浅谈不同给液方式在铜电解车间的应用

不同给液方式对铜电解过程中有重要的影响,不同的循环方式会影响槽内温度分布、电解液成分及阳极泥沉降等,因此,根据铜电解生产不同情况的需要,分析对比了多种给液方式在贵冶电解车间的应用,总结了这几种给液方式的优缺点和适用条件。     

Multi-discharge EDM coring of single crystal SiC ingot by electrostatic induction feeding method

A new technique of EDM coring of single crystal silicon carbide (SiC) ingot was proposed in this paper. Currently single crystal SiC devices are still of high cost due to the high cost of bulk crystal SiC material and the difficulty in the fabrication process of SiC. In the manufacturing process of SiC ingot/wafer, localized cracks or defects occasionally occur due to thermal or mechanical causes resulted from fabrication processes which may waste the whole piece of material. To save the part of ingot without defects and maximize the material utilization, the authors proposed EDM coring method to cut out a no defect ingot from a larger diameter ingot which has localized defects. A special experimental setup was developed for EDM coring of SiC ingot in this study and its feasibility and machining performance were investigated. Meanwhile, in order to improve the machining rate, a novel multi-discharge EDM coring method by electrostatic induction feeding was established, which can realize multiple discharges in single pulse duration. Experimental results make it clear that EDM coring of SiC ingot can be carried out stably using the developed experimental setup. Taking advantage of the newly developed multi-discharge EDM method, both the machining speed and surface integrity can be improved.     

Flower‐shaped ultra‐wideband fractal antenna

A flower‐shaped ultra‐wideband fractal antenna is presented. It comprises a fourth iterative flower‐shaped radiator, asymmetrical stub‐loaded feeding line, and coplanar quarter elliptical ground planes. A wide operating band of 12.12 GHz (4.58‐16.7 GHz) for S ₁₁ ≤ ? 10 dB is achieved along with an overall antenna footprint of 15.7 × 11.4 mm². In addition, other desirable characteristics, that is, omnidirectional radiation patterns, peak gain upto 5 dB, and fidelity factor more than 75% are achieved. A good agreement exists between the simulation and measured results. The obtained results illustrate that this antenna has wide operating range and compact dimensions than available structures.     

A probabilistic load shedding concept considering highly volatile local generation

Automatic load shedding is the ultimate countermeasure against imbalance in a power system and can effectively help preventing large blackouts. Taking into account a high penetration of renewable energy sources (RES) in the distribution grid, a clear distinction between load and generation at the PCC becomes increasingly more difficult. For that reason an adaptation of frequency relay parameters and their locations of installation are necessary. In Europe this is rest on a multi-step plan based on values such as the yearly peak load. In this paper a novel probabilistic method for automatic load shedding is presented that uses the average values instead of peak values for load shedding. Its applicability is verified by a dynamic power system model that was developed to compare the classical and novel probabilistic load shedding principle. The method is verified using data from a German TSO.     

恒星光干涉仪样机的总控系统

控制系统以SCO公司的UNIX ODT为软件平台,普通PC机为总控计算机,通用8098单 片机系统作为前端机组成一个主从式两级管理系统,与PC机相连的16通道多用户卡通过RS-232与14个前端机通讯,进行实时控制和处理。用C语言编写了该样机的总控软件,前端机的通讯程序和相关控制部件的控制程序。经过调试,实现了对样机的全自动控制。     

A closed loop exponential feeding law: Invariance and global stability analysis

This article addresses the computation of invariant control laws [A. Fradkov, I. Miroshnik, V. Nikiforov, Nonlinear and Adaptive Control of Complex Systems, Kluwer, 1999] for fed-batch fermenters represented by two standard models. It will be shown how to derive partial state feedbacks that, assuming ideal conditions and perfect model, keep the specific growth rate μ constant provided the initial conditions are adequate. The invariant control law is the closed loop version of the exponential feeding already suggested in several references as shown later. The paper presents an analysis of invariance and a study of global stability within the framework of partial stability. That is, stability with respect to some of the state variables. This enables us to treat the case with Haldane-like or non-monotonous kinetics.     

RFA—300型自动分析仪检测总植物碱的改进

对连续流动法测定烟草及烟草制品中总植物碱的各影响因素进行了试验研究,并根据试验结果对仪器管路进行相应的改造。实验结果表明,烟草制品中总植物碱的连续流动法测定,改进后方法的回收收率高、重现性好。     

变频调速地面驱动螺杆泵稠油开采技术

针对地面驱动螺杆泵抽油杆断、脱频繁，单井提液调参难以控制等问题，开发了螺杆泵井的变频调速装置及自动控制系统。该技术准确、实时地监控螺杆泵井的扭矩，转速等工况参数，并对螺杆泵井实施变频调速，自动控制从科学合理的调参。该技术的应用进一步提高了螺杆泵井的管理水平，有效的减缓了抽油杆的频繁断，脱问题，延长了检泵周期。     

对水轮机自动调速器油压控制电路的改进

YT－1000型油压自动调速器在运行中不能维持正常油压、在不增加任何设备的情况下，只改动二次接线的处理方法，就能消除隐患、解决问题。     

Effects ofSolanum glycoalkaloids on chemosensilla in the Colorado potato beetle

Steroidal glycoalkaloids, found in species of the Solanaceae, elicit bursting activity in galeal and tarsal chemosensilla of adult Colorado potato beetles. The effect has an average latency of 6–12 sec, depending on the sensillum/alkaloid combination. A 20-sec alkaloid treatment is often suffficient to render galeal sensilla unresponsive to gamma-aminobutyric acid, normally an effective stimulant. The alkaloids have similar effects on galeal sensilla of larval Colorado potato beetles and on labellar chemosensilla of the blowfly. It is concluded that these compounds act independently of any specialized chemoreceptor in the Colorado potato beetle, and that association of the Colorado potato beetle with solanaceous plants has not led to evolution of a specific receptor forSolanum glycoalkaloids.
