The interactions of amino acids and peptides at model membrane interfaces have considerable implications for biological functions, with the ability to act as chemical messengers, hormones, neurotransmitters, and even as antibiotics and anticancer agents. In this study, glycine and the short glycine peptides diglycine, triglycine, and tetraglycine are studied with regards to their interactions at the model membrane interface of Aerosol-OT (AOT) reverse micelles via 1H NMR spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and Langmuir trough measurements. It was found that with the exception of monomeric glycine, the peptides prefer to associate between the interface and bulk water pool of the reverse micelle. Monomeric glycine, however, resides with the N-terminus in the ordered interstitial water (stern layer) and the C-terminus located in the bulk water pool of the reverse micelle.  相似文献

随着相量测量单元(PMU)的广泛应用,基于PMU的发电机动态状态估计的研究越来越受到重视。如果存在量测坏数据,动态状态估计的滤波效果会受到严重的影响。首先介绍了一种基于无迹卡尔曼滤波(UKF)的发电机动态状态估计方法。然而,由于PMU数据的质量不高,为解决坏数据的问题,推导残差方程得出时变的阈值,再通过一种迭代检测的方法确定坏数据的测点位置。对于坏数据对应的量测,算法将其剔除后重新进行一次估计,以修正估计结果。算例结果表明,该方法能有效抑制量测坏数据对发电机动态状态估计的影响。  相似文献

With the rapid development of location-based social networks (LBSNs), increasing media data is ceaselessly uploaded by users. The multimedia data is often scattered and not informative and consequently they can not directly represent the semantics of each venue. Most of prior works leverage the user’ travelling histories to recommend new venues to users. However, these works often focus on the users’ travelling histories, while ignore the concepts or the popular levels of venues. In this paper, we proposed a quality model for venue recommendation by utilizing multimedia data to predict the interested level of each venue. First, we apply the graph cut method to generate the latent textual topics. Second, we leverage visual data from Flickr to train concept detectors to automatically label visual information. Third, the weighted bipartite matching algorithm is implemented to generate the venue multimedia topics by bridging the textual information and the visual information. Finally, we utilize the matching cost to predict the popular level of venue for recommendation. The experiments have been conducted on the cross-platform datasets. The results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed model.  相似文献

Control of an electromechanical system consisting of two rigid bodies connected by an electric motor is considered. Both bodies can rotate about a common axis. This system is a simplified model of a precision turntable mounted on an orbital space vehicle and designed to reduce the apparent accelerations of a container with a payload fixed on the turntable. The accelerations to be reduced are small and may be comparable with the accelerations caused by the friction in the bearings of the electric drive. A feedback control law is proposed, which, after finite time interval, provides a predetermined motion of the second body relative to the first one in the presence of friction with unknown and variable parameters and in the presence of other uncontrollable perturbations. The effectiveness of the suggested control law is illustrated by numerical simulations.  相似文献

During compressive creep, the cubical γ′ phase in [0 0 1] orientation single crystal nickel-based superalloy is transformed into the rafted structure along the direction parallel to the applied stress axis. By means of the elastic stress-strain finite element method (FEM), the von Mises stress distributions of the cubical γ′/γ phases are calculated for investigating the influence of the applied stress on the stress distribution and the directional coarsening regularity of γ′ phase. Results show that the stress distribution of the cubical γ/γ′ phases may be changed by the applied compressive stress, and the coarsening orientation of γ′ phase is related to the von Mises stress distribution of the γ matrix channel. Thereinto, under the action of applied compressive stress, the bigger von Mises stress produced on (0 0 1) plane of the cubical γ′ phase is thought to be a main reason of the microstructure evolution. The expression of the driving force for the elements diffusion and the directional growing of γ′ phase during compressive creep are also proposed.  相似文献
