Side-channel attacks have shown to be efficient tools in breaking cryptographic hardware. Many conventional algorithms have been proposed to perform side-channel attacks exploiting the dynamic power leakage. In recent years, with the development of processing technology, static power has emerged as a new potential source for side-channel leakage. Both types of power leakage have their advantages and disadvantages. In this work, we propose to use the deep neural network technique to combine the benefits of both static and dynamic power. This approach replaces the classifier in template attacks with our proposed long short-term memory network schemes. Hence, instead of deriving a specific probability density model for one particular type of power leakage, we gain the ability of combining different leakage sources using a structural algorithm. In this paper, we propose three schemes to combine the static and dynamic power leakage. The performance of these schemes is compared using simulated test circuits designed with a 45-nm library.  相似文献

Two donor–acceptor (D–A) polymers are obtained by coupling difluoro- and dichloro-substituted forms of the electron-deficient unit BDOPV and the relatively weak donor moiety dichlorodithienylethene (ClTVT). The conductivity and power factors of doped devices are different for the chlorinated and fluorinated BDOPV polymers. A high electron conductivity of 38.3 and 16.1 S cm−1 are obtained from the chlorinated and fluorinated polymers with N-DMBI, respectively, and 12.4 and 2.4 S cm−1 are obtained from the chlorinated and fluorinated polymers with CoCp2, respectively, from drop-cast devices. The corresponding power factors are 22.7, 7.6, 39.5, and 8.0  µ W m−1 K−2, respectively. Doping of PClClTVT with N-DMBI results in excellent air stability; the electron conductivity of devices with 50 mol% N-DMBI as dopant remained up to 4.9 S m−1 after 222 days in the air, the longest for an n-doped polymer stored in air, with a thermoelectric power factor of 9.3  µ W m−1 K−2. However, the conductivity of PFClTVT-based devices can hardly be measured after 103 days. These observations are consistent with morphologies determined by grazing incidence wide angle X-ray scattering and atomic force microscopy.  相似文献

Magnetic nanoparticles have been employed to capture pathogens for many biological applications; however, optimal particle sizes have been determined empirically in specific capturing protocols. Here, a theoretical model that simulates capture of bacteria is described and used to calculate bacterial collision frequencies and magnetophoretic properties for a range of particle sizes. The model predicts that particles with a diameter of 460 nm should produce optimal separation of bacteria in buffer flowing at 1 L h−1. Validating the predictive power of the model, Staphylococcus aureus is separated from buffer and blood flowing through magnetic capture devices using six different sizes of magnetic particles. Experimental magnetic separation in buffer conditions confirms that particles with a diameter closest to the predicted optimal particle size provide the most effective capture. Modeling the capturing process in plasma and blood by introducing empirical constants (ce), which integrate the interfering effects of biological components on the binding kinetics of magnetic beads to bacteria, smaller beads with 50 nm diameters are predicted that exhibit maximum magnetic separation of bacteria from blood and experimentally validated this trend. The predictive power of the model suggests its utility for the future design of magnetic separation for diagnostic and therapeutic applications.  相似文献

This paper proposes a multi-phasic coupling analysis and test of a 50 kW traction motor for electric vehicles. The temperature-dependent properties of the electrical and magnetic materials of the interior permanent magnet traction motor are not negligible over a wide operation range of the vehicle. The heat produced by the electromagnetic power loss changes the motor’s properties, and in turn the motor performance changes to produce a different power loss. This two-way coupled electromagnetic and thermal-fluid analysis of the torque and speed curve and the transient thermal response at a rated operation point are simulated and compared with the traditional one-way coupling analysis. The simulation results are also compared with and proved by experiments on a prototype motor. The experimental results show that it is critical and necessary to predict the motor performance by means of the proposed two-way coupling analysis that provides more accurate information than the traditional one-way coupling analysis.  相似文献

Morphological details of calcium silicate hydrate (C–S–H) stemming from the hydration process of Portland cement (PC) phases are crucial for understanding the PC‐based systems but are still only partially known. Here we introduce the first soft X‐ray ptychographic imaging of tricalcium silicate (C3S) hydration products. The results are compared using both scanning transmission X‐ray and electron transmission microscopy data. The evidence shows that ptychography is a powerful method to visualize the details of outer and inner product C–S–H of fully hydrated C3S, which have fibrillar and an interglobular structure with average void sizes of 20 nm, respectively. The high‐resolution ptychrography image enables us to perform morphological quantification of C–S–H, and, for the first time, to possibly distinguish the contributions of inner and outer product C–S–H to the small angle scattering of cement paste. The results indicate that the outer product C–S–H is mainly responsible for the q?3 regime, whereas the inner product C–S–H transitions to a q?2 regime. Various hypotheses are discussed to explain these regimes.  相似文献

A new polymer nanolayer gradient refractive index (GRIN) system with more robust thermal stability because of incorporation of a high glass transition temperature polyester, OKP4HT, was demonstrated. A combination of extruded nanolayered GRIN film systems, comprised of five unique polymer materials, were combined to produce laminate optics comprised of a large internal refractive index gradient distribution, n = 1.445 – 1.630, without degradation of optical transmissive properties. The optical performance of a series of varied magnitude GRIN lenses, ranging from Δn = 0 to 0.185, was evaluated. Increasing the lens refractive index range resulted in decreased optic sphericalaberrations that followed analytical predictions. An analytical approach was reported to correlate the polymer material upper service temperature (UST) to the onset of polymer material loss modulus as measured by DMTA. Thermo‐optical interferometry measurements of irreversible lens deformation confirmed the lenses UST at 125°C for the OKP4HT/PC system as compared to 75°C for a PMM/SAN17 system. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
