The distribution characteristic and segregation behavior of metal impurities during directional solidification of Al-20Si, Al-30Si and Al-40Si alloys have been investigated. The morphologies of the alloys and impurity phases were observed by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The concentration profiles of representative metal impurities Al, Fe and Ti were measured by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. The results indicate that the metal impurities segregate into the eutectic Al-Si melt during the growth of primary Si flakes and gradually segregate towards the top of each ingot during directional solidification. A concept of apparent segregation coefficient is proposed to characterize the segregation behavior of impurity elements. The apparent segregation coefficients of metal impurities decrease with increase in solidification temperature of the Al-Si alloys. 相似文献

The synergistic application of hot water dip at 42 °C for 30 min and 1% chitosan coating on differentiation in postharvest quality traits, microstructure as well as microbiological evolution of wolfberry fruits was investigated. Fresh wolfberry fruits were stored at 2 ± 0.5 °C and 90% relative humidity (RH) for 28 days. Results indicated the combination of prestorage heat treatment and chitosan coating maintained higher levels of ascorbic acid, total phenolic contents and antioxidant capacity as well as lower decay, compared with untreated wolfberry fruits. The possible mechanism was that the heat treatment almost sealed open stomata to limit the sites of pathogen penetration into fruits independently, followed by the biofilm formed by chitosan which controlled secondary infections as well as slowed changes in fruit respiration and metabolic activity in wolfberries. The synergistically treated fruit also exhibited a higher acceptability obtained by sensory analysis after cold storage. In this sense, the integrated application of heat treatment and chitosan coating could be regarded as an effective strategy to extend storage life and maintain the postharvest quality of wolfberry fruits. 相似文献

We investigated the appearance of flow and weld lines when metallic pigments are used in polymer blends and how such lines can be eliminated by improving the pigment particle shape and optimizing pigment loading. Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer and two types of aluminum flakes, lamellar and three-dimensional (3D), were blended in a twin-screw extruder with a screw diameter of 25 mm. The temperatures from the hopper to the nozzle were 140, 180, 220, 220, 220, 220, and 220°C. Weld and flow lines were observed using field-emission scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy of specially manufactured injection specimens. In the flow line region, traditional lamellar flakes were randomly oriented, while 3D flakes exhibited a distinct and stable orientation. Based on these observations, flow and weld lines in a finished metal/polymer blend can be minimized by using 3D metal particles in place of lamellar flakes. We also investigated the effects of aluminum flake loading on weld and flow line visibility. At low loading, weld lines were clearly visible due to the lack of pigmentation in the front of the polymer flow. Conversely, high loading resulted in relatively high concentrations of pigment near the weld line area, reducing weld line visibility. The study investigated the feasibility of using a combination of near-infrared hyperspectral imaging (NIR-HSI) with two-dimensional correlation (2DCOS) analysis for rapid and non-destructive determination of the content of biogenic amines in mutton during refrigerated storage. Total contents of biogenic amines (TBA) were used as the perturbation. By analysing the synchronous and asynchronous two-dimensional correlation spectra, sensitive variables that were closely related to TBA contents were obtained. The results showed that the wavelengths in the spectra range of 1002–1335 nm were the research area for the detection of TBA contents in mutton. The least-squares support vector machines (LSSVM) model based on effective wavelengths selected by competitive adaptive reweighted sampling (CARS) from 2DCOS analysis showed excellent results, with correlation coefficient in prediction (Rp) of 0.91, root mean square error in prediction (RMSEP) of 1.67 mg kg−1 and the ratio of performance deviation (RPD) of 2.76. A series of pyrazine-interior-embodied metal–organic framework-74 composites (py-MOF-74) were successfully synthesized by a post-synthetic vapor modification method. Here, pyrazine molecules occupy the cavity to block the wide pores of MOF-74, which accentuates the difference in adsorption of a pair of gases on MOFs and consequently reinforces the adsorption selectivity. Different from the “physical confinement” of occupants, the pyrazine molecule with dual “para-nitrogen” atoms donates one N atom to bond with the open metal ion of MOF-74 for stability and the other N atom for potential CO2 trapping. Typically, py-MOF-74c with the highest pyrazine insertion ratio displays selectivity greatly superior to that of MOF-74 in equimolar CO2/CH4 (598 vs. 35) and in simulated CO2/N2 flue gas (471 vs. 49). Py-MOF-74 entities are long-lived adsorbents, and their CO2 capacity can be maintained even after storage for 1 year in air. Py-MOF-74 also showed a sharp molecular sieve property in fixed-bed cycle adsorption tests, which implies its great potential in real applications. 相似文献

对7A99超高强铝合金反向挤压板材采用T6峰值时效处理与-180℃冷热循环时效热处理(简称T6-DCT),通过XRD、TEM、HRTEM与3DAP研究-180℃深冷处理对7A99铝合金反向挤压板材强韧性能以及析出行为的影响。结果表明,-180℃冷热循环时效处理使得铝基体的晶格常数由由0.40551 nm 增至0.40626 nm,起到了一定的固溶强化作用;-180℃冷热循环时效处理后晶粒内部生成大量与基体非共格的η相,晶界处η相呈现断续分布并形成晶界无析出带,降低材料的拉伸强度;-180℃冷热循环时效处理促进基体中Zn和Mg元素原子的微观偏聚,导致了Zn和Mg元素的非均匀析出;-180℃深冷处理可以减小时效终态析出相的平均等效半径与析出密度,将等效半径由1.2 nm减小至1.14 nm,将析出密度由4.53×1024/m3降低至3.87×1024 /m3,削弱析出强化效果; -180℃冷热循环时效处理后合金的强韧匹配性能得到显著改善,强度略有降低,韧性显著提高。 相似文献
