In this study, the preparation and characterization of ionic liquid (IL) intercalated montmorillonite (MMT) and their application as a micro-solid phase extraction material for the determination of Chlorpyrifos (CP) pesticide in water samples were reported. The ionic liquids bearing different chain lengths [1-methyl-3-octylimidazolium bromide (C8mimBr), 1-methyl-3-undecyl-imidazolium bromide (C12mimBr) and 1-methyl-3-octadecyl-imidazolium bromide (C18mimBr)] were intercalated in the galleries of MMT. The IL-intercalated MMTs were characterized by means of XRD and TG methods. The (C12mimBr)-intercalated MMT had the highest sorption efficiency for the CP, which was 32 times higher than the original MMT. We also optimized the parameters for extracting CP from the (C12mimBr)-intercalated MMT.  相似文献

Machine selection and operation allocation is a multi-criteria decision-making problem which involves the consideration of both qualitative and quantitative factors. Thus, a hybrid model integrating the knowledge-based expert system and the genetic algorithm may be effectively applied to the decision problem. This paper proposes a two-step approach where suitable machines for every operation in a work center is selected and optimized as a whole to obtain the optimum machine park. The first step of the model determines the suitability of each machine type for every operation using the knowledge-based expert system. The second stage searches through the solution space to find the optimal machine park with the use of a genetic algorithm. A real-life case study at an outdoor advertisement manufacturing company demonstrates the applicability of the model.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the effective parameters for subcritical water extraction of secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG) lignan from flaxseed using accelerated solvent extractor. For this aim, the influence of extraction parameters such as material shape (flaxseed, ground flaxseed meal and flaxseed meal sticks), temperature (120, 140, 160 and 180 °C), extraction time (15, 30, 60 and 90 min), pressure (1.500 and 2.000 psi), fresh water (5, 40 and 100 %) and sample amount (5 and 10 g) was studied. SDG lignan analysis has been carried out by LC–MS/MS. It was shown that material shape, temperature, extraction time and sample amount had significant effect on SDG lignan content in water extracts (p < 0.05). The highest amount (12.94 mg/g) and extraction yield (72.57 %) were obtained at 180 °C for 15 min, 1.500 psi and 40 % fresh water using 5 g of flaxseed meal sticks.  相似文献

Finding the relevant set of information that satisfies an information request of a Web user in the availability of today’s vast amount of digital data is becoming a challenging problem. Currently, available Information Retrieval (IR) Systems are designed to return long lists of results, only a few of which are relevant for a specific user. In this paper, an IR method called Context-Based Information Analysis (CONIA) that investigates the context information of the user and user’s information request to provide relevant results for the given domain users is introduced. In this paper, relevance is measured by the semantics of the information provided in the documents. The information extracted from lexical and domain ontologies is integrated by the user’s interest information to expand the terms entered in the request. The obtained set of terms is categorized by a novel approach, and the relations between the categories are obtained from the ontologies. This categorization is used to improve the quality of the document selection by going beyond checking the availability of the words in the document by analyzing the semantic composition of the mapped terms.  相似文献

Aim of this study was to determine the fracture strength and modes of endocrown and overlay restorations with/without fiber reinforcement on endodontically treated teeth. Sixty-five molar teeth were used: Group IN (intact teeth), Group E (endocrown), Group ER (endocrown + ribbond), Group O (overlay), Group OR (overlay + ribbond; n = 13). Ribbond (Seattle, WA) was inserted at the base of pulp chamber in Group ER and OR. All restorations were designed and produced by using computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (Sirona Dental Systems, Bensheim, Germany) and Cerasmart (GC Corp. Kasugai, Aichi, Japan). All teeth were subjected to thermomechanical aging and fractured in a universal test device. Fractured surfaces were analyzed with a stereomicroscope (SMZ1000, Nikon, Japan). Data were analyzed with Welch's analysis of variance and Games–Howell test (p < .001). Group E showed significantly lower fracture strength values than other groups(p < .05). No statistically significant differences were found among the other groups(p > .05). Most of the unfavorable fractures were seen in Groups E and O. Overlay restorations showed higher fracture strength values than endocrown restorations. Although fiber insertion did not improve the fracture strength of the indirect restorations, it reduced the frequency of irreparable fracture mode. Overlay restorations and fiber application are more advantageous in preserving the durability of the endodontically treated teeth.  相似文献

