The capabilities of promising domestic catalysts in mild hydrocracking were demonstrated based on the results of pilot tests and industrial use. Data are reported on use of RK-442 mild hydrocracking catalysts in the conditions of the hydrotreating section in the G-43-107 hydrotreating unit at Ufa Refinery OJSC. The possibilities of utilizing the design features of the units and the composition of the refined feedstock for obtaining petroleum products with a low sulfur content and aromatic hydrocarbons is demonstrated on real examples. The results of using new catalysts of hydrogenation processes in oil refineries are reported. These catalysts were developed at KATAKhIM Corp. Ltd. and are manufactured by Industrial Catalysts Closed Joint—Stock Company (Tyumen Oil Company) under the brand name RK. Experience in using them in catalytic systems utilizing domestic technologies demonstrates the possibility of manufacturing environmentally clean diesel fuel that satisfies international requirements.  相似文献
