锚式搅拌槽中高粘牛顿流体的流速分布及其粘性耗散

本文用照相法测定了锚式搅拌槽中高粘度流体的流型和速度分布.利用最小二乘法获得速度分布拟合方程以及槽中剪切率γ和耗散能Φ分布方程.比较了槽壁区域剪切率和全槽平均剪切率、Metzner常数k_S和搅拌器特性参数C_3,指出k_S是表征槽中高剪切区域剪切率大小的特征量,C_3表征了全槽平均剪切率的大小.对于均匀剪切场,两者是一致的.可以用单位体积剪切率分布系数φ_V来描述槽中剪切率分布的均匀程度.本文还研究了Re数对速度分布流型的影响,发现在低Re数下,流型是对称的.高Re数下,流型则不对称.     

SBS／聚（苯乙烯－甲基丙烯酸盐）热塑性IPN熔体的流动性能

考察了组成、共混方法、温度、切变速平等因素对ＳＢＳ／聚（苯乙烯－甲基丙烯酸盐）热塑性互穿聚合物网络（ＩＰＮ）熔体流动性能的影响。结果表明，该热塑性ＩＰＮ熔体随着ＳＢＳ含量的增加，流动活化能降低；在不同的切变速率下，其表现粘度高于母体聚合物，也高于组成相似的由机械共混制备的热塑性ＩＰＮ；当ＳＢＳ含量为４０％时，其表观粘度出现极大值。

Kinetic Treatment for copolymerization of styrene or methyl methacrylate with N-phenylmaleimide

Shirota‘s kinetic model and our kinetic model were used to treat the kinetic data of styrene (St) and N-phenylmaleimide (PMI) copolymerization in which chaxge-transfer complex (CTC) was formed. The results obtained by Shirota‘s kinetic model were disagreed with the experiments and the experimental phenomena could not be explained. The kinetic data of all feed fractions can be treated with our kinetic model, and the experimental phenomena can be explained from the propagation constants and reactivity ratios. Our kinetic model is also suitable for the kinetic data of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and PMI copolymerization in which CTC can not be formed.     

悬浮法聚氯乙烯树脂的颗粒特性及其影响因素的研究

用于脱除C5及MTBE中甲醇的渗透汽化膜研究

Several pervaporation membranes, cellulose acetate (CA), polyvinylbutyral (PVB), poly(MMA-co-AA), MMA-AA-BA, CA/PVB blend and CA/poly(MMA-co-AA) blend, were prepared, and their pervaporation properties were evaluated by separation of methanol/C5 or methanol/MTBE (methyl tert-butyl ether). The results shows that the CA composite membrane has a high separation performance (flux Jmenthanol =350g.m-2.h-1 and separation factor a > 400) for methanol/C5 mixtures, and the pervaporation characteristics of MMA-AA-BA copolymer membranes changes with the ratio of copolymer. For CA/poly(MMA-co-AA) blend membrane, the pervaporation performance is improved in comparison with CA or poly(MMA-co-AA) membrane. From the experiment of CA/PVB blend membranes for methanol/MTBE mixture, it is found that the compatibility of blends may affect the separation features of blend membrane.     

阴离子乳化剂-长链脂肪醇复合体系乳液的形成机理

应用透射电镜观察了十二烷基硫酸钠-十六醇复合物在稀水溶液中的结构形态。考察了苯乙烯逐渐加入到上述复台乳化剂分散液中时体系电导的变化规律,以及体系中粒子形态演变方式,提出了新的复合乳化剂体系乳液形成机理。     

偏氯乙烯-丙烯腈悬浮共聚物的热行为与结晶度

用DSC法研究了VDC－AN悬浮共聚物的玻璃化转变和热熔融行为,并用Barton方程定量关联了Tg与组成的关系,用TGA法研究了共聚物的热分解行为,结果表明,AN单元对与其相邻连拉的VDC单元脱HC1有诱导催化作用,由DCS法和X射线衍射法得到高VDC含量的共聚物结晶度与AN含量成线性关系,而在高AN含量时则与AN组成成三次多项式关系。     

螺带式搅拌桨叶的功率消耗模型

在化工生产中得到广泛应用的螺带式搅拌器,其大部分功率数据是以实验为基础进行关联的,也进行过半理论的关联.通常,一个物理模型要能满足大量实验数据的检验,并要求使用方便.本文旨在开发这样的模型,以便于计算螺带式搅拌器的功率消耗、循环流量以及Metzner常数,为工程设计放大提供参考.
