Research of mica/Fe<Subscript>3</Subscript>O<Subscript>4</Subscript> pearlescent pigment by co-precipitation

Experiments on preparation of mica/Fe₃O₄ pearlescent pigment were performed to discuss influences of several crucial parameters on final products. The samples were characterized by XRD, HRSEM, FTIR and color measurement, the content of Fe₃O₄ on the mica surface was also analyzed by XPS. It was found that the smoothness, compactness and colour deepness of the coating were influenced by different pH values and temperatures. The optimum preparation parameters of mica/Fe₃O₄ pearlescent pigment were obtained: the value of pH ≥ 9.2; the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 0.5 mol/l; the concentration ratio of Fe³⁺ to Fe²⁺ was 1.6 : 1; the velocity of magnetic stirring was 138 ≤ v ≤ 151 r/min; reaction temperature was 70–80°C; calcination temperature was 350°C and calcination time was 3 h.     

Biomolecule-assisted green route to Sb2S3 crystals with three-dimensional dandelionlike patterns

This paper describes a simple biomolecule-assisted solvothermal approach to fabricate the three-dimensional (3D) Sb2S3 microsphere with a wealth of novel morphologies in the presence of L-cysteine, which served as both the sulfur source and the directing molecule in the formation of antimony sulfide nanostructures. The effects of different solvents, and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) on the morphology, structure, and phase composition of the as-prepared Sb2S3 products were discussed. The formation of 3D dandelionlike Sb2S3 microsphere was probably via the mechanism of the orientated aggregation growth of the Sb2S3 particles under the complexing action of L-cysteine, and co-action of the surfactant PVP. The absorption spectra of as-prepared 3D dandelionlike Sb2S3 structures show an optical shoulder band gap of 1.81 eV, which is near to the optimum for photovoltaic conversion.

酸性pH滑移剂对锦纶织物染色性能的研究

对自制酸性pH滑移剂EY与日产酸性pH滑移剂PC的滑移性能进行了对比 ,试验表明 ,只要在酸性pH滑移剂EY中加入微量催酸剂K ,其滑移性能与日产酸性pH滑移剂PC接近。同时 ,两者对锦纶织物的染色性能与传统醋酸染色工艺相比 ,它们的竭染率相似 ,但匀染性明显好于醋酸染色工艺。

三硫化二铋纳米棒回流法合成研究

以硫代乙酰胺和氯化铋为原料、聚乙二醇800为表面活性剂、1,2-丙二醇为溶剂,采用常压回流法在187 ℃下反应6 h,制备了尺寸均匀且具有较高长径比的三硫化二铋(Bi2S3)纳米棒.X射线衍射结果表明:所制备的产物是正交Bi2S3晶相,其晶胞参数为:a=1.081 3 nm,b=1.125 8 nm,c=0.394 0 nm.通过场发射扫描电子显微镜、选区电子衍射、透射电子显微镜表征表明:所制备的三硫化二铋纳米棒为单晶且沿[001]晶面生长,其端面直径约80 nm,长约1 μm.对三硫化二铋纳米棒的生长机理也进行了探讨,并考察了反应介质、硫源及表面活性剂的不同对晶体形貌的影响.     

平行流冷凝器在12m客车空调中的应用研究

设计了平行流冷凝器,对12m客车空调的管片式冷凝器实现整体替代.在标准空调工况进行的焓差法对比性能实验表明:制冷量Q和能效比EER都略有提高,技术指标满足设计要求.替代后,冷凝器的质量减轻30kg、尺寸减少40%,制冷剂R134a的充灌量减少16%,推进了客车空调系统的轻量小型化,成本效益显著.同时,发现平行流式冷凝器制冷剂侧流动阻力相对于管片式明显增大.
