefinite programs (SDPs) which can be solved using interior-point methods. Simulation results show that the proposed methods outperform a nonrobust method and the ones using the isotropic AN.  相似文献

研究了VO2 在3种阳离子交换膜PE01,NF120以及Nafion1135中的自扩散行为,采用UV-3802可见-紫外分光光度仪测定VO2 浓度,建立浓度与时间的关系,用Ct=Ct∞(1-exp(-αt))经验方程拟合实验数据,得到VO2 在3种膜PE01,NF120以及Nafion1135中的自扩散方程.结合Fick扩散理论,推导出了VO2 在膜中的扩散系数D与方程中经验常数α的关系,计算出了VO2 在3种阳离子交换器Nafion1135,PE01以及NF120中的扩散系数分别为2.66×10-13,2.09×10-13和3.26×10-13m2/s.在所研究的阳离子交换膜中,PE01膜对VO2 具有最好的阻隔作用.  相似文献

The coexistence of wireless body sensor networks (WBSNs) is a very challenging problem, due to strong interference, which seriously affects energy consumption and spectral reuse. The energy efficiency and spectral efficiency are two key performance evaluation metrics for wireless communication networks. In this paper, the fundamental tradeoff between energy efficiency and area spectral efficiency of WBSNs is first investigated under the Poisson point process (PPP) model and Matern hard-core point process (HCPP) model using stochastic geometry. The circuit power consumption is taken into consideration in energy efficiency calculation. The tradeoff judgement coefficient is developed and is shown to serve as a promising complementary measure. In addition, this paper proposes a new nearest neighbour distance power control strategy to improve energy efficiency. We show that there exists an optimal transmit power highly dependant on the density of WBSNs and the nearest neighbour distance. Some important properties are also addressed in the analysis of coexisting WBSNs based on the IEEE 802.15.4 standard, such as the impact of intensity nodes distribution, optimal guard zone, and outage probability. Simulation results show that the proposed power control design can reduce the outage probability and enhance energy efficiency. Energy efficiency and area spectral efficiency of the HCPP model are better than those of the PPP model. In addition, the optimal density of WBSNs coexistence is obtained.  相似文献

Porous carbon materials prepared from the porous organic polymers are currently the subject of extensive investigation. On the basis of their interesting applications, it is highly desirable to develop new synthetic methodologies to obtain carbon materials with controllable pore size and morphology. Herein, a facile synthesis of hollow microporous carbon spheres (HCSs) from hollow microporous organic capsules (HMOCs) with a good control over the pore morphology, hollow cavity, and the shell thickness is reported. The highly porous hollow carbon spheres are prepared by the pyrolysis of HMOCs‐based microporous polymers. The synthetic parameters, such as hypercrosslinking and pyrolysis conditions, are optimized to modify the porous structures and the properties. The morphology and porosity as well as energy storage applications of the microporous structures HCSs, derived through a combination of divinylbenzene‐crosslinking and micropore‐generating hypercrosslinking, are discussed. These findings provide a new benchmark for fabricating well‐defined HCSs with great promise for various applications.  相似文献

The influence of the dopant Bentonite, on the ionic conductivity of the PVA-KOH-H2O alkaline solid polymer electrolyte (ASPE) is studied. The results show that the addition of Bentonite has both positive and negative effects on the ionic conductivity of ASPE. At lower KOH and H2O contents, the addition of Bentonite can break the continuous ion conducting phase of the ASPE, and therefore decrease the ASPE conductivity. However, the addition of Bentonite can also increase the KOH content in PVA matrix. This greatly increases the conductivity of the ASPE especially at higher water content. A highest ionic conductivity of 0.11 S cm−1 is reached at room temperature. A maximum ionic conductivity value is observed at relative lower water content for different amount of Bentonite-doped ASPE. The temperature dependence of the ionic conductivity is of the Arrhenius type. The ion transfer activation energy Ea, in the order of 4-6 kJ mol−1, heavily depends on the Bentonite content. XRD and SEM tests show that PVA in the Bentonite-doped ASPE is of amorphous structure, and there are lots of interspaces in the composite ASPE inner structure. The composite electrolyte has good electrochemical stability window and good charged-discharge property in secondary Zn-Ni cells at low charge-discharge rate.  相似文献

采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)和KOH为原料,通过溶液浇铸方法制备了性能良好的碱性固态聚合物电解质.通过考察电解质含水量、电导率与各组分的关系,得到其最佳配比为m(PVA):m(CMC):m(KOH)=3:1:6.采用DTA和CV技术考察了样品的热稳定性和电化学稳定性.碱性固态电解质在66℃的地方开始脱去自由水,在90℃后脱去束缚水(羟基结合水),350℃发生羟基缩合,分子内脱水.组装碱性固态电解质二次碱性锌镍电池,以不同电流密度2~10 mA/cm2充放电,在电压为1.93~1.95 V出现充电平台,在电压1.78~1.45V出现放电平台.以5 mA/cm2电流密度进行充放电循环10次,充电效率第10次达到92%,表明电解质具有良好的性能.  相似文献

A novel gel of imidazole/(HPO3)3 was synthesized and incorporated into sulfonated poly (ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) to fabricate composite proton exchange membranes. The composite membranes were characterized by alternating current impedance (AC), thermogravimetry (TG), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and mechanical property test. Based on the electrochemical performance investigation, the proton conductivity of the membrane is intimately correlated with the temperature and the mass ratio of imidazole/(HPO3)3 in the composite. The SPEEK/imidazole/(HPO3)3?4 composite membrane (with 44.4 wt % of imidazole/(HPO3)3) has the optimized performance at 135°C. The development of a facile method for large scale production of insensitive HMX particles is of great importance for energetic materials, especially for insensitive munitions. Inspired by mussels, HMX particles with a thin, robust, wettable and uniform coating based on the self‐polymerization of dopamine were prepared by one‐step solution stirring processes in the study. The as‐prepared HMX@PDA particles showed stable shape, size, and polymorphy compared with original HMX particles. With PDA (polydopamine) coating, the HMX@PDA particles exhibited better wettability, which could improve the adhesive properties between particles and other liquid components in a PBX (plastic bonded explosive). Furthermore, the mechanical sensitivities were decreased for the HMX@PDA particles because of the uniform and smooth PDA coating decreasing the hot spots on the surface of the HMX particles. HMX@PDA particles produced by a facile scalable process might provide a promising substitute for sensitive HMX particles to enhance the safety and adhesive properties when used in PBX.  相似文献