In the present study, the prevalence of chromatin instability in the fertilizing-competent sperm population in the porcine oviduct in vivo was examined through qualitative analysis of the chromatin structure status of accessory boar sperm found in in vivo-derived embryos. The binding of chromatin-unstable sperm to oviductal epithelium in vitro was also studied. To examine the sperm chromatin state, a modified fluorescence microscopic sperm chromatin structure assay was used. Among a population of 173 fertile boars, individuals were selected for according to their chromatin status: 25 animals showed more than 5% of chromatin-unstable sperm in their ejaculates, and 7 showed consistently elevated percentages of chromatin-unstable sperm in three successively collected semen samples. A positive correlation was found between incidence of chromatin instability and attached cytoplasmic droplets (r=0.44, P<0.01). Analyses of accessory spermatozoa from in vivo-derived embryos demonstrated that the proportion of chromatin-unstable sperm was significantly (P<0.05) reduced in the population of fertilizing-competent sperm in the oviduct compared with the inseminated sperm. Populations of sperm bound to the oviduct in vitro had significantly (P<0.05) lower percentages of chromatin instability than in the original diluted semen sample. In conclusion, numbers of sperm with unstable chromatin are reduced in the oviductal sperm reservoir, possibly because of associated changes in the plasma membrane that prevent sperm from binding to the oviductal epithelium. We conclude that in vivo the likelihood that sperm with unstable chromatin will reach the egg and fertilize it is low.  相似文献

Polyaniline (PANi), poly(2-chloroaniline) (PClANi), and poly(aniline-co-2-chloroaniline) (co-PClANi) films were synthesized by electrochemical deposition on 304-stainless steel (SS) from an acetonitrile solution. The structural properties of these polymer films were characterized by spectroscopic (FTIR and UV–vis) and electrochemical (cyclic voltammetry) methods. Open circuit potential–time (Eocp–time) curves, potentiodynamic polarization, and electrochemical impedance (EIS) measurements showed that these films have significant protective performance against corrosion of SS in 0.5 M HCl solution. It was found that co-PClANi film has acted as a passivator as well as barrier for cathodic reduction reaction in a similar manner as PANi film. However, PClANi film has behaved only as barrier for corrosion protection of SS in 0.5 M HCl.  相似文献

A new route for the preparation of nanocrystalline TiO2 particles based on the pH swing method assisted by ultrasonic irradiation in the presence of a surfactant (Pluronic P-123) has been successfully achieved. The prepared TiO2 catalysts were calcined from 400 to 800 °C and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transformed infra-red spectroscopy (FTIR), gas adsorption measurements (BET) and thermogravimetirc measurements (TAG/DTA) analyses. Characterization results revealed that the enhancement in the particle size of TiO2 by the pH swing method could be controlled by combining the pH swing with ultrasonic irradiation. Increasing the calcination temperatures led to an increase in both the particle and pore size, whereas the surface area and pore volume gradually decreased. A synergistic effect was observed in the combined process of pH swing with ultrasonication, yielding small TiO2 particles as well as high surface area, pore volume, pore diameter, and crystalline anatase phase. The activity of the catalysts was investigated for the oxidation of 4-chlorophenol (4-CP). TiO2 prepared with 15 times pH swing and calcined at 700 °C was found to show the highest rate for the oxidative degradation of 4-CP when compared to the TiO2 sample prepared with just 1 time pH swing and to the commercial P-25 TiO2 Degussa photocatalyst. Thus, a novel approach in controlling the various physico-chemical parameters of TiO2 nanoparticles was developed.  相似文献
