地源热泵——辐射地板联供试验

通过地源热泵－辐射地板系统冬夏联供试验，讨论了该系统作为新型环保节能空调方式的可行性及优越性，并对运行中出现的问题进行分析。     

公路排水系统初期雨水沉淀池设计

现代交通运输业日益发达,大量汽车废气、油污和固体废弃物经初期雨水径流携带入水体,加剧了公路排水对水环境的污染,尤其是化学危险品运输中突发的事故泄漏及其路面冲洗液更严重威胁周围水体的安全.结合上海市穿越黄浦江上游水源保护区的A15公路工程,研究设计了一种公路排水污染物截留设施--初期雨水沉淀池,实现对初期雨水或路面冲洗废液的调蓄暂存及沉淀处理,预防并减少公路排水对水源地的污染.     

Factors Affecting the Squareness of Hysteresis Loops of Sintered NdFeB Magnets

Investigation into the magnets with different squareness of hysteresis loop (SHL) reveals that the microstructure of sintered NdFeB magnets has great effects on the SHL of the magnets. The abnormal grain growth deteriorates the SHL seriously. The shape of the grain and the grain boundary affect the intensity of demagnetization field, and consequently on the SHL. The added elements have effects on the phase structures and distributions in the magnets, which influences the uniform of demagnetization field.     

V型立体纸雕的几何理论与算法的研究

立体书是一种独特的纸张艺术形式,有着精细的几何结构.针对一类特殊的V型立体纸雕进行了系统性的研究,给出了V型立体纸雕可实现性的充分条件,使其可以只借助2张支撑面的力量进行打开和关闭,同时在这个过程中所有的面片都保持刚性并且相互不产生自交.基于这些充分条件,文中分别实现了一个计算机辅助交互V型纸雕设计工具,以及一个基于体方法的自动生成算法.     

Ce对过共晶Al—Si合金熔体粘滞性和结构的影响

研究了Ce对Al—16％Si合金熔体粘滞性的影响。结果表明：Ce的加入增加了合金熔体的粘度，且随着Ce含量的增加粘度值也增加。结合加入Ce的Al—16％Si合金氢含量的变化、凝固组织和DSC曲线研究了熔体结构的变化，分析了粘度与液态结构变化之间的关系。     

华东沿海城市水资源安全概念及未来战略示范研究

开展了水资源及水资源安全的基础理论,沿海城市水资源安全的内涵、外延及其特征等的研究与辨析,综述了水资源安全保障或发展的相关理论、技术手段或方法、政策与对策等方面的研究与实践进展;分析评估了华东沿海城市水资源特性、现状及安全保障问题;以上海水资源安全保障为例,研究提出了新时期及未来华东沿海城市水资源安全保障或发展的战略体系与框架,该框架体系包括目标层、体系层、战略层、战术层和保障层等。

MEVVA离子源凸形引出电极的研制

介绍了金属蒸气真空弧(Metal vaporvacuumarc,MEVVA)离子源的凸形引出电极的研制.研究表明,凸形引出电极可以完成离子束的强制发散功能,从而在较短的引出距离和较小的引出电极面积的条件下得到大的束斑和均匀可应用的束流分布.通过对几种不同的电极结构的比较研究,得到了满足应用要求的凸形引出电极.     

The Influence of Nano-apatite on c-myc and p53 Gene in the Hepatocellular Carcinoma

The influence mechanism of the nano-apatite on the human hepatocellular carcinoma in vitro was investigated. Using the homogeneous precipitation method, the nano-apatite was synthesized at room temperature, and it was characterized with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and the Zataplus. The influence on the expression of the c-myc and p53 gene in the human hepatocellalar carcinoma cell lines were tested with the TEM and hybridization in situ. The TEM and the Zataplus analyses show that the nano-apatite is distributed homogenously in size and needle-shaped sizes, which ranges from 67.5 nm to 88.3 nm. It is found that the nanoapatitet increases the volume of the human hepatocellalar carcinoma cells, makes extensive cytoplasmic vacuolization, the mitochondria swelling, chromatin in nucleus dispersed partially and condensed around the nuclear membranes. The interspace in nuclear membranes were separated and even the cytoplasm dissolved. It is also found that the expression of the c-myc gene is inhibited, but the p53 /s enhanced. The experimental results demonstrate that the nano-apatite enables the oneosis of the human hepatocellular carcinoma cells by down-regulation of the expression of the c-myc and up-regulation of the expression of the p53 in vitro.
